경북지역 중국인 유학생의 대학급식 선택속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도 분석 (Analyzing the Importance and Satisfaction on the University Foodservice Selection Attributes of Foreign Chinese Students in Gyeongbuk Province)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the gap in perceived importance-satisfaction rates of foreign Chinese students regarding the university foodservice selection attributes. All statistical analyses are conducted by the SPSS package program (ver 20.0). The results of the statistical analyses are as follows: The validity of the 22 food service selection attributes is being evaluated via the exploratory factor analysis and then five factors are extracted. The five factors are: 'Factor 1. Cleanness and service quality', 'Factor 2. Food quality and price', 'Factor 3. Physical environment', 'Factor 4. Convenience', and 'Factor 5. Service environment'. According to the results of one-way ANOVA, physical environment showed that significant differences across the periods of residence in Korea and the eating frequency at on campus foodservices. On the other hand, the food quality and price, convenience, and service environment showed that significant differences across the periods of residence in Korea. In addition, according to the Importance-Satisfaction Analysis results, 'ventilation of dining room' is the key aspect that university food service managers should reinforce. In conclusion, in order to increase the customer satisfaction rates, the food service managers should not only improve the quality of food and service but also the physical environments of the food service facility.

소비자 활동 지표를 통한 국내외 스포츠, SPA 패션 브랜드의 페이스북 활용 사례연구 (Case Study of Using Facebook of Each Type of Internal and External Sports and SPA Fashion Brands)

  • This study selected a case study method conforming to qualitative research in order to analyzed how each type of fashion enterprises uses SNS in-side of fashion marketing based on content the researcher monitored and selected from the Facebook website for each enterprise. The standard to select fashion brands in this study is a graded list made based on ranking 5 analysis sites on social media (Socialbakers, socialDigm, Pulse K, BigFoot9, L2). The researcher sorted and then analyzed 2 brands that have many fan joiners and followers among fashion brands that were ranked top of the graded list, work in Facebook animatedly, and had representativeness in each type (SPA, Sports Brands). The study was conducted from January 2013 to March 2013, and the index of Facebook consisted of 3 kinds of elements (comment, like, and share). Each numerical value was counted to decide the monthly ranking. Content analysis was divided into public relations about brand, public relations about products, and customer participation and activities; consequently, the researcher investigated which content was post conforming to the ranking. The study analyzed the analysis results of each brand derived through the method of study compared to other brands. The results are as follows. In case of SPA brands, the category accounting for high rank in index analysis are public relation events to attract customer attention and products and offering information. The results of the monthly trend about whole post category were also similarly analyzed so the promotion goal that the brand wants to seek in priority coincides with the customer compliance rate. Next, in the case of sports brand, public relations for products offering information, event for arousing customer concern, and participation activities accounted for a high rank in the index analysis and posted the most in the analysis of the monthly trend for whole post category. The researcher came to understand that the direction of content for brands shown through Facebook coincides with customer sympathy.

  • A weighted sound pressure level has been used to evaluate sounds test or sound quality test for a refrigerator up to present but the customer had different satisfactions of refrigerator sounds with different listening position. It means that there was a sound directivity caused by a position of fan or compressor. In this paper, we proposed a sound power spectrum guideline that represents total sound of refrigerator.

  • Small type electric energy saving system is proposed in this paper. The system improves power factor fastly according to load variation of each customer. Phases of voltage and current are detected as 1[ms] unit. Phase coincident algorithm is applied for power factor improvement. Capacitance is controlled for optimal power factor correction. Series reactor is controlled for harmonics reduction. Non-contact device is used for fast response and long life. Test result shows the effect of this system. Power factor of 40[W] electric fan is improved from 95[%] to 100[%]. In the case of electric light, power factor is improved from 82[%] to 100[%]. Response time for load variation is less than 1[ms].

  • As the number of the company to acquire the certifications of ISO 9001/1400, OHSAS 18001(not official standard) is increasing, it is needed to construct a integrated business management system for the efficient application of the certifications. In this circumstances the integrated construction of the SHE & Q system so called, for Safety, Health, Environment and Qualify can take a part for the communication in the customer, the company convenience and the interested parties(the worker. the supplier and the provider). In case that each certification systems are integrated, the problems of the redundancy in the management processes and the conflicting demands are able to be solved and the efficiency of the restricted management resources fan be raised as the complexity of the redundancies in the certification management is simplified. This paper deals with the integrated strategies, its convenience and its expecting merit and demerit for the efficient application of the certification parties haying the various characters.

