The purpose of this study was to know the characteristics of DDK performance between CV(e.g. 'pa') and VV(e.g., 'ai') syllables in typically developing children aged 4 to 6 years old. 12 TD children performed DDK with CV structure(/pʰə/, /tʰə/, /kʰə/, /pʰətʰə/, /tʰəkʰə?/, /pʰətʰəkʰə/) and with VV structure(/ai/, /ɔi/, /ɑɔi/). Spoken syllables were counted in one second, and all spoken DDK were measured by PC-quirer. The results showed that all spoken DDK became faster as the age of children were increased. This trend was also appeared in both CV and VV syllables repetition. In addition, there was no differences in DDK rate with CV and VV syllables. The frequency of articulatory error during DDK performance was very high in the age of 3, and there was no pattern in the frequency of articulatory error according to the developmental age.

This paper suggest the safety class communication board in order to design the safety network of the nuclear safety class controller. The reactor protection system use the digitized networks because from analog system to digital system. The communication board shall be provided to pass the required performance and test of the safety class in the digital network used in the nuclear safety class. Communication protocol is composed of physical layer(PHY), data link layer(MAC: Medium Access Control), the application layer in the OSI 7 layer only. The data link layer data package for the cyber security has changed. CRC32 were used for data quality and the using one way communication, not requests and not responses for receiving data, does not affect the nuclear safety system. It has been designed in accordance with requirements, design, verification and procedure for the approving the nuclear safety class. For hardware verification such as electromagnetic test, aging test, inspection, burn-in test, seismic test and environmental test in was performed. FPGA firmware to verify compliance with the life-cycle of IEEE 1074 was performed by the component testing and integration testing.
The economic burden which our society has to take exceeds the benefit that it becomes by the free circulation of information. Problems such as inconvenience or inequality between people can also occur since the regulation task of spam e-mail or SMS is imposed on two organs; the Department of Information and Communication and Free Trade Commission. The dualization of regulation separates related laws, which makes exception according to the $\ulcorner$Law on Information Communication Usage and Information Protection$\lrcorner$ or poses double regulation toward the same case. The spam prevention activity at free hands of information communication network provider such as portal site or mobile communication has many limitations along with comparison and analysis of spam regulations abroad. Therefore, examinations on legal obligation such as service restriction, identification and technical measure to spam prevention is needed. This study focuses on making the scope of spam regulation clear by considering the domestic related laws and the general environment of industry, on enacting law which regulates spam including advertisement and on deducting essential facts in enacting or modifying related laws and thus, deducting the form and contents of spam regulation law which is most decent in our domestic environment.
Most of the Korean performing arts markets are not only small but also show their limitations in terms of their role as a platform for the promotion of performing arts and future growth prospects. This study started from the perception that the domestic performing arts markets need the cooperation between the markets in order to overcome the current situation and become the representative performing arts markets of Asia. To do this, we conducted surveys and in-depth interviews on market collaborations with domestic performing arts officials such as PAMS, Jeju Haevichi Art Festival and G-FAFE. For successful inter-market collaboration, the first is to change ideas and thinking about collaborations, second, to select programs suitable for direct supervision and collaboration based on evaluation of comparative advantage, and third, to establish and operate the 'Performing Arts Market Collaboration Promotion Committee(tentative name)'. And the fourth, starting from the sharing of the network that is most required at this stage, it is necessary to develop the sharing of manpower and places through mutual financial support or sharing between the central government, the metropolitan municipalities.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the organizational characteristics and interorganizational network level on social welfare organizationas' effectiveness using structural equation model. For achieving this purpose, this study defined organizational effectiveness as financial, human and physical resource capability according to resource systems approach. Organizational characteristics variables included the number of qualified staff, degree of resource dependency, the proportion of government subsidies, the main organizational philosophy, establishment year, the attitude of top manager and the number of informal ties. Interorganizational network variables were divided by outdegree centrality and indegree centrality. The data collected from women's welfare organizations in Seoul through survey method. The analysis tools used the UCINET 6.245 for the network analysis and AMOS 18.0 for the structural equation model. The results of this study are as follows. The factors affected on the financial resource capacity were the number of qualified staff, the proportion of government subsides and the indegree centrality. Meanwhile, only indegree centrality directly influenced on the human resource capability. The significant affecting factors on physical resource capacity were the number of qualified staff, the attitude of top manager and informal ties. Based on these results, the implications of this study and the ways to enhance social welfare organization's effectiveness were discussed.
