모바일전자고지서비스를 위한 민간기관과 공인전자문서중계사업자 간 연계정보 활용방안에 관련 연구 (Study on Development of Technology Standards for Batch Conversion of CI between Private and Personal Identity Proofing Organizations for Safe Mobile Electronic Notification Service)

  • 모바일전자고지서비스는 이용자 소유한 모바일기기로 전자고지문을 발송하여 이용자의 수신 및 개봉 증명과 발송자의 송달 증명을 전자적으로 확인하는 서비스이다. 이로 인해 전통적으로 종이 기반의 고지 서비스가 전자고지문으로 급속히 대체되고 있으나, 이용자를 명확하게 식별하기 위한 연계정보가 필수적으로 사용된다. 연계정보는 온라인상의 주민등록번호와 같이 이용자를 고유하게 식별할 수 있는 정보로써 안전하게 활용하기 위한 방안 마련이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 모바일전자고지서비스 제공에 있어 필수적으로 사용되는 연계정보를 사용하는 전자고지문 발송기관과 공인전자문서중계사자 간의 안전한 활용방안을 제안한다. 제안한 방안에서는 본인확인기관으로부터 전달받은 연계정보를 포함한 전자문서의 안전한 송수신 절차, 암호키 교환, 전자문서 열람 등을 통한 활용방안을 제시한다. 제안한 방안 공공·행정·민간기관의 모바일 전자고지서비스에 적용함으로써 보안 안전하고 체계적인 서비스 제공이 가능하고 서비스 확대를 통한 이용자 편익도 증가할 수 있다.

  • 모바일 기기의 확산으로 이용자가 소지하고 있는 모바일 기기와 이용자 식별을 통해 전자고지문을 이용자의 모바일 기기로 전송하여 전자고지문의 송달증명과 유통증명을 수행하는 모바일 전자고지서비스 이용 증가하고 있다. 이때 모바일 기기 단말기 소유자와 고지문 수신자를 식별하기 위해 연계정보를 사용한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 전자고지문 발송요청기관이 본인확인기관에게 전자고지문 수신자의 주민등록번호를 연계정보로 일괄변환 요청 시 처리흐름, 연동규격, 관리방안 등을 제안한다. 제안한 방안에서는 민간기관과 본인확인기관 간의 연계정보 일괄변환 처리 절차, 정보 송·수신 방안, 연동규격 등을 정의함으로써 안전한 모바일 전자고지서비스가 가능함을 제시한다. 고지문을 전자적으로 발송함에 있어 수신자 식별의 안전성, 전자고지문의 유출 방지, 전송구간 사이의 데이터 보호 등을 효과적으로 적용할 수 있어 모바일 전자고지서비스의 활성화를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze how future images are embodied in contemporary fashion design. To find out future images expressed in contemporary fashion design, this paper characterized the future society as information society, network society, pluralistic society, and global village. Cyber design and techno-style expressed through metal or lustrous material which is influenced by information symbolize future image. Also, minimalism which is characterized as simplicity and purity affects the contemporary fashion design. The network society which affets t the horizontal and functional social system diminishes the meaning of socio-economic status. Therefore, street fashion has diffused to high fashion, and the formal wear has tendency to be changed into casual wear. In addition, the meaning of status symbol in contemporary fashion design become decreased. The pluralistic society affects to search for one's own personality and identity. Also, contemporary fashion design is influenced by post-modernism and deconstructionism. In order words, genderless, ageles, seasonless, and infra fashion appeared. The global village emphasizes extension of universality in life style and search for world quality. so, ethnic fashions appear frequently in contemporary fashion design. Also, the effects of Korean traditional costume to contemporary fashion design has increased.

사이버 자아에 대한 인지와 구매의도의 구조적 관계

  • 본 연구는 사이버 공간에서 자아에 대한 인지를 두 가지 측면에서 조사하고 이러한 인지와 구매의도 간 어떠한 연관성을 가지는지 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 사이버 자아를 외향적 자아와 내향적 자아로 분류하였고 두 가지 자아에 대한 인지를 파악하기 위하여 사회적 네트워킹 서비스(Social Networking Service)를 제공하는 5사의 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 아울러 이러한 두 가지 자아에 대한 인지와 구매의도와의 연관성 여부를 밝히기 위하여 설문내용에 구매의도와 관련된 문항을 함께 제시하여 응답을 얻었다. 설문 분석결과, 사이버 자아에 대한 인지와 구매의도 간 상관관계를 확인할 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to be groped promotion plan of internet marketing of Family Restaurant to get the motive, which is target market of Family Restaurant in Korea, and segment market of Internet users shows identity. Internet is observed as new marketing tool to understand customized needs of customer and to provide service to them in form of the customization. Based on the case study of Homepage of Family Restaurant in Korea, I would propose promotion plan as follow. First, enhance the function of the database marketing through the two-way communication. Second, enforce the e-commerce through the corporate-marketing in which same target market in cyber space. Third, develop the management skill for the Internet marketing in homepage as like specialty of contents.

