안전관리 전문인력의 역량 제고를 위한 대학교육과 직무교육의 교육수요에 관한 연구: 대전·청주 지역 안전관리자에 대한 조사 결과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Educational Needs for College Education and Job Training to Enhance Safety Manager's Competencies: Based on the Survey of Safety Managers in Daejon & Chongju Area)

  • As one of the useful approaches to enhance safety managers' competencies, this study aims to suggest improvement plans in terms of education in school and on the job for safety managers. Educational needs at schools and job training institutes were surveyed with 321 safety managers in Daejon & Chongju Area. Correspondence with university professors at safety engineering departments via email was also conducted. Collected data were put into the R stochastic program in codified form and quantitatively analyzed through two-dimensional cross-tabulations and a chi-square test. With respect to school education, three academic subjects were examined. Job training was suggested to be conducted as 'training for trainers', which should be more flexible in terms of contents, method, and fees. Periodical investigation of educational needs for safety personnel who are consumers of safety education and training was also proposed.

  • 소프트웨어의 취약점으로 인하여, 국가의 사이버 인프라와 실물 금융자산 에 대한 해킹 공격이 발생하고 있다. 소프트웨어는 인터넷 정보제공과 사이버 금융결제 및 사이버 인프라를 통제하고 운영하는, 운영체제 및 실행시스템을 구성하는 필수요소이기 때문이다. 이러한 소프트웨어 취약점을 분석하고, 보안성을 강화해야 사이버 인프라의 보안성이 강화되고, 실제 국가와 국민의 실제 생활에 보안성이 강화된다. 소프트웨어 개발보안 제도 분석과 소프트 웨어 개발보안 진단 분석 및 소프트웨어 취약점의 보안성 강화를 위한 연구를 한다. 또한 소프트웨어 취약점 진단원 양성 및 보수교육을 위한 교재개발과 진단원 시험문제 개발 및 진단원의 파일럿 테스트, 그리고 진단원의 투입인력 비용기준을 연구한다. 본 논문의 연구는 소프트웨어 취약점 진단원을 양성하는 교육과정과 진단가이드를 제시하여, 국가와 국민 생활의 사이버 인프라의 소프트웨어 보안성을 강화하는 데 목적이 있다.

  • The article reveals the essence of cyber socialization influencing the process of education and development. The general and potential possibilities of cyber socialization in the process of using the cyberspace of the Internet environment are presented. The sudden transition to distance learning in the spring of 2020 put the pedagogical community in the face of problems related to the content, organizational and methodological basis of the educational process. During the training in distance mode, a rich experience was gained in the use of information and communication technologies. The article discusses the techniques and methods of teaching using the capabilities of information and communication and digital technologies.

  • With the types and targets of cyber attacks expanding and with personal information leaks increasing, the quantitative demand for information security specialists has increased. The base for training the workforce has expanded accordingly, but joblessness and job-seeking still coexist. To resolve the gap between labor demand and supply, education and training systems that can supply demand quickly are needed. It takes a considerable amount of time for information security education and new manpower supply through universities and graduate schools to be reflected in the market. However, if information security retraining is carried out in terms of career development of information security and related workforce, the problem of lack of experts could be solved in a relatively short period. This paper investigates and analyzes the information security work of the information security workforce, the degree of skill level, the need for retraining, and the workplace migration experience; it also discusses the direction of career development retraining.

