The effect of Gamigyuibi-tang on the penile erection induced by apomorphine HCI and on the erectile dysfunction induced by p,p-DDE, an environmental hormone derivate of DOT, were monitored using male cats. The changes of penile length, diameter, erectic periods and histological profiles of corpus cavernosum and corpus spongiosum were observed with blood testosterone levels. In conclusion, dose-dependent and significant increase of penile length, diameter, erectic periods and blood testosterone levels were detected in the Gamigyuibitang-dosing groups compared to other groups. In addition, it is also demonstrated that the increasement of congestion of blood vessels and dilation of connective tissues, and decreasement of adipocytes in the corpus cavernosum and/or corpus spongiosum of the Gamigyuibitang-dosing groups. According to these results, it is considered that Gamigyuibitang has some augmentation effect against to apomorphine HCI inducing penile erection and it also suggested that Gamigyuibitang has favorable effect to treatment of erectic dysfunctions induced by p,p-DDE.

In this paper, thin films of Polyimide (PI) were fabricated by vapor deposition polymerization method (VDPM) of dry processes. The film's properties with curing temperature and electrical properties were studies. The synthesis of hexafluoroisopropyliden-2,2-bis[phthalic anhydride](6FDA) and 4, 4'-diamino diphenyl ether (DDE) was carried out by vapor deposition polymerization(VDP) with the same deposition rate. The evaporation temperature of 6FDA and DDE were $214^{\circ}C$ and $137^{\circ}C$, respectively, so as to preserve balance of stoichiometry. The polymic acid (PAA) made by VDPM were changed to PI by thermal curing. The uniformity and density of PI thin films were increased according to increasing curing temperature. The relative permittivity and dissipation loss factor were 3.7 and 0.008 at the frequency of 100Hz~200KHz, respectively, for the fabricated in the curing temperature of $300^{\circ}C$. Also, the resistivity was about 1.05$\times$$ 10^{15}$$\Omega$cm at $30^{\circ}C$.

Dictyopteris divaricata, a type of marine brown algae, has been studied for its various biological properties, including anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, and whitening effects. However, its potential antiobesity effects have not been extensively explored. This study aimed to examine the impact of D. divaricata ethanol extract (DDE) on adipocyte differentiation and adipogenesis using 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. Our results showed that when 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were treated with noncytotoxic concentrations of DDE there was a concentration-dependent decrease in fat accumulation rate and triglycerid production compared with the control. Furthermore, DDE significantly reduced the expression of transcription factors (PPARγ, C/EBPα, and SREBP-1) and fatty acid transport protein (FABP4), which are crucial for 3T3-L1 preadipocyte differentiation. These findings suggest that DDE may exhibit antiobesity effects by suppressing the expression of lipogenic transcription factors and fatty acid transport proteins. Therefore, DDE holds potential as a therapeutic agent for obesity.

The electrical properties of vapor deposition polymerized polymide thin films for getting an in-line system with manufacturing process of semiconductor device, have been studied. Polyimide thin films fabricated by vapor deposition polymerization(VDP) method based on PMDA and 4,4'-DDE monomer were confirmed by FT-IR spectra. It is found that the major conduction carriers of thin films are ions, and the hopping length of ions is almost same with monomer length at the temperature over 120.deg. C through the analysis of electrical conduction mechanism. Also, The activation energy is about 0.69 eV at the temperature of >$30^{\circ}C$ - >$150^{\circ}C$ and it is shown that the resistivity at which thin films can be used as an insulating film between layers of semiconductor device, is 3.2*10$^{15}$ .ohm.cm.

In order to determine the residue levels of organochlorine insecticides in various meats consumed by Korean population, 80 samples of beef, pork and chicken were collected throughout the country and analyzed for their fat contents and pesticide residue levels. Organochlorine insecticides detected in the meat samples were ${\alpha}-BHC,\;{\beta}-BHC,\;heptachlorepoxide\;and\;DDE$. The average residue levels of the four pesticides on fat basis were 0.466 ppm in domestic beef, 0.145 ppm in imported beef, 0.264 ppm in pork and 0.106 ppm in chicken, in decreasing order of ${\alpha}-BHC>DDE>heptachlorepoxide>{\beta}-BHC$. Daily intake per person of the residues from meat by Korean population was estimated to be $1.0{\mu}g$ of total BHC, $0.1{\mu}g$ of heptachlorepoxide and $0.3{\mu}g$ of DDE. This level was far below the acceptable daily intake of organochlorine insecticides $(18\;{\mu}g/㎏\;body\;weight)$ as recommended by FAO/WHO.

