사면안정성 영향인자의 민감도 분석 (Sensitivity Analyses of Influencing Factors on Slope Stability)

  • 본 논문에서는 절 성토 사면의 안정성에 영향을 미치는 영향인자의 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 사면안정성 해석은 건기 및 우기조건, 지진시로 구별하여 해석하였다. 건기와 우기 조건에 대한 민감도 분석결과, 절토사면에서는 점착력, 내부마찰각, 단위 중량 등이 사면안정성에 미치는 영향은 우기조건 보다 더 큼을 알 수 있고, 성토사면에서는 건기와 우기조건에서 모두 유사한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수평지진계수는 전체사면에서 건기와 우기조건에 관계없이 유사한 값의 범위로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 강도정수인 점착력과 내부마찰각은 건기 및 우기조건에 관계없이 사면안정성에 단위중량, 지진계수에 비하여 상대적으로 큰 영향을 미치는 영향인자로 나타났다.

사과 자엽의 기내 식물체 재분화와 배양 광조건 및 절편체 극성과의 관계 (Correlation between in vitro Plant Regeneration of Apple Cotyledon and Light Condition, Polarity of Explant)

  • 사과 자엽조직으로부터 기내에서 식물체를 재분화시키는 데에 있어서 배양 광조건 및 절편체 극성과의 관계를 살펴보고자 사과‘Fuji’품종의 자엽을 재료로하여 광조건 및 광질을 달리하여 배양하였고, 또한 여러 가지 형태의 절편체를 사용하여 시험을 수행하였다. 배양환경조건 중 광조성에 따른 신초 재분화율을 본 결과 배양 초기 10일간 암배양한 후 명 배양한 처리구에서 가장 높은 재분화율을 나타내었으며, 배양중기의 암처리는 효과가 없었다. 광질별로 비교할 때 전처리로 4일간 암배양한 후 청색광을 조사한 처리구에서 높은 신초 재분화율을 나타내었다. 신초 재분화 유기와 절편체 극성과의 관계를 보면 모든 신초의 형성은 절제된 자엽의 기부 끝쪽에서만 이루어졌다. 즉, 기부쪽 절편체의 말단부 절단면에서보다는 기부쪽 절편체와 말단 절편체의 기부쪽 절단면에서 식물체의 재분화가 이루어짐을 알 수 있었다. 신초 유기는 배축의 기부쪽 자엽 절편체 에서 매우 높게 나타난 반면 자엽의 말단부위에 가까운 곳에서는 현저히 감소하였다.

  • For the c-axis oriented epitaxial YBa$_2$Cu$_3$O$_{7-{\delta}}$ thin film on r-cut sapphire substrate it is necessary to deposit buffer layers. The CeO$_2$buffer layer was deposited on sapphire substrate using RF magnetron sputtering system. We investigated XRD pattern of CeO$_2$thin films at various sputtering conditions such as sputtering gas ratio, sputtering power, target to substrate distance, sputtering pressure and substrate temperature. The optimum condition was 15 mTorr with deposition pressure, 1:1.2 with $O_2$and Ar ratio and 9cm with target to substrate distance. The CeO$_2$(200) peak was notable for a deposition temperature above 75$0^{\circ}C$. The YBa$_2$Cu$_3$O$_{7-{\delta}}$ was deposited on CeO$_2$buffered r-cut sapphire substrate using pulsed laser ablation. The YBa$_2$Cu$_3$O$_{7-{\delta}}$CeO$_2$(200)/A1$_2$O$_3$thin film was exhibited a critical temperature of 89K.xhibited a critical temperature of 89K.

알루미늄합금 절삭시 절삭성과 절삭조건의 상관성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between Machinability and the Cutting Condition in Machining Aluminum Alloy)

  • Using NC or CNC machine tool, the unmanned automatic production system has been growing recently in the manufacturing field. Thus it is important to find out the machinability of cutting force, tool wear and surface roughness during the cutting process. It is necessary to find how to estimate the machinability for the effective cutting condition because of problem about cutting power, tool wear, cutting time and precision. This study was planned to discover the relations of tool wear by variations of roughness and derived to correlate the wear with the surface roughness on the cutting parameter(cutting force, flank wear, surface roughness, friction angle, shear angle, slenderness ratio) when the aluminum alloy was cut in turning.

Reactive Ion Etching of a-Si for high yield and low process cost

  • In this paper, amorphous semiconductor and insulator thin film are etched using reactive ion etcher. At that time, we experiment in various RIE conditions (chamber pressure, gas flow rate, rf power, temperature) that have effects on quality of thin film. The using gases are $CF_4,\;CF_4+O_2,\;CCl_2F_2,\;CHF_3$ gases. The etching of a-Si:H thin film use $CF_4,\;CF_4+O_2$ gases and the etching of $a-SiO_2,\;a-SiN_x$ thin film use $CCl_2F_2,\;CHF_3$ gases. The $CCl_2F_2$ gas is particularly excellent because the selectivity of between a-Si:H thin film and $a-SiN_x$ thin film is 6:1. We made precise condition on dry etching with uniformity of 5%. If this dry etching condition is used, that process can acquire high yield and can cut down process cost.

