The National Science and Technology Information Center (NDSL) database, which provides academic papers at home and abroad, collects, builds, and manages data collected from various sources. In this study, we analyzed the DB paper schema and DB metadata that are currently constructed and managed to derive an integrated DB schema that can manage the high-value-added papers and manage them efficiently by analyzing distributed DB papers. Also, the final academic information data items were determined through comparison and analysis using the Web of Science and SCOPUS schemas that are currently purchased and possessed. The academic information data items constructed and serviced through this study were summarized into seven papers, authors, abstracts, institutions, themes, journals, and references, and defined as core contents under construction. The integrated DB schema was created through this study, and the results of this study will be used as a basis for constructing the integrated DB collection of high quality academic papers and designing the integrated system.

정보봉사의 패러다임이 소유중심에서 접근서비스로 변하는 추세에 기인하여 도서관자동화의 미래 경향은 기존의 소장목록정보와 같은 자체제작 DB외에도 CD-ROM이나 마그네틱테잎으로 구입된 외부제작 DB, 인터넷을 비롯한 네트워크를 통한 외부정보를 제공하고, 더나아가 상업적 온라인서비스까지도 제공하는 통합 OPAC으로 발전하게 될 것이다.

As commercialization of the Internet has brought flood of information and the proportion of electronic source in the library collection has been gradually increasing, it is highly important for the library to quickly obtain and utilize the latest information. SDI service is expected to fulfill the needs providing the latest information swiftly and accurately to the digital library users. This study seeks to analyze the current standing of practical application of the SDI service in the universities of South Korea based on surveys and make a proposal on the advancement and extension of the SDI service.

In traditional environment, user must search each journal OPAC, bibliographic DB, and full-text DB and E-Journal separately until user finds scientific and technology informations that he needs. The purpose of this study is to build one-click service system of Journals that supports integrating search. This system provides various functions, such as, journal browsing, journal search, article search, alert function, my library, document delivery service by integrating databases and electronic journals. Users search all information sources through journal OPAC and acquire journal full-text by single interface.

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대 도래에 따른 빅데이터가 이슈화 되고 정부의 공공 데이터 개방? 공유 정책 등으로 정부의 R&D 정보화 서비스도 다양화되고 있다. 특히 해양수산 R&D사업은 해양이라는 공간적 제약으로 선박 및 특수 장비 등을 사용함에 따라 연구비 단가가 상대적으로 높은 실정임에도 해양수산 연구 자료 및 관측자료가 통합적으로 관리되지 않고, 사업별 기관별로 산발적으로 관리되고 있어, 이에 따라 연구 DB 통합관리의 수요가 제기 되고 있다. 이에 해양수산 R&D사업에서는 사업별 통합 DB 구축사업이 진행되고 있고, '관할해역해양정보 공동활용시스템(JOISS)'이 대표적이라 할 수 있다. JOISS는 2012년부터 시작된 '관할해역 해양정보 공동활용체계 구축'과제를 통해 자료 표준화 연구와 함께 해양과학조사 분야의 R&D과제들과 실시간 해양관측망으로부터 산출되는 데이터를 수집하고, 정보서비스를 구현한 시스템이다. 2016년 1차 시스템 구축을 완료하여 현재 서비스를 진행하고 있다. 한편, 해양관측 데이터 수집 공유 서비스 외 해양수산 R&D사업과 연계된 다양한 정보들을 나누고 소통하는 온라인 장을 구현하기 위해 '해양수산 R&D 지식정보 시스템(OFRIS)' 개발사업이 별도로 진행되고 있다. OFRIS는 해양수산 R&D사업을 통한 데이터의 원할한 수집 및 품질관리 등의 문제를 보완하고, 그 외에도 사업별로 분산 관리되고 있는 R&D 관련 정보를 연계하고, 기술공급자와 수요자를 직접 연결해 주는 '개방형 기술 정보 중개 시스템'으로의 역할, 국내외 해양수산 R&D관련 정책 연구 산업 동향을 엄선하여 제공하는 등 해양수산 R&D 종합 포털로서 기능구현을 목표하고 있다. 2017년 말 1단계 개발 완료를 앞두고 있으며, 1단계에서는 시급성 높고, 수요가 많은 (1) R&D동향, (2) 과제이력, (3) 연구성과, (4) 기술거래, (5) DB공유 등 5대 기능을 우선 구현하고, 2단계에서는 통계자료 생산 및 분석 기능 강화, 3단계에서는 해양수산 산업통계, 인력, 교육 등의 정보를 서비스하는 포털로 확장할 계획이다. JOISS, OFRIS를 개발하는 과정에서는 해양수산 R&D의 정보를 수집 관리 하는데 있어 다양한 현안 문제 등이 도출되었으며, 그 중에서도 연구자들의 자발적 데이터 제공 협조, 데이터의 표준화 및 품질검증, 구축된 데이터의 활용 및 피드백 등에 대해 구체적이고 현실적인 대응 방안이 요구된다.

