The development of computer-based information technology has led to the quantitative and qualitative growth of social media which have two sides; a positive one such as the generation and sharing of information and a negative one which includes cyber plagiarism and cyber bullying. This study seeks to understand which factors can lead to cyber plagiarism, which is the most prevalent form of unethical cyber behavior. We expected that the intrinsic and extrinsic motivations for using social media would have different effects on unethical cyber intention and that this relation between motivation and cyber unethical behavior would be moderated by the subjective norm. In order to obtain a better understanding of the relationships among the individual motivation, unethical cyber intention, and cyber plagiarism, information was obtained from 564 social media users. The respondents provided details of their experiences and attitudes regarding social media usage behavior and unethical cyber behavior. The results confirmed that extrinsic motivation significantly increases unethical intention and further leads to high levels of cyber plagiarism. The subjective norm plays a moderating role in the relationships between extrinsic motivation and unethical cyber intention. Based on the results, the theoretical and practical implications of the research findings are discussed, and recommendations for future research are provided.

Earlier program plagiarism check systems are performed by using simple text, attribute or token string base on match techniques. They have difficulties in checking program styles which have nothing to do with program syntax such as indentation, spacing and comments. This paper introduces a plagiarism check model which compares syntax-trees for the given programs. By using syntax-trees, this system can overcome the weekness of filtering program styles and have advantage of comparing the structure of programs by syntax and semantic analysis. Our study introduces syntactic tree creation, unparsing and similarity check algorithms about C/C++ program plagiarism checking for internet cyber education and estimate plagiarism pattern.

In this paper, we design and implement watermarking system which create, insert and detect watermark comprised of number or logo to protect copyright and to prevent illegal plagiarism through inserting copyrighting information of owner into the original image. In the proposed system, the number or logo as watermark is selectively inserted according to characteristics of the original contents or requirement of copyrighter. The system also has convenient user interface which general administrator who hasn't expert knowledge for the protection of copyright uses easily. Ownership and copyright protection using digital watermarking technology intensifies creating volition of clients who want to create contents such as cultural contents, Thus, we can expect increasing requests for creating contents such as cultural contents.
