  • 과거 서지DB 제작시스템은 자료의 수집부터 DB제작에 이르기까지 자료입수지연 및 서지데이터입력오류, 중복레코드생성, 권호정보의 부정확한 기입, 철자오류와 관련된 많은 문제들을 내포하고 있었다. 본 연구는 이와같은 문제들을 최소화하기 위해 SISAC기반 서지DB 제작시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 기존 가용자원을 최대한 활용하기 위해 SISAC 바코드를 스캐닝하여 자료의 입수처리를 신속하게 하고, 서지데이터를 입력할 때 기존에 구축된 데이터를 공유함으로써 데이터 중복입력으로 인한 시간소모적인 작업을 줄인다. 그리고 개방형 환경에서 양질의 능력을 지닌 DB제작 전문가를 선정하는데 투명성을 제공하고, 이들 DB제작전문가를 활용함으로써 데이터의 품질향상에 기여한다.

HExDB: Human EXon DataBase for Alternative Splicing Pattern Analysis

  • HExDB is a database for analyzing exon and splicing pattern information in Homo sapiens. HExDB is useful for specific purposes: 1) to design primers for exon amplification from cDNA and 2) to understand the change of ORFs by alternative splicing. HExDB was constructed by integrating data from AltExtron which is the computationally predicted exon database, Ensemble cDNA annotation, and Affymetrix genome tile published recently. Although it may contain false positive data, HExDB is good starting point due to its sensitivity. At present, there areas many as 2,046,519 exons stored in the HExDB. We found that $16.8\%$ of the exons in the database was constitutive exons and $83.1\%$ were novel gene exons.

  • 센서 네트워크 노드는 각각 초저전력, 초소형, 저비용을 지향하는데 이러한 하드웨어 리소스를 사용하는 임베디드 OS가 TinyOS이다. TinyDB는 이러한 TinyOS 센서 네트워크로부터 정보를 추출하기 위한 쿼리프로세싱 시스템이다. 이러한 TinyDB를 활용해서 X-Scale 기반의 임베디드 리눅스 환경에서 네트워크를 통한 Host서버와의 연계 및 센서 네트워크 응용에 관한 연구를 하였다.

  • About past 30 years, we don't have enough consideration and investigation about DB-Load. While 30 years, weight of truck is heavier and condition of roads differ, so many conditions of roads and vehicles are changed. We must consider change of many conditions and we must improve laws about maintenance of DB-Load. and now we must consider that low grade as well as high grade bridge can cross heavy vehicle and harmony between changed size of vehicle and bridge while making laws and code. So we can apply to improve design properly.

  • A data warehouse is a system that collectively manages and integrates data of a company. And provides the basis for decision making for management strategy. Nowadays, analysis data volumes are reaching critical size challenging traditional data ware housing approaches. Current implemented solutions are mainly based on relational database that are no longer adapted to these data volume. NoSQL solutions allow us to consider new approaches for data warehousing, especially from the multidimensional data management point of view. In this paper, we extend the data warehouse design methodology based on relational database using star schema, and have developed a consistent design methodology from information requirement analysis to data warehouse construction for large scale data warehouse construction based on MongoDB, one of NoSQL.

  • Design-Build (DB) has gained in popularity in roadway projects due to its defining advantage to improve communication and fast-track project delivery. However, very little is known about the impact of change order frequency and occurrence timing pertaining to DB projects. The study analyzes their impacts on project time and cost performance by conducting a rigorous numerical analysis drawing on 530 3R (rehabilitation, reconstruction, and resurfacing) projects completed between 2002 and 2011 in Florida by using a multiple linear regression. The results indicate that DB outperformed Design-Bid-Build in project cost as well as time. Critically, the regression analysis signifies that earlier change order occurrence caused more unfavorable impacts on schedule and cost. The proposed analyses and models will lead to the improved ability of agencies to quickly and more reliably estimate the potential change order impacts on schedule and cost.

  • The architectural drawing, construction project specification, etc. are included in the contract of a documents. However, construction project specification, for being documentation, is not utilized to such an extent. The reason is that specification information is difficult in collecting information in relation to the architectural drawing, material finishing list and other architectural information. Therefore, an integrated model, which can be associated with other architectural information, is needed, and a DB based on this integrated model must be established in order for it to be utilized in design, construction, and management. The DB, which is established through this process, must be updated according to modification in design, and construction. Furthermore the specification must be in document on the web for reference. Consequently in this research, the structure of integrated model has been introduced, and it has made the search and preparation of the integrated model on the Internet, using the specification information DB established for the mutual reference of DB, possible. The improvements of construction project specification standards are expected by this system. Also, it will bring about Improvements upon claim prevention, and design, construction, management qualities. Furthermore, it will make the use of information more convenient in practical business such as order agency, design service and building site.

  • A SNS(Social Networking Service) is an online platform to build social networks or social relations among people who, for example, share free communication, information, and make more personal connections. In this paper, we find representative entities, develop relationships among them, and draw an ERD based on the entities and their relationships. And then we design a SNS database schema by converting the ERD into collections according to data model of MongoDB, which is an NoSQL database.

  • Precast concrete apartments were main stream of domestic industrialized housing around 90's, and Steel Houses applying Steel Stud technique with light weighted steel have been dominant portion since 1995. On the other hand, various building techniques including Steel Stud method and highly prefabricated and industrialized Unit method are prevailing in developed countries like Japan. Steel stud and unit box have their own merits and demerits, but the more crucial aspect is that the constant design standard should be applied in each design procedure. It entails the necessity of industrial housing development on the open system basis. In this study, the design standard for unit house will be established coping with the established preparing standard for design specifications defined by architectural law and promotion law of housing construction. That is for design standard of industrialized private housing on the open system basis. This study attempts to propose the design automation, with the method of unit construction of which the rate of pre-fabrication is the biggest, that can cope with the demand of user on the basis of open-system. Ticky-tacky is the biggest technical problem in suppling industrialization housing. Therefore, we will suggest a basic plan for design automation of unit modular housing which can raise the productivity of industrialization housing by applying open system, utilized by DB of component and unit, and solve the problem concerned about ticky-tacky.