  • The Necessity of Cyber University. Within the rapidly changing environment of global economics, the environment of higher education in the universities, also, has been, encountering various changes. Popularization on higher education related to 1lifetime education system, putting emphasis on the productivity of education services and the acquisition of competitiveness through the market of open education, the breakdown of the ivory tower and the Multiversitization of universities, importance of obtaining information in the universities, and cooperation between domestic and oversea universities, industry and educational system must be acquired. Therefore, in order to adequately cope wi th these kinds of rapid changes in the education environment, operating Cyber University by utilizing various information technologies and its fixations such as Internet, E-mail, CD-ROMs, Interact ive Video Networks (Video Conferencing, Video on Demand), TV, Cable etc., which has no time or location limitation, is needed. Using informal ion and telecommunication technologies, especially the Internet is expected to Or ing about many changes in the social, economics and educational area. Among the many changes scholars have predicted, the development and fixations of Distant Learning or Cyber University was the most dominant factor. In the case of U. S. A., Cyber University has already been established and in under operation by the Federate Governments of 13 states. Any other universities (around 500 universities has been opened until1 now), with the help of the government and private citizens have been able to partly operate the Cyber University and is planning on enlarging step-by-step in the future. It could be seen not only as U. S. A. trying to elevate its higher education through their leading information technologies, but also could be seen as their objective in putting efforts on subordinating the culture of the education worldwide. UTRA University in U. S. A., for example, is already exporting its class lectures to China, and Indonesia regions. Influenced by the Cyber University current in the U.S., the Universities in Korea is willing .to arrange various forms of Cyber Universities. In line with this, at JUNAM National University, internet based Cyber University, which has set about its work on July of 1997, is in the state of operating about 100 Cyber Universities. Also, in the case of Hanam University, the Distant Learning classes are at its final stage of being established; this is a link in the rapid speed project of setting an example by the Korean Government. In addition, the department of education has selected 5 universities, including Seoul Cyber Design University for experimentation and is in the stage of strategic operation. Over 100 universities in Korea are speeding up its preparation for operating Cyber University. This form of Distant Learning goes beyond the walls of universities and is in the trend of being diffused in business areas or in various training programs of financial organizations and more. Here, in the hope that this material would some what be of help to other Universities which are preparing for Cyber University, I would 1ike to introduce some general concepts of the components forming Cyber University and Open Education System which has been established by JUNAM University. System of Cyber University could be seen as a general solution offered by tile computer technologies for the management on the students, Lectures On Demand, real hour based and satellite classes, media product ion lab for the production of the multimedia Contents, electronic library, the Groupware enabling exchange of information between students and professors. Arranging general concepts of components in the aspect of Cyber University and Open Education, it would be expressed in the form of the establishment of Cyber University and the service of Open Education as can be seen in the diagram below.

교원 재교육 프로그램에 대한 한국어 교원의 요구와 관련 변인 연구 -국내 대학 부설 한국어교육기관을 중심으로- (A Study of Korean Teachers' Needs in In-Service Teacher Training and Variables Related to Their Needs: A Case of University Korean Language Education Centers in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine Korean teachers' needs in in-service teacher training and variables related to their needs. This study was conducted with teachers from Korean language centers in Korean universities. The following three research questions were investigated: (1) What are the teachers' experiences of Korean language teaching and in-service teacher training? (2) What are the teachers' needs and expectations for the content and components of in-service education programs? Are there any disparity between teachers' needs and institutional needs? (3) What are the variables to be considered in designing an effective in-service teacher education program? In order to answer the research questions, a survey was developed and distributed to university Korean language institutions and Korean language teachers. The results indicated that both institutions and teachers are highly aware of the importance of the need for in-service teacher training. The results also suggested that a more teacher-centered, bottom-up approach should be implemented for successful outcomes of teacher education programs. Based on the results, this study offers a summary of the need for in-service teacher training and variables (both individual teacher variables and environmental variables) to be considered in designing the content and components of a teacher education program.

국내 정보보호 교육체계 연구 (A Study on Domestic Information Security Education System)

  • 최근의 사이버 공격은 내부 직원을 목표로 하거나 불특정 다수의 PC를 이용하는 등 지능화, 대규모화 되고 있어 기술적인 보안대책만으로 대응하는데 한계가 있으며, 관련 인력이 중심이 되는 종합적인 대책이 필요하다. 그러나 정보보호 전문 인력을 양성하는데 있어서 근간이 되는 국내의 정보보호 교육체계는 정보보호 교육 중장기 계획 부재, 교육 프로그램에 대한 검증 부족, 교육기관 간의 정보 교류 부재 등 여러 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 정보보호 교육체계의 문제점을 해결하고 사이버 정보보호 환경을 개선하기 위한 정보보호 교육 발전 방안을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 정보보호 교육체계 발전 방안은 국가 정보보호 교육 마스터플랜의 기획 및 추진, 정보보호 교육 프로그램 인증제도 도입, 정보보호 전문인력 DB 운영, 정보보호 전문 인력에 대한 다양한 혜택 개발 등의 세부 방안을 포함한다.

