BLE 기능을 갖는 일체형 LED 등명기 제어시스템 (Self-contained LED lantern Control system with BLE functions)

  • 독립된 해상 지역에서 운용되는 LED 등명기는 태양광전력공급시스템을 주로 이용하고 있으며, 이는 등명기의 관리 및 유지비용을 크게 높이는 원인으로 알려져 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 일체형 LED 등명기에 대한 기술 연구 및 실증이 최근 활발히 진행 중이다. 본 논문은 LED 등명기의 효과적인 관리를 위해, BLE 기능을 갖는 일체형 LED 등명기 제어시스템을 제안한다. 일체형 LED 등명기의 상태정보 프로토콜을 확장하여 제어 프로그램 구조를 설계한 후 그를 관리자가 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 형태로 구현한다. 구현된 제어시스템은 일체형 LED 등명기의 상태 및 제어 데이터를 시각화함으로써 관리자의 신속한 의사결정을 가능하게 한다. 또한 등명기의 전력사용을 최소화하면서 상태정보를 송수신하고 등질을 변경할 수 있다.

  • 종교시설에서 사용되는 예배용 특수조명의 설치 사례를 통하여 현재 특수조명의 현황 및 발전 방향에 대하여 알아보고, LED 설치사례를 적용하여, 예전과 다른 기능적인 특징에 대하여 알아보았다. 할로겐 등기구에서 LED 등기구로 교체하였을 때, 조명경제성 평가에 따른 적용으로 약 25%가량 절감이 되는 것으로 확인되어 LED 등기구의 기능적인 요인과 함께 앞으로 많이 적용 될 것이라고 사료된다.

LED 디바이스를 활용한 패션전공 진로체험 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and application of career experience programs for fashion majors using LED devices)

  • This study started from the practical need for a career experience program in the fashion major that is creative and responds to current methodologies. The purpose of this study is to propose a fashion work experience program that combines digital technology and practical experience. The research methods and procedures were as follows: fashion items and wearable devices were selected, the LED smart bag program was developed, and it was executed. A total of 123 students participated in the program, and a satisfaction survey was conducted after observation and oral evaluation. All of the participants completed the LED smart bag processes of design ideation, material selection, production, and styling using an eco-bag (one of the fashion items and as an LED wearable device). As a result of the participants' satisfaction (on a 5-point scale), most items showed a high level of satisfaction of 4.39 points or more. The smart bag program was evaluated to increase interest based on the time allotted and the students' level and to bolster their understanding of, and interest in, the fashion major. Therefore, this study is expected to be baseline to explore diversification of the fashion major work experience program, in order to create interest in the fashion major based on creative convergence competency.

문화기반형 도시재생전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on Culture-Led Urban Regeneration based on historical context and cultural infrastructure)

  • The idea that city culture can be employed as a driver for urban development has become part of the new orthodoxy by which cities seek to enhance their competitive position. Such development reflect not only the rise to prominence of the cultural sphere in the city development, but also how the meaning of culture has been refined to include new uses in order to meet the main objectives of sustainable development. This study focuses on the procedure how the cultural infrastructure and historical context can be applied for urban regeneration strategy. Two successful cases (Bilbao, Spain and Yokohama, Japan) were selected for analysis of strategies as a whole, background, main characteristics of culture-led urban regeneration strategies and their effect for urban regeneration have been analyzed in detail. In conclusion, lessons for the future development were suggested in terms of resources, planning and linking strategies.

LED가 적용된 안전조끼의 프로토타입 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study for Developing the Prototype of LED-Safety Vest)

  • This study was intended to develop a multi-purpose, multi-functional design for safety vest to enhance the safety and user's availability. With a limited scope to LED-applied safety vest, this study contemplates on the problems of safety vest on the market and directions for design development with a view to develop its prototype. This is a significant study because it has been conducted concerning a prototype, a cut above the study method of constructing a basic theory. For study method, theoretic considerations on LED and safety vest are followed by case study for LED-applied safety vest currently on the market to draw out problems. Then, solutions for problems with LED safety vest will be found, while planning for a design direction in consideration of safety, functionality and beauty. Scope of study was limited to cases of LED safety vests currently on sale online and offline, excluding cases of common-form luminosity such as HB luminous vest without LED. Accordingly, results of study will help develop the prototype for LED safety vest with an increase of the wearer's safety, and be used as a basic data for developing high-value-added fashion prodcts to meet his aesthetic sense and functionality. This study has limitations. Restricted scope for LED-applied safety vest should be extended to an outdoor wear in follow-up research for the foundation of higher value added.

