  • With the change of funeral customs, funeral facilities in general hospitals are prevailing in recent years. In order to cope with this change, many funeral facilities are built in hospitals in significant sizes. Architectural considerations for funeral facilities are to be developed. In this research, based on the case analysis of the funeral facilities which are in operation, characteristics of spatial composition in those facilities are analyzed from the viewpoint of users and the result is organized in to a set of proposed guidelines for their space design. The analysis includes definition and classification of functional space, plan type, circulation and spatial atmosphere.

도포에 대한 사적 고찰 및 민속학적 연구 -영동지역을 중심으로- (A Study on Dopo Dealt with its History and Folklore -in Young-dong Province Area-)

  • This study dealt with the Dopo, one of the representative ceremonial dress that acclasical scholar used after the middle of the period of the Chosun dynasty. This study represents the period of Dopo's formation and its origin, and the characteristics of the weary of Dopo in Young Dong Province Area is arranged by folkloric method on the base of the exisitng facilities. Dopo has worn since the middle of the period of the Chosun dynasty. It is the kind of Jig young Po that its back is cuffed for convenience and has another cloth as a ceremonial dress. It is thought to be one of the national customs pos formed by the mixture of the big sleeve type which is influenced by confusion life feeling. It seemed that the name of DoPo comes from the Jigchal, an ordinary dress of a high official in China, which is call Dopo. This Dopo is changed and received and so disappeared but it is still used such as ceremonial dress, the necessary articles for marriage of the bride, a bridegroom's liturgical vestments of a memorial service held on the anniversary of the death of a person, mourning dress and a shroud grave clothes. This area has different characters on wearing customs. It is changed into the kind of Dopo, with its back not cutting. The hemp sack is almost used as its subject matter. It doesn't have collar strip for the classification of one's family in any case, and Dopo which is prepared for necessary articles for marriage can not be taken tack after seperating by divorce.

버진, 퓨어, 포마스 올리브유의 이화학적인 특성 비교를 통한 품질등급 구분에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Classifying Quality Standard by Comparison with Physicochemical Characteristics of Virgin, Pure, Pomace Olive Oil)

  • This study investigated the classification of olive oils that are mainly distributed in Korea via imports. The fatty acid contents, degree of color, pigments, anti-oxidants, and sterol contents are analyzed on the different types of olive oil as follows: 10 kinds of extra virgin olive oil, 5 kinds of pure olive oil, and 5 kinds of refined olive-pomace oil. As a result of fatty acid analysis, the majority of oleic acid ($C_{18:1}$) and palmitic acid ($C_{16:0}$), and minority of linoleic acid ($C_{18:2}$) and stearic acid ($C_{18:0}$) were detected without any significant differences between the grades of olive oils. The UV spectrum is related to the ${\Delta}K$, and it is a part of the analysis factor for the purity and degree of degradation of the oil. Extra virgin olive oil had ${\Delta}K$ of almost 0, pure olive oil had 0.07~0.12, and refined olive-pomace oil had 0.1~0.13. These differed from extra virgin oil, and the pure or pomace oil ${\Delta}K$ had a confirmed distinct difference. The color degrees of chlorophyll with a low $L^*$ value and $(-)a^*$ (green) and carotenoid with $(+)b^*$ (yellow) were confirmed to have correlation between extra virgin and other olive oils. To compare chlorophyll and carotenoid as natural pigment in olive oils, 417 nm and the ratio of the absorbance at 480 nm (417/480) was calculated at 1.62 of extra virgin, 1.85 of pure olive oil, and 3.32 of refined olive-pomace oil. Therefore, it will be possible to distinguish when the extra virgin or pure olive oil are mixed with olive-pomace oil. The total amount of tocopherol, an anti-oxidant, were 19.06 in extra virgin, 10.91 in pure olive oil, and 27.88 in refined olive-pomace oil. The high content of tocopherol in pomace oil caused recovery of solvent extraction from olive pulp. Thus, extra virgin oil and pure olive oil were distinguished by olive-pomace oil. Polyphenol compounds in extra virgin olive oil measured high only in ferulic acid with 0.543 mg/kg, caffeic acid with 0.393 mg/kg, and other vanillic acid, vanillin, and p-coumaric acid had similar amount of 0.3 mg/kg. All grade of olive oils had the highest ${\beta}$-sitosterol content. Af (Authenticity factor) value were estimated with campesterol and stigmasterol content ratio (%). Af value was 19.2 in extra virgin olive oil, 17.1 in pure olive oil, 16.9 in refined olive-pomace oil, which were distinctive from sunflower oil with 3.7, corn oil with 2.4, and soybean oil with 2.0. It can provide important indicator of olive oil adulteration with other cheap vegetable oils. The results of this study can be used as a database for the classification of olive oil grade and distinguishing between the different types of oils.