Asian Americans are one of the fastest growing minority groups in the United States. One of the stereotypes associated with Asians is that they are more likely to choose careers in science, medicine, and engineering rather than social science, inclusive of social work, mass communication, or humanities (Leong & Serafica, 1995; Tang et al., 1999). This occupational stereotyping of Asians is not just a myth in that only a few Asians choose social work as a career (Lennon, 2005; NASW, 2006). Few studies exist on Asian Americans who do not choose Asian stereotypical career choices, such as social work. Acknowledging this lack of research, the present study was developed to explore the relationships between factors that may influence Asian Americans who choose social work as their career. Based on Social Cognitive Career Theory (Lent, Brown, & Hackett, 1994), it was hypothesized that acculturation and family immigration status influenced parental involvement, disapproval by significant others as a perceived career barrier among Asian American social workers. A cross-sectional survey design was used in this study. The sample was derived from the members'database of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). A total of 900 were randomly chosen among 1,802 of Asian American social workers in the NASW database, and 370 Asian American social workers participated in this study with 41 percent of a return rate. Quantitative data were collected through standardized measurements: Suinn-Lew Asian Self-Identity Acculturation Scale (Suinn, Rickard-Figueroa, Lew, & Vigil, 1987); Career Barriers Inventory Revised (Swanson, et al., 1996); and eight items from Tang et al.'s (1999) Asian American Career Development Questionnaire. The data were collected through a combined method of an online survey with option of a paper mail-return questionnaire. Results of the study found significant group differences among family immigration status groups on parental involvement, and perceived likelihood and hindrance of disapproval by significant others. The group of the 2nd generation reported the highest scores of parental involvement among the family immigration status groups. Also, Asian American social workers who represented the 3rd and higher generation of immigration reported lowest perceived likelihood and hindrance scores of disapproval by significant others. However, there was no significant multivariate effect of acculturation on parental involvement, and perceived likelihood and hindrance of disapproval by significant others. Implications and limitations of this study, as well as suggestions for future research, are discussed.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of direct experience with school violence on internet game addiction and school adjustment focusing on the mediating effect of depression. A survey of 559 middle school students in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, and Pusan was conducted. The data were analyzed using AMOS 18.0. The results are as follows. First, 43.9% of the study sample experienced school violence in the previous year. In terms of internet game addiction, 45.9% were identified to be potentially addicted, and 6.6% were considered to be addicted to internet games. Second, results from the structural equation model show that school violence has positive effects on depression and internet game addiction. Third, depression has a positive effect on internet game addiction and a negative effect on school adjustment. Fourth, internet game addiction negatively affects school adjustment. Based on these research results, the findings from this study suggest need for intervention programs targeted to prevent school violence, internet game addiction, depression, and school adjustment.

Due to the development of IT technology and the spread of infectious diseases, online non-face-to-face services are rapidly expanding. In particular, the information delivery process is also changing from the past postal branch-based to an information delivery system using mobile devices. This change is due to the change from the information delivery using the telephone line to the information delivery system using the Internet. Mobile notification service is a service that sends electronic notices to mobile devices held by users to deliver information and is validated for delivery, which has the advantage of reducing the benefits of unnecessary mail production, exposure to personal information, and misdelivery. However, user identification information must be provided to operators that provide mobile electronic notification services. In this paper, the current state of use of the mobile electronic notice service, which has been in effect since 2019, is investigated and analyzed, and the current mobile electronic notice service is to be safely provided and to take appropriate protection measures for personal information. In providing the mobile electronic notification service to users, it is possible to identify the service standards required by the sending agency, and based on this, prepare the technical standards for the mobile electronic notification service that the sending agency must comply with in advance and use it for the mobile electronic notification service.