본 논문에서는 PDA(Personal Digital Assistants)를 이용한 차세대 위치기반서비스를 위한 분산 DB 제어기(DB Scheduler)와 XML interpreter 및 UI Manager를 개발하고 구현하였다. 분산 DB 제어기에서는 지리적으로 뜯어져있는 많은 분산 DB의 데이터에 대해 실시간으로 지능적 수집 및 변경 등이 가능하도록 하는 DB 제어기술을 개발하였으며, XML Interpreter 및 UI Manager에서는 하나의 단말기로 다양한 환경 및 서비스 수용이 가능하도록 하는 클라이언트용 기능 개발을 하였으며 단말기를 서비스 및 목적에 맞게 customize 할 수 있도록 단말기 기종별 개발 언어 등 세부 규격을 분석하고 가능한 국제 표준을 따라 설계서를 작성하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the integrated search services for integrated libraries operated by local governments in Korea. The target of analysis was integrated libraries operated by 25 local governments in Seoul, and the analysis elements were selected from service functions in 12 areas related to integrated search. The results of the study are as follows. First, the integrated library is an association of public libraries and small libraries in autonomous districts and provides integrated search services. The provided integrated search service function, types of bibliographic information, and facets are not diverse. Second, the records in the search results were mostly item types, not title types. Third, enrichment information supplementing book information consists of book introductions, related information, book-related keywords, and loan-related information. Fourth, integrated search shows the form of integrated OPAC based on integrated catalog DB rather than discovery-type search. It concentrates on providing an integrated search for catalog DBs distributed in public libraries or small libraries in the autonomous district. Fifth, most integrated libraries provide similar service types. Based on these results, improvement plans were proposed for domestic public libraries to expect discovery-type integrated search services.

기존의 GIS 서비스는 웹상에서 제공되어 왔으나 최근 모바일 기술의 발달로 인해 모바일 단말기에서의 서비스가 가능해졌다. 하지만 모바일 단말기의 초대 장점인 휴대성에 초점이 맞춰지면서 데이터 처리 및 저장 공간의 부족, 통신 속도의 문제에 부딪히게 되었다. 또한 GIS 서비스를 위한 지리정보 표준이 없기 대문에 각 회사마다 서로 다른 형태들로 개발되어 왔으며 특정 포맷에 국한되어 자유로운 활용과 통합 및 응용이 불가하며, 각각의 데이터들을 공유하는데 많은 어려움이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 기존 지리정보포맷인 DXF(Drawing eXchange Format), SHP(SHaPefile)등을 모바일 환경에 적합하게 지리 정보를 표현함에 있어서 필요한 최소한의 속성들을 추출 및 인덱싱을 통해 경량화된 통합 DB를 구축하여 추후 OGC(Open GIS Consortium)에서 제안한 XML 기반의 표준 공간 데이터 포맷인 GML(Geographic Markup Language)로의 확장이 용이하고 좀 더 효율적인 데이터 처리 및 관리를 가능하게 한다.

본 논문에서는 정보체계 간 상호운용성 개선을 위해 공유 데이터 환경(SHADE) 기반의 DB 세그먼트 구현절차를 제안한다. 먼저 공유 데이터 서버의 개념과 특성을 제시하고 DB 세그먼트 네이밍 및 패키징에 대한 정의 및 형식 등을 분석한다. 그런 다음 SHADE 기반하에 DB 세그먼트 개발환경 및 개발자 역할을 제안하고 DB 세그먼트를 효율적으로 구축할 수 있도록 세그먼트 등록, 개발, 제출, 통합이라는 4단계 개발절차와 설치 및 사용절차 등이 포함된 구현절차를 제안한다. 향후 제안한 DB 세그먼트 구현절차를 소프트웨어 재사용과 연결성 향상을 통해 정보체계 간 상호운용성 개선에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.