  • Urethane, epoxy, acrylic have common property to adhere on the concrete dried surface in the waterproofing materials at present. In the wet condition, however, the materials such as urethane, epoxy, acrylic need a long hardening time and it become a reason of water leakage as the materials breaking down. it is one of the problem to adhere to the substrate. Therefore, in this thesis, I focused to assure the structural safety and durability and quality for waterproofing and safe of construction cost by cut down the cost of labor and reduce the term of works as searching the application of field condition for hish adhesive spray type of degenerated and rubberized asphalt membrane material.

Resonant Pulse Power Converter with a Self-Switching Technique

  • In this paper, a resonant pulse power converter (RPPC) is proposed. The proposed RPPC transfers the pulse-shape power from a DC source to a load periodically. The RPPC consists of a resonant circuit and a resonant pulse converter driven by a self-switching circuit. Depending on the magnitude difference between the input and output voltages, the operations of the RPPC are divided into 4 modes; boost mode, hybrid mode, direct mode and cut-off mode, respectively. The main switch of the RPPC turns on in the ZCS condition and off in the ZVS condition spontaneously. The operational principles of a RPPC using the self-switching technique are analyzed and verified in experiments. An example of a RPPC application is demonstrated in the area of thermoelectric energy harvesting.

저온 환경에서 콘크리트 포장의 강도발현 촉진을 위한 양생방법 연구 (A Study on Curing Methods for Concrete Pavement on Early Strength Development in Cool Weather Condition)

  • PURPOSES : This study investigates the effect on concrete pavement accordance with the curing methods in cool weather and supports the best method in the field. METHODS : Two field tests evaluated the curing methods of concrete pavement in cool weather. Firstly, five curing methods were tested, including normal curing compound, black curing compound, bubble sheet, curing mat, and curing mat covered with vinyl. Concrete maturity was compared from temperature data. Secondly, normal curing compound and curing mat with vinyl, which showed the best performance, were compared in terms of maturity and join condition index. RESULTS:From the field tests, it is an evident that curing mat with vinyl accelerated the concrete strength. Therefore, it is possible to conduct saw-cut works in cool weather, which minimizes damage on concrete at joint. CONCLUSIONS : For concrete pavement in cool weather, using curing mat with vinyl as the curing method could overcome the strength delay. Therefore, strength and durability problems on concrete at joint due to cool weather would be fewer in the future.

페라이트의 연삭성에 관한 연구 (Study on grindability of ferrite)

  • This paper aims to clarify the effects of grinding conditions on bending strength in surface grinding of various ferrites with the resin bond diamond wheel. The main conclusions obtained were as follows. At a constant material removal rate, the strength improves with increased wheel depth of cut and decreased workpiece speed. It is desirable to grind at higher peripheral wheel speed and under the critical workpiece speed presented in this paper. Grinding the ferrite of higher brittleness, the wheel depth of cut limited to hold 50% of their inherent strength becomes lower. The effect of various grinding conditions on bending strength becomes more larger in the order of Sr, Mn-Zn and Cu-Ni-Zn. When using the diamond grain of the lower toughness, the bending strength becomes higher, and the wheel wear occurs faster. Considering both bending strength and wheel wear rate, the best concentration of wheel is 100. The ground surfaces exhibit that the fracture process during grinding becomes more brittle in the order of Sr, Mn-Zn and Cu-Ni-Zn.

  • This paper proposed on the effective cutting conditions of cage motor rotor by turning. If you want to introduce automatic manufacturing system into the cutting process of cage motor rotor, the selections of effective cutting conditions are necessary. The cutting process of cage motor rotor requires the precision and the out of roundness of cage motor rotor. The surface roughness of cutting face. it is very important factor with effect on the magnetic flux density of cage motor rotor. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of cutting condition. upon adapting this results, we will improve the production rate in the cutting process of cage motor rotor. As a result, the selection of cutting conditions are important factors to production rate. And these are chosen by the investigations of cutting characters and surface roughness. The experimental result, showed that the increase of cutting speed caused the decrease of cutting force and the high surface integrity. The increase of feed rate and increase of depth of cut caused the increase of cutting force and surface roughness. Thus, the effective cutting conditions of cage motor rotor by turing are cutting speed 291m/min, feed rate 0.10mm/rev, depth of cut 0.05mm.