LED 광원에 따른 미세조류 Haematococcus pluvialis의 성장 특성 (Growth Characteristics of Microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis by LED Light Source)

  • 본 연구에서는 미세조류 Haematococcus pluvialis의 성장에 미치는 배양 배지와 광원의 영향을 평가하기 위해 제한 성분 배지인 Modified Bold's Basal Medium (MBBM) 와 상업용 액체 비료 배지인 Neo, 그리고 파장이 서로 다른 7개의 광원을 사용하여 H. pluvialis를 39일 동안 배양하고 성장률을 비교하였다. 그 결과 제한 성분 배지인 MBBM에서 H. pluvialis의 성장은 fluorescent light 광원에서 세포 성장이 가장 높게 나타난 반면, blue+red LED에서 세포 성장이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 상업용 배지인 Neo에서 H. pluvialis의 성장은 fluorescent light 광원에서 세포성장이 가장 높게 나타났으며, blue LED에서는 세포 성장이 가장 낮음이 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 MBBM 배지가 Neo 배지보다 우수한 결과를 나타내었으며 또한, MBBM 배지를 이용하여 fluorescent light에서 성장한 미세조류는 본 연구에서 가장 우수한 세포 성장 결과를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 이차대사산물 생산을 위한 H. pluvialis 배양에서 배지, 광원과 광량을 최적화한 것으로 미세조류 대량 배양에 기초 자료로써 유용하게 활용될 것이다.

부착조류 파판배양 시 Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs)의 적용 (Adaptation of light emitting diode (LED) at culture on attachment plate of diatom)

  • We investigated biomass, diatom species and fucoxanthin contents as cell growth, fatty acid and amino acid contents as nutritional composition of diatoms attached on plate to confirm effects of light emitting diodes (LEDs) due to block off natural light. In the single LED irradiation, biomass showed significantly higher to $30.0{\pm}6.48mg/m^2$ in white LED than that of others (P<0.05). The dominate diatom species was Navicula cancellata. Their lipid contents showed significantly higher to $112.9{\pm}19.23ug/mg$ dry matter (DM) in control than that of others LEDs. But eicosapetaenoic acid (EPA) contents showed significantly higher to $3.3{\pm}0.62ug/mg$ DM than others, but not significantly differed with natural control light treatment (P<0.05). And total protein contents are higher in control and blue LED light than that of others, but essential amino acid contents showed significantly higher to $3.2{\pm}4.8%$ in control (P<0.05). In mixing light with natural and LED light, biomass showed $2.6{\pm}0.22mg/m^2$ in blue LED (P<0.05). Fatty acids contents were not significantly differed with all treatments. Amino acid contents showed to $11.0{\pm}0.33ug/mg$ DM in white LED (P<0.05), but not significantly differed with others LED lights (P>0.05). Therefore, we could suggest that irradiation of blue LED in natural light very benefit to diatom culture for larvae of sea cucumber and abalone and do on.

고휘도 LED를 이용한 세포배양 컨트롤러에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cell Culture Controller using the High Brightness LED)

  • We developed the equipment palpating cell proliferation using a high brightness LED. This equipment was fabricated using a micro-controller and a high brightness LED, and designed to enable us to control light irradiation time, intensity, frequency and so on. Especially, to control the light irradiation frequency, FPGA was used, and to control the change of output value, TLC5941 was used. Control stage is divided into 30 levels by program. Consequently, the current value could be controlled by the change of level in Continue Wave(CW) and Pulse Width Modulation(PWM), and the output of a high brightness LED could be controlled stage by stage.

LED에서 발광층의 높이가 광추출 효율에 미치는 영향 (Effect of an emitting-layer height on a photon extraction efficiency in LED)

  • 본 연구에서는 일반적인 구조의 LED와 경사진 구조의 LED에 대하여, 전극이 없을 때와 전극에서 20%의 흡수(80% 반사)가 발생할 때, 그리고 전극에서 60%의 흡수(40% 반사)가 발생할 때로 구분하여, 전극에서의 흡수와 활성 영역의 높이가 광추출 효율 및 평균 광자 진행 거리에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 활성 영역의 적절한 높이를 제안하였다. 일반적인 LED에서 전극의 흡수가 증가할수록, 광추출 효율은 18%에서 15%, 13%로 낮아지고, 활성 영역의 높이가 두 전극 사이의 정 중앙에 위치할 때 가장 광 추출 효율이 높다. 경사진 구조의 LED에서는 전극의 흡수가 증가할수록, 광추출 효율은 38%에서 33%, 25%로 낮아지고, 활성 영역의 높이가 두 전극 사이의 정 중앙에 위치할 때 가장 광 추출 효율이 높다. 경사진 구조의 LED는 일반적인 LED 보다 광추출 효율을 두 배 이상 높일 수 있다. 이는 전반사에 의해 광자가 칩 내부에 갇히는 현상을 줄여주기 때문이다.
