도로비탈면 녹화공사 평가방법의 개선 방안 연구 - 절토부 토사를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Improvement of Evaluation Methods for Roadside Slope Revegetation - Focus on the Cut-soil Slope -)

  • Despite the eco-friendly route plan, road slopes were collapsed due to road construction, resulting in human and property damage. To solve this problem, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs established guidelines in 2009 to conduct a test-bed for slope recording considering the conditions of the site and the ecological environment, and divided them into recording quality and economic evaluation. The following results were obtained by analyzing 183 construction methods of cut-soil sections at 60 sites from 2012 to 2018 for road slope afforestation research. Straw net+seedspray, vegetation media spray method 1T, 3T were used the most, and vegetation media spray method 3T(patent) was excellent in quality, and straw net+seedspray was excellent in economics. As a result of analyzing the market unit price and the construction unit price, vegetation media spray method submitted the construction unit price at up to 60% lower than the market unit price. As a result of the analysis of the key factors of the greening method evaluation, the economic assessment had the greatest influence on all evaluation items. Problems in the evaluation method of revegetation were first identified as problems in the allocation of points and secondly as problems in the evaluation criteria. As for the improvement of the economic assessment criteria, the method was proposed to evaluate the same method based on market unit price when the same method was constructed, and not to conduct an economic assessment if there was a difference in market unit price between methods, or to add weight to the scores. Based on the monitoring data of 60 road slopes, this study drew up problems and improvement measures. However, with regard to scoring, research on appropriate scoring is needed by examining the current status.

고속 스위칭 및 고 전력밀도 강압형 컨버터를 위한 무손실 스너버 (Non-Dissipative Snubber for High Switching Frequency and High Power Density Step-Down Converters)

  • In this paper, a non-dissipative snubber for reducing the switching losses in the step down converter is proposed. The conventional step down converter, e.g., buck converter, suffers from serious switching losses and consequentially heat generation because of its hard switching. Thus, it is unsuitable for high switching frequency operation. Reduction of the reactive components' size, such as an output inductor and capacitor, is difficult. The proposed snubber can slow down the increasing current slopes and switch voltage at turn-on and turn-off transients, thereby significantly reducing the switching loses. Additionally, the slowly increasing current during switch turn-on transition, can effectively solve the output rectifier diode reverse recovery problem. Therefore, the proposed non-dissipative snubber not only leads to the efficiency of converter operation at high switching frequency but also reduces the reactive components size in proportion to the switching frequency. To confirm the validity of the proposed circuit, theoretical analysis and experimental results from a 150 W, 1 MHz prototype are presented.

위성자료(NOAA, Topex/Poseidon)를 이용한 한반도 주변해역의 기후적 특성 연구 (On Climatic Characteristics in the East Asian Seas by satellite data(NOAA, Topex/Poseidon))

  • Satellite data, with Sea Surface Temperature(SST) by NOAA and Sea Level(SL) by Topex/poseidon, are used to estimate characteristics on the variations and correlations of SST and SL in the East Asian Seas from January 1993 through May 1998. In the oceanic climate, the variations of SL shown the high values in the main current of Kuroshio and the variations of SST shown not the remarkable seasonal variations because of the continuos compensation of warm current by Kuroshio. In the continental climate, SL shown high variations in the estuaries(the Yellow River, the Yangtze River) with the mixing the fresh water in the mouth of estuaries of the saline water in the coasts of continent and SST shown highly the seasonal variations due to the climatic effect of continents. In the steric variations in summer, the eastern sea of Japan, the East China Sea and the western sea of Korea shown the increment of sea level with 10~20cm. But the Bohai bay in China shown relatively the high values of 20~30cm due to the continental climate. Generally the trends of SST and SL increased during all periods. That is say, the slopes of SST and SL presented 0.29$^{\circ}C$/year and 0.84cm/year, respectively. The annual and semi-annual amplitudes shown a remarkable variations in the western sea of Korea and the eastern sea of Japan.

국내 터널 갱구사면 데이터베이스관리 시스템 개발 및 상태평가 기법에 관한 연구 (Study on development of data base system and pattern analysis of tunnel portal slope in Korea)

  • 일반 국도의 선형개량사업 및 도로 확포장 사업의 일환으로 터널의 수가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 최근들어 집중호우 및 이상기후로 인하여 국지적인 강우가 발생하여 갱구사면의 붕괴도 적지 않게 발생하고 있다. 따라서, 국내의 터널 갱구사면 피해 및 유지관리를 효율적으로 대처할 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 연구는 일반국도변에 기설치 운영되고 있는 터널 갱구사면의 현황 및 상태에 대한 조사를 실시하고 수집된 데이터의 효율적인 관리를 위한 데이터베이스 시스템을 개발, 향후 유지관리를 위한 상태평가 기법을 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법으로는 국도변의 터널 갱구사면의 형태를 분석하기 위하여 현장 조사를 통하여 국내의 터널을 진입형태, 갱문형식, 터널 유형 등 기하학적인 형태에 따른 분석을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 효율적인 관리를 위해서 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스를 사용하여 입력, 수정 및 조회가 가능한 데이터베이스 관리 시스템을 개발하였고, 조사된 갱구사면의 위험상태에 대한 등급을 분류하기 위한 상태평가 기준표를 제시하고 이에 따른 등급을 분류하였다. 본 상태평가를 이용하여 국도변의 터널 갱구사면을 분류하여 위험 등급에 따라 향후 지속적으로 유지 관리를 실시할 수 있도록 기초자료로 활용하고자 하는 것이 주 목적이다.

