Roadmap of cyber trade offers members the opportunity to interact electronically with like-mined individuals and to both create and buyer relevant to a topic of interest. Roadmap of cyber trade was conduct on the economic effect of electronic commerce according to the method of constructing the Internet. Firms using cyber trade have difficulty enjoying a uniformly identical effect. That is, since the improvement effect of the intrafirm business method, unnecessary repeated manual paperwork and the use effect of being able to maintain the close relationship with to the parties to trades in the process of prompt receipt and delivery of documents are long-term and indirect effects, they have some limitation in that they can not be measured as coefficients but only as scales. In terms of business management, the intensification of corporate competitiveness improved by $10.00\%$ in case of less than 10 times and by $11.53\%$ in case of 50 to less than 50 times. And it was found that the effect of profit increase as the number of inquiries was large. That is, it was found that the effect of profit increase was $10.88\%$ when the number of inquiries was less than 10 times but it increased to $14.00\%$ in case of 50$\∼$less than 100 times. Therefore, to revitalize cyber trade, it is thought that government, the academic community and the business world all need to make much research into and sustained investment in cyber trade.

However, there are some legal problems for the electronic commerce to be used in international trade activities such as trade contract transport documents and payment systems by internet. First international trade rules have to be legislated so that electronic documents has same legal function like traditional documents. Also electronic signature must has authenticity, integrity, non-repudiation, writing and confidentiality. Second, traditionally international payment systems such as letters of credits, remittance, documentary collections and open account have been operated as an important and popular method of payment. In the modern world of electronic commerce, information technology has made it possible to pay for the sale of goods and services over the internet. The payment methods such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Electronic Cash, Electronic Fund Transfers enable partly sellers, buyers and service providers to settle payment electronically through the internet. To settle the problems of payment systems, the security requirements for safe electronic Payments such as authenticity, integrity, non-repudiation have to be guaranteed. Electronic payment systems through SWIFT enable the sellers and the buyers to conduct and settle international business-to-business electronic commerce in case of solving the above problems and harmonizing the Bolero project.
The international trade industry is on the brink of a radical Internet-driven transformation. TradeCard is a payment and settlement system that is an alternative to letters of crdeit. That is, TradeCard is a business-to-business e-commerce infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to conduct and settle international trade transactions securely over the Internet. Paperless, payment-guaranteed international trade transactions - which eliminate the traditional letters of credit with electronic certifications - are widely considered the most difficult B2B transactions to conduct. The TradeCard system was initially built to accommodate and process this complex, cross-border payment type at a US$100 service fee for each transaction of up to US$100,000 since November 1999.
Because the international trading community has witnessed a number of significant technical and commercial changes, documentary credit practices will quite clearly need to be updated to meet both the business and technical demands of the latest commercial and technical developments in international trade. The potential for developing "paperless credit" should, therefore, be examined. TradeCard is a B2B(business-to-business) e-commerce infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to conduct and settle international trade transactions securely over the Internet and objective of TradeCard is to provide a secure, reliable cost-effective and user-friendly solution for conducting and settling international trade transactions. This paper analyzes the reviews of TradeCard by Electronic Message and the various problems which come to application of TradeCard, with particular attention to existing international frameworks for Payment systems based on Documentary Credit.ry Credit.

Digital trade rules are crucial in supporting the digital economy as the rules effectively reduce unnecessary trade barriers. This study introduces various approaches that major countries take regarding digital trade policies and rules. Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership has introduced comprehensive rules on e-commerce, including binding articles on the free flow of information, location of computing facilities, and source code. More recent e-commerce provisions or digital trade agreements cover wider range of issues, from cyber security, artificial intelligence, and data innovation to electronic invoicing and payments. Multilateral negotiations on digital trade rules, including the World Trade Organization E-commerce Joint Statement Initiatives and Indo-Pacific Economic Framework, are in progress. Thus, countries involved are expected to respond to new digital trade issues with long-term strategies considering domestic policy objectives.