한국 전통음식 통합검색 시스템 구축을 위한 통과의례음식 연구 (A Study on the Traditional Korean Rites Foods for the Construction of a Traditional Korean Food Data Integration System)

  • The traditional ritual foods of Korea have developed with for many years, and differ by locality, family customs and religious characteristics. In an efforts to establish the database on that addresses the difficult issue of a classification system for traditional Korean foods, we have conducted a survey of a traditional Korean ritual foods. In the database, typical 10 rites are represented, covering birth to death, these are birth, the hundredth day after birth, the first birthday, the commemoration of finishing books(graduation), the coming of age ceremony, marriage, the birthday feast for an old man, the 60th wedding anniversary, the funeral, and the memorial service. For each rite, the appropriate traditional Korean foods are classified into 6 categories-main dishes, side dishes, tteok lyou, hangwa lyou, eumchung lyou and the others. Some of these have varied considerably with the passage of time, and some have since disappeared. This database provides a basis for generational transmission, preservation and development of traditional Korean ritual foods as one of the components traditional Korean culture.

통감부~일제 초기 갑오개혁과 대한제국기 공문서의 분류 - 분류도장·창고번호도장을 중심으로 - (The Classification arranged from Protectorate period to the early Japanese Colonial rule period : for Official Documents during the period from Kabo Reform to The Great Han Empire - Focusing on Classification Stamp and Warehouse Number Stamp -)

  • 한국이 일본에 병합되면서 갑오개혁~대한제국기 공문서는 조선총독부(朝鮮總督府)로 인계되어 과(課) 단위의 분류체계에서 부(部) 단위로 재분류되었지만, 그전에 몇 번의 재분류과정을 거쳤다. 재분류의 흔적은 갑오개혁~대한제국기 공문서철 표지에 찍힌 분류도장과 창고번호도장에서 확인된다. 분류도장에서는 '부(部)-국(局)-과(課)' 행정체계에서 과(課)를 단위로 문서철을 구분하고 분류도장을 찍고 호수를 부여하였다. 이는 대한제국기 공문서 분류체계와 동일한 것으로, 분류도장을 찍을 당시까지도 課를 단위로 한 분류체계는 유지되었다. 분류도장은 과(課) 단위로 구분하고 각 문서철에 호수를 부여하였지만, 과(課) 하위단위의 분류체계는 과(課)별로 차이가 있었다. 지세과(地稅課) 문서철은 한 호수에 여러 기관이 등장하고 문서연도는 앞뒤 호수에서 중복되었고, 같은 성격의 문서철이 따로 분류되어 있었다. 관세과(關稅課)와 잡세과(雜稅課) 문서철은 문서연도를 기준으로 편철된 두 과(課)의 편철 방식을 반영하여 문서연도를 기준으로 호수를 부여한 것으로 보여지지만, 문서연도와 'イロハ 가(歌)' 순서가 맞지 않았다. 갑오개혁~대한제국기에는 공문서를 과(課) 단위로 편철하였지만, 課 하위단위의 분류규정이 없어 분류도장의 문서철 분류를 대한제국기 공문서 분류체계의 원질서로 파악할 수 있는가의 여부는 명확하지 않다. 그러나 편철 방식은 문서 분류체계를 반영하므로, 편철 방식을 통해 대한제국기 과(課) 하위단위의 분류체계를 추론해 본다면, 분류체계는 '과(課) - 거래기관'과 '과(課) - 문서연도' 두 체계로 구분되었을 것으로 이해된다. 조선총독부는 대한제국기 공문서를 인계받고 창고에 보관하면서, 각 문서철에 창고번호도장을 찍었다. 창고번호도장은 대체적으로 각 창고별로 문서를 편철한 기관을 구분하여 문서철을 보관하였다. 각 창고의 서가에도 대체적으로 분류도장 호수 순으로 문서철을 배열하였지만, 일부 문서철은 호수가 뒤섞여 서가에 배열되어 서가와 호수 순서가 맞지 않았다. 서가에 문서철을 배열한 다음 각 문서철에 'イロハ 가(歌)' 순으로 기호를 부여했지만, 기호 역시 호수 순으로 부여된 것은 아니었다. 조선총독부가 각 창고에 문서철을 보관하는 과정에서 분류도장의 분류체계가 해체되고 있었던 것이다. 창고번호도장에서 나타난 특징 가운데 하나는 분류도장에서 각 문서철에 부여한 보존기간의 의미가 사라지고 있다는 점이다. 보존기간은 해당 문서가 지닌 역사적 행정적 가치에 따라 결정된다. 그런데 창고번호도장에서는 보존기간의 구분 없이 같은 서가에 보존기간이 다른 문서철을 뒤섞어 함께 배열하였다. 일본은 한국을 병합하면서 대한제국기 공문서를 일정 기간이 지난 뒤 폐기해야 할 행정 문서가 아니라, 식민 통치에 필요한 '고고(考古)의 재료(材料)'로 취급하였다. 일반 행정문서에서 식민 통치에 필요한 재료로 문서의 가치 평가가 전환되면서, 문서철에 부여된 보존기간에 상관없이 대한제국기 공문서를 모두 동일한 대상으로 취급하여 함께 보관하였던 것이다. 조선총독부는 식민 통치에 필요한 재료로 활용하기 위해 갑오개혁~대한제국기 공문서를 재정리하면서 부(部)를 단위로 재분류함으로써 대한제국기의 과(課)를 단위로 한 기관별 분류체계와 그 속에 포함되어 있던 기능별 분류의 성격도 해체하였다.

