본 연구에서는 광역적 피해조사를 위해 고해상도 항공사진 및 위성영상을 이용한 피해정보추출시스템을 개발하였다. 연구 대상지역은 2006년 집중호우로 큰 피해를 입은 강원도 인제지역을 선정하였으며, 해당지역 중 특히 피해가 집중된 덕산리, 덕적리 지역 약 $50km^2$에 대해서 피해 전 후 영상을 확보하고 1:5.000 수치지형도, 연속지적도 등 제반 GIS DB를 구축하였다. 피해정보추출시스템은 ArcObject 컴포넌트를 이용한 VB.NET 2005 언어를 이용해서 개발되었다. 시스템의 좌, 우 영상프레임에 피해 전, 후 영상을 비교하여 피해지역을 선정하며, 선정된 피해지역은 구축된 제반 GIS DB와 중첩기능을 통해 피해항목들을 추출할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 공공시설물의 경우 영상을 통해 판별된 피해 항목들을 피해단위에 맞추어 길이 및 면적을 산출 할 수 있도록 하였다. 피해정보추출 시스템은 고해상도 공간영상을 이용한 광역적 피해조사를 위하여 개발되었으며, 효율적인 활용을 위해서는 전국단위의 고해상도 영상 DB구축이 우선시 되어야 한다. 또한 현재 소방방재청에서 구축하고 있는 NDMS(National Disaster Management System)에 영상 DB 및 통합 영상관리시스템도 함께 구축하여 활용할 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다.

According to computer-based life style and computer networking system is generalized, the construction of information system based on the construction of database is one of the major jobs in the design field. The construction of standard database system is one of the major factors to build the information infra and develop design field as knowledge-base industry. However, the construction of user-based dassification of database is prior to that of standard design database system. This study presents the possibility of the construction of user-friendly and standard database system by studying the dassification system of database.

본 연구의 목적은 도시 지역에서 지진 발생시 중요한 대피로 역할을 하는 도로의 위험평가요소를 분석하고 데이터베이스(Database, DB)를 구축하는데 있다. 현재 우리나라는 도로의 체계적인 유지관리를 위해 도로관리통합시스템이 개발되어 있으나, 이는 도로대장전산화, 포장관리시스템, 교랑관리시스템, 도로절개면유지관리시스템 등에 한정되어 있다. 다시 말해서 재난 시 사람들이 신변의 안전을 확보할 수 있는 대피나 구급을 위한 통로로써의 도로에 대한 이해가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행연구의 분석을 토대로 방재관점의 도로관리를 위한 항목들을 자연환경, 시회환경, 도로 및 시설물, 유발요인 등으로 제안하고, 서울대학교 부근을 대상지역으로 하여 이들 요인을 DB화하였다. 이는 도로와 주변 환경 등을 동시에 고려하여 재난 발생 시 대피와 구조 활동을 위한 방재계획은 물론, 지역별 위험도평가 및 재해위험도작성에 기초 자료로 이용될 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 기구축된 GIS 자료가 아닌 현장 조사를 바탕으로 구축된 DB로, 방재관점의 통합된 DB의 필요성을 제시하는데 그 의미가 있을 것이다.

현재 HP9000/H70 워크스테이션에 Sybase 10.01 DBMS를 근간으로 하여 '해외 유학정보'와 '의료정보' 등 5개의 DB가 구축되어 하이텔의 인포샵 서비스를 통해 일반 대중을 상대로 한 IP가 진행중이다. 이들 DB는 텍스트 위주의 명령을 기초로 하고 있어 정보접근과 사용이 어렵고, DB가 사장되는 결과를 초래한다. 따라서 기존의 DB로부터 유용한 정보를 쉽게 접근하게 하고, IP 정보제공자는 기존의 정보 추가와 갱신을 원활히 할 수 있다. 현재 서비스 중인 5개의 Database 중에 “유학정보”만을 인터넷 통합 정보망으로 구축함으로서, 사용자는 GUI 환경에선 쉽게 정보를 제공받으며, 사업자는 사장되는 DB를 쉽게 개발 할 수 있도록 도와주며, 기존의 Database뿐만 아니라 타 Database 까지 수용할 수 있는 DataBase Bank 역할을 할 수 있다.

