Objective : This research aimed to investigate and analyze the opinions of Oriental Medical Doctors (O.M.D.) on covering herbal medicines into National Health Insurance scheme. Methods : Structured questionnaires were e-mailed to the O.M.D.s listed on member's DB of the Association of Korean Oriental Medicine. Collected data were analyzed with the SPSS 12.0 program. Results : The insurance coverage for herbal decoctions was supported by 80.8% of the responders, the median reasonable price for daily herbal decoctions was \9,517, the minimum price median of daily herbal decoctions considering its costs was \8,080, and the daily technical fee median was \4,379. On health insurance coverage for herbal decoctions, O.M.D.s were specially considering the standardization of herbal medicines. Conclusion : In this study, majority of O.M.D.s assented to health insurance coverage for herbal decoctions, but considered standardization of herbal medicines and optional prescription fee. It needs to prepare plan for insurance coverage of herbal decoctions that reflect the character of oriental medicine and oriental medical institutions.

This study aims to development of web-based process management system for spatial data construction. For developing this system work classification of basic surveying was standardized and quality management method for spatial data was established. Production process and work classification system for basic surveying such as control point surveying using GPS, leveling, aerial photographing, digital mapping, topographic mapping, digital elevation modeling, aerial photographic DB construction and digital orthophotomap was standardized. The status of the output and quality inspection for basic surveying project were analyzed, and the elements of quality inspection and data format for the type of outputs were analyzed. Based on standardized and analyzed contents, web-based process management system was developed after database and process was designed. The process management system consisted of process management, quality control, metadata management, and system management.

Usually, design method to use UML by Object-Oriented Modelling is used much. But, generation of Metadata that use UML is not easy by difference of expression about detailed functions that Is Involved language and this in environment that differ. In this paper that solution method use XML Metadata Interchange Format(XMI) for standardization and normalization of Pattern and Class. And, for design of Metamodel select frequency A many 4 element of use among XMI Metamodel and create Metadata. Design DB repository for created Metadata storing and add pattern and Information about each class composition and use query and did so that reusability and extension of Metadata nay be easy.

As applications of GIS technology have grown in local governments, the wider and integrated use of spatial information is demanded more than before. Particularly because 70-80% of administrative information in local governments are related spatial, it becomes a key issue to connect and integrate non-spatial information with spatial information for more advanced use of GIS applications in local governments. The purpose of this study is to establish an advanced Implementation model by analyzing obstacles in existing GIS applications and suggesting implementation strategies. The strategy, as an important part of the model, includes efficient information sharing, establishment of commonly usable GIS Database, architectural improvement for Enterprise GIS in terms of database and system implementation, standardization far the model, and establishment of spatial infrastructure in the local governments. The study concludes that administrative collaboration in a horizontal and vertical perspective has a highest priority for the implementation of the model.

Objective Classification of herbal formulas through the analysis of compositional herb's is a suitable method in the aspects of the effective applications of herbal formulas. However, these classification methods have some problems in dealing with lots of herbal formulas because the estimations of herbal formula's effects are dependent upon one's memory. In this study, we aimed to establish the effective methodology to elicit the classified herbal formula's chart by introducing the DB systems without interfering with non-standard terms. Method : We entered the herbs informations of the composition of herbal formulas into database, made an alias tables of corresponding herbs, and achieved standardization of herb's informations. Using these databases, we made the classified herbal formula's chart according to the presence and the treatment informations of herbs. Results By analyzing the herbal formula into the set of compositional herbal elements, we could systemically express the parents and children herbal formula at once according to search terms. We provided the advanced searching tools entering the name of herbal formula and compositional herb together. Through these searching methods, it is facilitated to grasp the classified herbal formula's chart according to the addition and reduction of compositional herbs in Dong-uibogam(東醫寶鑑) and Bangjehak(方劑學)

모바일 비주얼 검색(MVS: Mobile Visual Search) 기술은 스마트폰 환경에서 질의 영상의 특징을 검출하고 그 주변 영역의 정보를 이용하여 추출한 서술자를 미리 구축된 영상정보 DB와 비교하여 검색하는 기술로 스마트폰의 보급과 네트워크 환경발달에 따라 응용서비스의 범위와 가능성이 확대되고 있다. 본 동향에서는 기존의 텍스트, 음성, QR코드 등의 검색을 넘어 인간이 보는 그대로를 검색하고자 하는 모바일 비주얼 검색의 기술 및 표준화 동향을 분석하고 향후 전망에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.

If we want to overcome the current IMF-guarded economic situations as early as possible and to change the present industry structure to the new knowledge-based structure, it is a great necessity to increase the capability of technology innovation as a key factor of the international competitiveness, and to establish the infrastructure of venture business for increasing utilization of technologly and patent. Even though there has been a great increase in application and enrollment of the Industrial Property Rights (i.e. IPRs) including patent recently, the number of unused IPRs are increasing progressively every year (for example, the ratio of unused patent is about 60% in 1997), and illegal use of patent and dependance on the foreign patent are increasing sharply. This paper will suggest policy on nurturing venture business for increasing utilization of the unused IPRs, including technology transaction strategy and link strategy of the high-tech industries between metro Taejon and Chungcheong Area.

본 연구는 국방규격서의 전문어, 오용어, 어문규정 및 순화어 미(未)준수 어휘를 추출, 정의 또는 순화어로 정제하는 맵핑구조를 제시, 민 군규격용어 표준화를 위한 정보업무 로드맵을 구축하여 민간용어와의 호환성 및 일관성을 유지할 수 있는 지원체계를 연구하였다. 대상 규격용어는 KS용어표준 원칙을 기본으로 한 신뢰도 평가와 텍스트 마이닝 (text mining)빈도분석을 이용하여 선정하였으며, 시소러스(thesaurus) 체계를 삽입, 개념기반 서비스의 확장성을 제시하였다. 이를 기반으로 산출된 규격용어 DB는 민간 및 국방 관련분야의 용어표준관리 정보체계에 검색 및 용어설명에 활용될 수 있다.

Recently, many kinds of research have been actively developing for a standardization and information to the field of design, construction, supervision, maintenance and management on facilities. The establishment of standard classification system on tunnel facilities and inspection data is most important among the things to have a efficiently maintenance and management. This paper suggests standard classification system on tunnel facilities and inspection data, and, on the basis of that, code work with standard classification system and input work was practised. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a kind of statistics data and investigate a characteristics of inspection using statistic data on railway tunnel.

Life cycle assessment(LCA) has been developed from the concept of life cycle thinking. Life cycle thinking implies that everyone in the whole chain of a product's life cycle, from cradle to grave, has a responsibility and a role to play, taking into account all the relevant external effects. LCA is an analytical tool for identifying environmental loads and assessing the environmental impact in the whole chain of a product's life cycle. In Europe and Japan, LCA and ecodesign study for railway industry have been actively carried out recently. However, LCA for railway industry in domestic is still infant. LCA is standardized in International Organization of Standardization(ISO), base on the ISO 14040 standards, 307 life cycle inventory(LCI) database for infrastructure and base materials have been established in total since 1999. Some of LCI database can use in performing LCA for trains and railway infrastructure, but still not enough to derive accurate LCA result. Therefore, railway oriented LCA methodology and LCI DB are needed to be developed.