한국 전통 심메마니 문화에 대하여 (Korean Traditional "SIMMEMANI (Wild Ginseng Expert Digger)" Culture)

  • 산삼이라는 약초가 자생하는 나라가 흔하지 않은 만큼 산삼을 채취하는 직업의 문화인 심메마니(산삼채취인) 문화를 가지고 있는 나라는 아주 드물다. 정통어인마니가 사라진 작금에는 심메마니에 관한 유무형의 문화는 시간의 흐름과 함께 더욱 소실되고 있다. 지금까지의 산삼채취인에 관한 연구는 ① 심메마니 은어에 관한 연구, ② 심메마니 습속에 관한 연구, ③ 심메마니 습속 변화에 관한 연구, ④ 심메마니와의 면담을 통한 추가적 채록 등의 부분적이고 단편적으로 진행되어 왔으며 심메마니 문화에 관한 총체적 연구는 아직 이루어지지 않았다. 이 연구에서는 앞선 연구에서 미반영한 사료를 보완하며, 산삼의 정의부터 산삼의 분류·심메마니의 어원·채삼 업종·심마니의 분포·법사회적 관점에서의 산삼채취·입산 시기·입산 조직·입산 택일·준비물·금기·출발과 입산·사신제의·도사(禱詞)·해몽·산삼 수색·산삼 발견과 그에 따른 일련의 절차·산삼 채굴·하산·배분·산삼채취량과 그 가격까지 심마니 습속의 행위별 비교와 어인의 제문(祭文), 사료의 사진, 삽화까지 첨부하면서 인삼 종주국의 산삼채취문화의 총괄적으로 연구하였다.

Slaughtering Age Effect on Carcass Traits and Meat Quality of Italian Heavy Draught Horse Foals

  • The present work describes the effect of slaughtering age on horse carcass traits and on meat quality. Eighteen male Italian heavy draught horse (IHDH) breed foals were employed in the study. Soon after foaling they were randomly subdivided in 3 groups according to 3 age at slaughtering classes: 6 months old, 11 months old and 18 months old. Live weight, hot carcass weight and dressing percentage of each animal were recorded. After slaughtering, meat samples were collected from Longissimus Dorsi muscle between 13th and 18th thoracic vertebra of each animal and then analyzed. The right half carcass of each animal was then divided in cuts. Each one was subdivided into lean, fat and bones. Then, the classification of the lean meat in first and second quality cuts was performed according to the butchers' customs. Older animals were characterized by a lower incidence of first quality cuts (p<0.01) on carcass. Younger animals showed greater content in protein (p<0.01). Fatty acid profile showed an increasing trend of PUFA connected to the increasing of slaughtering age (p<0.05). The unsaturation index of intramuscular fatty acids was not affected by slaughtering age, confirming that horse meat, if compared to beef, is more suitable from a nutritional point of view. Season influenced reproduction, birth as well as production aspects of this species. The different slaughtering age could represent the way to produce meat of IHDH foals during the entire year without change in the qualitative standard expected by consumers.