  • 교육인적자원부에서 인가한 대부분의 17개 원격대학에는 디자인관련학과가 개설되어있으며, 각 디자인관련 학과에서는 각 분야에 적절한 디자인 교육을 하고 있다. 대부분 디자인관련학과의 교육목표는 실무중심교육을 강조하면서도 사실상 컴퓨터나 저작도구 등을 배우는 강의 운영방식에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 따라서 현재 원격대학에서는 디자이너를 위한 사실상의 실기 수업이 제대로 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그렇다고 원격대학 학생들의 디자인력이 상대적으로 떨어진다는 것 또한 증명된 적이 없다. 이제 내년 2월이면 온라인 디자인전공자가 적게는 수십 명에서 많게는 수백 명의 첫 졸업생들이 사회로 배출된다. 이들에 대한 기대는 사회에서 염려하는 것과는 달리 쉽게 긍정적으로 나타날 수 있다. 왜냐하면, 이들은 이미 실무에서 디자인을 하고 있는 직장인이 73%(서울디지털대학교 멀티미디어학부 2004학년도 전기입시 기준)가 되기 때문에 원격대학은 교육을 통한 디자이너 양성이 목표가 아니라 이미 사회에 진출해 있는 디자이너를 위한 평생교육의 개념이 더욱 강하기 때문이다. 따라서 이런 학생들을 위한 바람직한 디자인교육을 위해서는 어떻게 해야 하는지에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 즉, 원격대학의 디자인 실무능력을 위한 교육법, 다양한 콘텐츠 활용에 따른 교육 효과, 실무자에게 필요한 교육과정, 초보자를 위한 디자인력 향상교육, 실무에서 요구하는 교육, 온라인 교육의 한계, 디자인 교육을 위한 차별화된 콘텐츠 등을 살펴본 후 원격 대학의 학생들이 온라인 콘텐츠를 통해 디자인의 가치를 어떻게 받아들이고, 디자인력을 어떻게 키워가야 하는지를 논의하였다.

블렌디드 모형에 기초한 보육실습 운영에 관한 사례연구 (Case Study on The Implementation of Student Teachers' Practicums Based on a Blended Model)

  • In order to improve the quality of student teachers' practicum, this study analysed the current situation of student teachers' field practice in child care centers. The study also assessed the practicum implementation case of H Cyber University. First, this research examined the characteristics of practicum implementation in universities. Second, a variety of strategies based on a blended model, on/off-line lectures, professor-student interaction, university-daycare centers collaboration, e-mentoring, and student teachers' portfolios that reduce the problems of student teachers' training, were explored. Finally, the practicum implementation case that adopted these factors was assessed. The results from this case study implied that student teachers' practicums based on a blended model can be an alternative method for problem-solving in existing student teachers' training in universities.

  • 1997년부터 교사에게는 전문성 신장을 위한 다양한 형태의 연수가 이루어져 왔다. 특히, 기존 출석중심 연수의 문제점을 해결하고 지식기반사회에 적합한 연수체제 구축을 위한 대안으로 교원 원격교육연수원이 도입 운영되어 왔고, 해마다 그 수의 증가를 거듭하면서 2004년 9월 현재 총 53개의 원격교육연수원이 운영되고 있다. 본 논문에서는, 초등교사를 대상으로 하는 원격연수의 질적 향상 방안을 도출하기 위하여 원격연수원의 교육과정 운영현황을 중심으로 교육 콘텐츠 및 전반적 운영현황 분석과 설문조사를 통한 원격연수의 제공자, 수요자 측면의 상호 만족도 향상방안을 제안하였다. 결과적으로, 제공자는 시대변화에 따른 현장의 다양한 요구를 피드백 해야 하며, 사용자 입장에서는 점수위주의 수강보다는 초등교사로서의 자기 계발 및 전문성 제고를 위한 다양한 영역의 수강을 필요로 하고 있다.