컴퓨터의 지속적인 발전은 개인용 컴퓨터에서도 멀티미디어 기능이 가능토록 되었으며, 각종 패키지와의 자료교환을 이용하여 여러 분야에서 많이 활용하고 있다. 특히 멀티미디어 툴로 이용되는 TooIBook은 하이퍼미디어 시스템 개발에 많이 이용되고 있으며, 통계 패키지인 Xlisp은 다이니믹 그래픽 통계 소프트웨어로 실시간 자료계산에 많이 이용되고 있다. 본 논문은 통계에 대한 기본 지식이 없으며, 통계패키지의 사용에 익숙하지 않은 비전문가들에게 각종 통계 자료계산에 도움을 주기 위하여 TooIBook의 하이퍼미디어 기능과 Xlisp의 기능을 DDE로 결합하여 실시간에 각종 자료를 계산하므로 모수를 추정할 수 있도록 해주기 때문에 각종 통계 자료를 보다쉽게 추정할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper introduces that the machine tools's feed system optimizes by modeling for simulation and adjusting drive control parameter. The first method is frequency response of speed loop with design parameter by use of MATLAB application, in order that other axis can do equal to bandwidth. The second meted uses various sensor for analyzing machine tools's structure and adjustes jirk limitter.

POU1F1 is a positive regulator for GH, PRL and TSH${\beta}$ and its mutations associate with production traits in ruminant animals. We described a DdeI PCR-RFLP method for detecting a silent allele in the goat POU1F1 gene: TCT (241Ser)>TCG (241Ser). Frequencies of $D_1$ allele varied from 0.600 to 1.000 in Chinese 801 goats. Significant associations of DdeI polymorphism with production traits were found in milk yield (*p<0.05), litter size (*p<0.05) and one-year-old weight (*p<0.05) between different genotypes. Individuals with genotype $D_1D_1$ had a superior performances when compared to those with genotype $D_1D_2$ (*p<0.05). Hence, the POU1F1 gene was suggested to the potential candidate gene for superior milk performance, reproduction trait and weight trait. Genotype $D_1D_1$, characterized by a DdeI PCR-RFLP detection, was recommended to geneticists and breeders as a molecular marker for better performance in the goat industry.

As our society turns into the information age from the industrial one, the ministry of information and communication has set up functional software standards for electronic approval systems Several software houses have developed such systems in the client/server environment and subsequently for the intranet. Although electronic approval systems for the intranet have the advantages of less costly implementation and ease of use, they create heavy network traffic, and have a poor document processing functionality resulting from the lack of document processor in web environments. This paper describes a system design that web browsers utilize the resources of clients by adopting the ActiveX technique in order to improve such mallets mentions above. In other words, to use the Hangul word processor as a document processor, the ActiveX control and the Hangul DDE API have been implemented in the form of the DDE server/client, which is capable of mutual communication, and the flow of electronic approve system has been controled by connecting. As a result of running the implemented system lot three months through a real company in multi-server environment, it shows the high usage of electronic approval system as the tate roaches 75%-93% for some departments.

In order to investigate the residual amounts of organochlorines and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in Korean human tissues (blood, adipose tissue, liver, kidney cortex, and lung), the samples were collected from the autopsied cadavers of 40 men and 40 women (from teens to seventies of age). ${\alpha}-BHC,\;{\beta}-BHC,\;{\gamma}-BHC,\;{\delta}-BHC$, p,p'-DDT, p,p'-DDD, p,p'-DDE, endrin, dieldein, aldrin, and 7 marker PCBs (28, 52, 101, 118, 138, 153, and 180) were determined in human tissues. The levels of organochlorines and PCB congeners indicated that they have been widely distributed in Korean human body. Positive correlations in terms of age were observed for the following cases: p,p'-DDE, p,p'-DDT, ${\Sigma}-DDT$, PCB 118, PCB 138, PCB 153, and ${\Sigma}-PCB$ in the adipose tissue, and p,p'-DDE in the lung. Concentration of these compounds showed a significant age-related increase. Accumulation of these compounds in aged people revealed that these compounds were more slowly eliminated in our environment and risk assessment was necessary for further proper action. Significant differences in the levels of PCBs between genders were found for PCB 118 in the adipose tissue and PCB 138 in the liver. Positive correlation coefficients between tissues were detected with p,p'-DDE and ${\beta}-BHC$.