데페이즈망을 활용한 현대 실내디자인 표현에 관한 연구 (A Study on expression of interior design contemporary by application of depaysement)

  • The recent works of architecture and interior design take on too various aspects to be classified as a trend or tendency. Many subjects, seeking the superiority between form and function in space which was the issue of Modernism, got to face the works which transcend the limitation of architecture due to the development of a variety of media and technology these days. In result, we could see the works which are to be Included into the category of art rather than architecture. This study starts from the thought that the common aspects of these works are based on the strangeness to pursue uniqueness, peculiarities or novelty. 'The subject of this study, $'D\acute{e}paysement'$, creates a new relation, disconnected from customs, to an architecture which became familiar through defragment, fixation and abstraction by the habitual relation and makes it reborn as an architecture which gives us a fantasy and a pleasure, by converting into the shape and image which are different from its original shape when a stimulus is given to an architecture. This study starts from the artistic aspect which has a close correlation with the architecture. The subject, $'D\acute{e}paysement'$ could be historically considered in two aspects - $D\acute{e}paysement$ of Surrealism which developed in paintings and Defamiliarization of Russian Formalism in the area of literature. This study is carried in a category of $D\acute{e}paysement$, focusing on the visual aspect of the architecture. This study is composed as follows: In chapter 2, a theoretical research is performed according to the definition and meaning of the $D\acute{e}paysement$ expression techniques, its origination and evolution, and type classification by the features of expression techniques in the era of Surrealism when $D\acute{e}paysement$ developed most vigorously in the area of art. In chapter 3, the system which formalizes the expression method of the techniques is presented, focusing on the case analysis of the artistic works according to the types of $D\acute{e}paysement$. In chapter 4, the application of the expression techniques of $D\acute{e}paysement$ is discussed by conducting cases analysis of the modern interior design.

민속복식의 가변성 스타일링 유형분류 (The Type Classification on Modifiable Styling Methods in Wearing Folk Costumes)

  • Many varieties in folk costumes have inspired fashion designs for a long time. Each country, with a unique style of its own reflects their own traditions, beliefs, customs and morals into their traditional costumes. The traditional methods of creating different ways of drapery methods by using only a rectangular piece of cloth have been passed down from generation to generation and it is still used today. This way of styling has been developed mainly in the Middle East, Asia and Africa and the modifiable ways of creating drapery wearing methods are as follows. The first modifiable styling method is changing the purpose of wearing costumes according to the needs and the wants of the person who wears it. The second method is exposing the knots on the surface of the garments and by doing this, there was no visible difference on the aesthetic formation and it did not alternate for a long time. This means that simple knot shapes have been used to tie edges of rectangular fabrics. The third method is a wrapping type of modifiable styling method, which has been used most commonly in folk costumes because there are lots of ways to wrap a rectangular cloth around the body. The fourth way is the fixed type of modifiable styling method and this method can only be noticed only in the Moroccan Izar using fibulas and belts to alter the shape of the Izar. The fifth method is the composite type of modifiable styling method. This method starts by cutting out cylindrical shapes of fabrics and then wraps or twists it to fit the body. The most significant character of modifiable styling methods in folk costumes is to use rectangular cloths, which varies only in ratio of length, width and sizes. Therefore, this study suggests that rectangular cloths can create enormous amounts of fashion styling which can be easily adapted and created in everyday fashion life.

한·미 FTA 전자상거래 협정문의 주요쟁점과 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 활성화 과제 (Legal Issues of Electronic Commerce Chapters of the Korea·US FTA and Tasks of the Digital Contents Industry)

  • 인터넷의 출현은 국제상거래 분야에 영화, 음악, 소프트웨어 및 기타 디지털콘텐츠 제품의 전자적 거래를 발생시켰다. 본 연구는 한 미 FTA 전자상거래 협정문의 주요쟁점을 검토하고 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 디지털콘텐츠산업의 활성화를 위한 과제에 대해 문헌연구를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 우선 통상측면의 과제로는 디지털콘텐츠에 대한 분류 및 관세 문제, 디지털콘텐츠의 비차별대우 문제, 시청각서비스의 배제 문제 등에 대한 해결이 필요하다. 다음으로 산업측면에서는 디지털콘텐츠의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화, 수출지원 시스템의 일원화, 지역 및 장르별 해외시장 진출 전략 수립, 글로벌 전문인력의 양성, 디지털콘텐츠의 지적재산권 보호 등이 필요하다.