삼성종합기술원의 음성 인식, 합성 분야의 음성 데이터 베이스 구축 현황과 향후 연구 방향에 대하여 기술한다. 삼성종합기술원에서는 1989년 한국어 문음 변환기술 개발을 시작하여 그 동안 남성음, 여성음 합성 시스템을 발표하였고, 최근에는 시각장애자용 컴퓨터를 개발하여 전국 13개 시각 장애자 학교에 기정한 바 있다. 음성 인식 분야는 100 단어 내외으 소용량 화자 종속 시스템을 개발하여 키폰용 음성인식 다이얼 장치를 실용화하였다. 약 5년여에 걸친 연구 결과 자체적으로 구축하게 된 음성 DB는 크게 남, 여 합성용 DB와 인식용 DB로 요약할 수 있다. 이러한 경험을 바탕으로 향후 국내외 대학, 연구소 등과 공동연구를 통해 상품화 수준의 문음 변환기술과 대용량, 화자독립 음성인식 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 궁극적으로는 휴대용 통역기의 요소 기술을 확보하여 제한된 영역에서 자동 통역기를 상품화하는데 이바지할 계획이다.

This paper shows a case study on the design of the schema of the information DB of the City-Train Standardization project. The process used in this case is : Database development, Schema design, and cross referencing of the data with the work process items. The DB and the schema was implemented using computer aided systems engineering tool Cradle■. We expect that the user can find the data and the related information very easily, quickly without omission.

패킷트레이서는 라우터/스위치 등 네트워크 장비를 가상으로 구성하고 각 장비의 CONFIG를 세팅, 실습 할 수 있는 프로그램이다. 고객의 요구를 받아서 중소규모 네트워크의 보안설정을 추가하여 보다 높은 안정성과 효율성 있는 네트워크를 구성하고 고객의 정보를 DB서버에 저장하여 DB서버에 접근시 데이터를 불러 올수 있도록 한다. 이 논문에서는 중소규모 병원 네트워크 인프라 구축을 위한 방안을 제시한다. 부서별로 스위치를 한대씩 배치하고 외부기관은 멀티포인트 프레임릴레이를 설정하여 전용회선으로 만들어 사용한다. 각종개인정보가 들어있는 DB는 외부에 두고 보안기능을 넣어서 신뢰성을 향상시킨다. 단순히 네트워크 구축뿐만 아니라 DB를 연동하여 정보를 저장하고, 보안 기능을 넣어서 네트워크의 취약점을 보안하고자 한다.

The electronic element the damage occurs with radiation being bombed. Transient radiation tests performed for the first time in Korea evaluation data database (DB) was constructed to. Web-based materials in the DB is designed to be able to search and update, and existing foreign (NASA, ESA) for a total of 695 species, including public sources of data has been entered. Search DB than the existing foreign DB is an efficient and practical.

The integrated data is an essential in the analysis for the balanced development of the local governments, but economic, social and cultural data in local governments is not being made with integrated management. A variety of information is being published according to the Government 3.0 era, but the researchers has great difficulty in integrating the analysis for one topic because related information is scattered in various sites. This paper proposes an integrated database(DB) of local governments to support the research activities. It has to contains total information of economic, social and cultural activities of local governments, and accommodate the distributed and heterogeneous data. It has the schema designed to integrate the entire data for considering the differences between local governments or data components. We should focus to build a framework for the multifaceted research to enable the cross analysis over common elements.

This study constructs an energy-extended KLEM DB of 35 Korean industries, and estimates the elasticities of substitution under various nesting structures of production technologies. Unlike most existing studies that employed only three inputs, K, L, and E, we applied a dual approach where non-energy intermediate input M is also incorporated as a production input. Our dual approach which extended that of van der Werf (2008)'s 3-input model successfully identified and estimated the multi-nested production functions. We provide the estimates of the elasticities of substitution among 4 different energy sources as well. Our estimation results would be used for energy-environment model building for Korea.