사회적 지원기능이 브랜드 개설 SNS 페이지 소비자 수용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Social Supports on Intention to Use of Brands' SNS Page)

  • Many companies are now trying to utilize SNS (social network service) by building it as marketing communication platform that delivers marketing messages and builds customer relationship. This study investigates the factors affecting consumers' intention to use of brand's SNS identity page (e.g., fan page in Facebook). It specifically focuses on four social support functions -self-esteem, informational, emotional and social networking support-in virtual space. Research model attempts to explore the impact of social supports on brands' SNS identity page adoption with modified technology acceptance model which includes perceived usefulness, ease of use and enjoyment. Empirical study adopts SEM (structural equation modelling) to test research model. The result indicates that perceived ease of use is influenced by informational support, and perceived usefulness is influenced by informational, emotional, and self-esteem support. And perceived enjoyment is influenced by emotional support. In addition, it reveals that there were no significant effects of social networking support on both perceived usefulness and enjoyment. These findings provide managerial implications for attracting potential and actual customers to brand's SNS identity page. And it also suggests the importance of managing sociability in brand's SNS identity page to make it as marketing communication platform.

백화점의 마케팅믹스요인, 체험요인 및 점포태도의 관계 (The Relationships Among the Department Store's Marketing Mix, Experience Factors and Store Attitude)

  • 본 연구에서 백화점의 마케팅믹스 요인인 제품, 가격, 유통, 그리고 촉진이 고객의 체험요인에 미치는 영향과 체험요인이 고객 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 마케팅 믹스 요인을 구성하는 차원 중에 촉진이 고객의 감각체험의 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 유통이 고객의 감각체험, 감성체험 및 인지체험의 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 백화점에서 고객의 긍정적인 감각체험, 감성체험 및 인지체험은 호의적인 점포태도의 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how recently fashion brands tried to design Facebook contents for their promotion strategies, and how to encourage customer's empathy and participation for communication content. For this study, 17 domestic and foreign fashion brand facebook contents were analyzed. The results of the study were as follows. First, fashion brands provided product information through various methods such as the Facebook fan styling pictures contest which attracted voluntary participation from fans, an emotional product introduction video with effective storytelling techniques, and pictures and videos of a new season collection that were always viewable and able to be evaluated. Secondly, Facebook contents of brand promotion that contributed to the brand image and loyalty formation were identified. Fashion brands encouraged their fans to be involved in socially-oriented marketing and brand community. Moreover, telling the story of the brand history and brand management enhanced brand involvement of fans. Finally, fashion brands communicated actively with their fans providing information that aroused their interest. They gave tips on how to improve the quality of life, provided useful applications that offered various benefits in everyday life. Based on this result, implications of Facebook contents management as a promotion strategy were further discussed.

고객관점의 음식물처리기 개발을 위한 QFD를 활용한 제품품질요인 분석 (Analysis of Product Quality Characteristics Using QFD for Food Waste Disposer Development from Customer Perspective)

  • Recently the market of the food waste disposer has increased. Therefore, many companies in the development of food garbage disposer has been increasing interest. In this study, we used QFD (Quality Function Development) to find out the quality factors for the development of the food waste disposer reflecting the consumer needs. HOQ (House Of Quality) showing the correlation between consumer characteristic and engineering characteristic was written by investigating the consumer needs based on the consumer complaints and survey. In addition, we generated the CTQ (Critical To Quality) reflecting the weighting of the importance of the parts. As the research result, the important quality factors for the food garbage disposer were the grinding capability, drying, and odor emission features. The crushing motor associated with grinding and dehydration appeared as the most important quality factors among the parts. Second thing was the fan motor associated with odor. The findings will be able to contribute to the development of the food waste disposer reflecting the consumer needs.

A Study on the Art Management and Cultural Activities in China from the K-Wave Case

  • The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between Art management and Cultural activities in China from the K-wave case. Research design, data, and methodology: This study used the method of the cases study survey, with the K-wave case in as the survey objects, 3 valid survey sample case were collected in this paper. Results: The two dimensions of art management and cultural activities differently influences from the K-wave, and the influence of availability on customer satisfaction is not significant. Conclusion: The results of this study will provide useful reference for the Art management and Cultural activities in China from the K-wave case. And improve the development of art management and cultural activities in China by improving the K-wave of service quality. Art management can shape urban commercial space in a beneficial way, create a good consumption atmosphere, and enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of the city. The introduction of art elements into urban commercial space can create a strong cultural atmosphere, so that the city presents a smart look. Art management has a positive impact on K-Wave production and operation activities, which can promote the shaping of art commercial space, the promotion of urban cultural atmosphere.