풍하중이 경사지 태양광 발전시설의 기초 안정성에 미치는 영향 분석 (Effect of Wind Load on Pile Foundation Stability in Solar Power Facilities on Slopes)

  • 현재 국내에 경사지에 설치된 태양광 발전시설에 대해서 강우 혹은 태풍과 같은 자연재해로 매년 태양광 발전시설의 강우에 의해 토사가 유출되어 기초부에 손상을 입거나, 풍하중에 의해 기초부가 이탈하는 등 피해사례가 발생하여 이와 관련된 문제가 대두되고 있다. 하지만 위와 같은 실정에도 지반과 구조물의 상호작용은 고려하지 않고, 외부 하중에 따른 구조물 자체의 안정성만 분석을 시행하며, 설비 부지의 안정성 검토는 태양광 구조물을 제외한 사면에 대한 안정성 검토만 진행중이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 각 영향인자에 대해서 말뚝의 횡방향변위와 휨응력, 경사지의 안전율의 변화양상을 검토하기 위해 지반과 말뚝의 거동을 모사할 수 있는 유한차분법 해석을 실시하였다. 영향인자는 말뚝의 지름, 말뚝 사이의 간격, 말뚝의 근입 깊이, 풍하중, 건기와 우기 조건 등의 인자를 가정하였으며, 횡방향 변위와 휨응력, 경사지의 안전율에 큰 영향을 미치는 인자를 검토하였다. 말뚝의 횡방향 변위와 휨응력은 말뚝 사이의 간격과 풍하중에 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타나았으며, 경사지의 안전율의 경우 말뚝의 근입 깊이에 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 해석을 실시한 조건에서 일부분은 국내의 설계기준을 만족하지 못하는 것으로 검토되었다.

  • 이 연구에서 온도, pH, 효소, 그리고 염의 첨가에 따라 부식(산화)전위에 영향을 주 인자들을 알아보기위해 비수용액 poly(vinylchloride)(PVC)와 poly(carbonate)(PC) 의 산화전위와 전류밀도를 측정하였다. Tafel 기울기는 분극곡선의 Tafel polt으로부터 결정되어졌다. 전달게수 ${\alpha}$는 기울기 (1-${\alpha}$)nF/2.3RT에서 얻어질 수 있고 인식된 전극 반응은 모든 조건에서 비가역적으로 나타났다.

Wind pressure provisions for gable roofs of intermediate roof slope

  • The paper addresses the suitability of wind pressure coefficients specified in contemporary design standards and codes of practice for gable roofs of intermediate slope (roof angle $10^{\circ}-30^{\circ}$). In a recent research study, a series of low building models with different roof slopes in this intermediate range were tested in a boundary layer wind tunnel under simulated open country terrain conditions. This was different from the original study in the 70's, which produced the current provisions on the basis of a model tested only for a single roof slope (4:12) in this range. The results of the study suggest that a modification to the American wind provisions would be warranted to make them more representative of the true local and area-averaged wind loads imposed on gable roofs of intermediate slope.

  • The use of an unweighted mean and of separate tests is part of the current practice for analyzing interlaboratory studies, and we hope to improve on this method. We fit, using maximum likelihood(ML), a rather intricate, multi-parameter measurement model with the material's true value as a latent variable in a situation where quite serviceable regression and ANOVA calculations have already been developed. The model fit leads to both a weighted estimate of he overall mean, and to tests for equality of means, slopes and variances. Maximum likelihood tests for difference among variances poses a challenge in that the likelihood can easily becoem unbounded. Thus the major objective become to provide a useful test of variance equality.

  • Most of current slope safety analysis consider only the effect of the rise of underground water level. However, because the infiltration of surface water into the ground is believed to have signification effect on slope stability, the present study performed slope safety analysis in case of the rise of underground water level, infiltration of surface water, and both resulting from rainfall, and examined their effect.

  • In this paper, the PWM inverter-motor drive system including sensor is controlled through the network. The algorithm to compensate for the time delay of ac current and ac voltage sensors due to the network is proposed. The delay time of sensors is kept nearly constant, using the synchronous signal and timers. The error between the real and estimated ac signals can be reduced by using two slopes for estimating the value of at signals. The proposed algorithms are verified with the simulation studies and experiments.