현대패션에 표현된 NEW ORIENTALISM에 관한 연구 (A Study of New Orientalism Represented in Modern Fashion)

  • In this study, New Orientalism represened in modern fashion is defined a new idea that harmonized with factors of eclecticism, traditionalism, naturalism, and futurism and these characteristics are examined. First, as these features, it is the phenomenon of eclecticism presented beyond regions and sex. Second, it is the phenomenon of traditionalism newly expressed traditional images in a modern sense by using and changing of a oriental dress image of the of the past. Third, it is the phenomenon of naturalism revealed an unalloyed recurrent instinct about nature and a desire for yearning. Fourth, it is the phenomenon of futurism which is come out the factor of oriental images whithin a minimal and cyber environment. This paper might be the foundation for Korean Orientalism which could be not a just pastiche but a cultural commodity and s main fashion current with a cultural identity especially in the year of 2000, "New Arts Year", declared by Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Attribute based User Authentication for Contents Distribution Environments

  • In digital contents distribution environments, a user authentication is an important security primitive to allow only authenticated user to use right services by checking the validity of membership. For example, in Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) environments, it is required to provide an access control according to the policy of content provider. Remote user authentication and key agreement scheme is used to validate the contents accessibility of a user. We propose a novel user authentication scheme using smart cards providing a secure access to multimedia contents service. Each user is authenticated using a subset of attributes which are issued in the registration phase without revealing individual's identity. Our scheme provides the anonymous authentication and the various permissions according to the combination of attributes which are assigned to each user. In spite of more functionality, the result of performance analysis shows that the computation and communication cost is very low. Using this scheme, the security of contents distribution environments in the client-server model can be significantly improved.

  • 호남문화의 정체성과 문화발전을 확보하고 이를 세계화하며 동시에 경제적 가치를 창출하기 위해서는 호남문화를 정보화해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 호남문화 정보화의 사회 문화적 가치와 경제적 가치를 살펴보고 호남문화의 정보화 과정을 3단계로 부류하여 설정하였으며, 호남문화의 정보화를 담당할 인력 양성과 호남문화 교육 및 정보문화 교육을 실시하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 호남문화 정보화를 위한 가상 정보문화학부 설립에 관한 구성체제 및 교육과정을 제안하였다.

Study On Masked Face Detection And Recognition using transfer learning

  • COVID-19 is a crisis with numerous casualties. The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the use of masks as an essential safety measure during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, whether or not to wear a mask is an important issue when entering and exiting public places and institutions. However, this makes face recognition a very difficult task because certain parts of the face are hidden. As a result, face identification and identity verification in the access system became difficult. In this paper, we propose a system that can detect masked face using transfer learning of Yolov5s and recognize the user using transfer learning of Facenet. Transfer learning preforms by changing the learning rate, epoch, and batch size, their results are evaluated, and the best model is selected as representative model. It has been confirmed that the proposed model is good at detecting masked face and masked face recognition.

현대 패션디자인에 나타난 디지털문화현상 (A Study on Digital Culture Phenomenon Shown in the Modernly Fashion Design)

  • A concept of 'digital' is changing a living pattern of moderners, with having influence on the whole life of modern society. The purpose of this study is arrange the frame of conformity to the 'fashion as culture' by considering the social and cultural phenomena being shown in relation to digital, which is a concept being watched most for the 21st century and by trying to analyze a tendency of digital culture being shown in the modernly fashion design based on this. The digital culture, which is a concept of generalizing the phenomena of interactional changes in the sub-structure being derived by digital technology, is being shown as a tendency of fusionization and globalization, and due to this, the culture of digital nomads is being formed. On the other hand, a tendency of amenity caused by the reaction against the coldly digital technology, is forming one axis of digital culture. As the culture, which experiences the process of a change by digital technology, is reflected even on the fashion, the fusion of technology and the human body, brought about the appearance and the development of the artificial body, by allowing the wearable computer to be introduced to fashion and by being connected directly to the body. This means the expansion of range for fashion. The destruction of a border between space and space, is making an opportunity of forming another ego inside the cyber space, with bringing about the mixed loading between the cyber space and the real space. As the border between the cyber space and the real space is being collapsed, the space of newly self-realization is being created. The collapse of gender is being shown as the pursuit of gender, which is a nomadic concept of not giving priority to anywhere of male gender and female gender. The tendency of sensitive design introduced the sports look as the largely fashion trend. Fascinated with Zen thoughts is leading to a response to the swiftly and coldly social conditions caused by machine. The digital culture by digital technology and the fashion tendency being shown by its influence, meet the needs of self-realization and self-expansion for a human being, and satisfy the needs for the expression of self-identity for a human being, and enable the search for introspection about inner existence inside the self.
