The principal objective of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics of Yukwa prepared with chlorella powder. The tested concentrations of chlorella powder were 0, 1, 2, and 3%. As more chlorella powder was added, spread ratio, moisture content, and volume increased, whereas L-value and a-value decreased and b-value increased. The hardness of Yukwa made with 3% chlorella powder was highest among the samples. The results of the sensory evaluation test show that Yukwa with 1% chlorella powder was significantly more preferable in term sof overall acceptability. The acid value and peroxide values were lower in Yukwa prepared with chlorella powder than the control. Yukwa prepared with chlorella powder showed strong inhibition of lipid oxidation. Thiobarbituric values were lower in Yukwa prepared with 2% chlorella powder compared to Yukwa prepared with 1% and 3% chlorella powders and control Yukwa. These results suggest that chlorella powder can be applied to Yukwa for high quality and functionality.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Capsosiphon fulvescens powder on the functional and sensory characteristics of dumpling shell. Various dumpling shell samples were prepared with wheat flour along with the addition of different amounts of Capsosiphon fulvescens powder, and then instrumental characteristics and sensory evaluations were investigated. According to amylograph data, the composite Capsosiphon fulvescens powder-wheat flour samples had increased gelatinization temperatures with increasing Capsosiphon fulvescens powder content; whereas initial viscosity at $95^{\circ}C$, viscosity at $95^{\circ}C$ after 15minutes, and maximum viscosity were reduced. In terms of Hunter's color values, L, a and b values decreased with increasing Capsosiphon fulvescens powder content. Besides cooked weight, cooked volume and turbidity of dumpling shell increased as the addition level of Capsosiphon fulvescens powder increase. In terms of textural characteristics, addition of Capsosiphon fulvescens powder increased springiness, chewiness, brittleness, pringiness and adhesiveness. Based on sensory evaluations, the overall preference of dumpling shell with 3% added Capsosiphon fulvescens powder, was more effective than control.

Although much research has been conducted to identify the influence of culture on conflict management and resolution behaviours in organizational settings, no study has been done yet in the construction industry particularly in considering the influence of individual level individualistic and collectivistic values. Despite the key role of self-construal in explaining or predicting behaviour in interpersonal conflict, it has not received enough attention in construction management. Reflecting this necessity, the objective of this exploratory study was to establish, through the application of the Rahim Organizational Inventory (ROC II) instrument, how the cultural values of professionals of construction businesses relate to the application of different conflict-handling styles through self-construal. Data were collected using questionnaire surveys from construction professionals working in contracting firms. The findings illustrate the importance of self-construal type as an individual-level cultural variable in explaining the differences in the style of handling interpersonal conflict in the context of the construction industry.

Storytelling plays a very important role in emotional marketing recently. Storytelling marketing emphasizes a unique story and mythical meaning of the product, rather than its practical function. This is a faithful reflection of what the Dream Society has proposed. In this article, we are researching the consumption value system, and analyze various cases focusing on a coffee advertisement. In particular, by delivering a story, we will concentrate on advertising that appeals to utopian values and discusses the actual impact that it brings. If we communicate utopian values to consumers through various stories, business effects will be maximized, which will strengthen the brand image. The originality of this paper is to discuss the theory of consumption value system positively with the concept of storytelling. Therefore, we will draw conclusions as to which orientation is most ideal for storytelling in advertising. Understanding these business models will help you build an effective marketing strategy for the Dream Society.

Prestige products, such as apparel, are infrequently purchased and require a higher level of interest and knowledge because they are strongly related to an individual's self-concept. This study was designed to conceptualize prestige seeking behaviors by investigating the underlying motives and its influence on brand loyalty. This study adapts Vigneron and Johnson's (1999) framework as a conceptualization of prestige seeking apparel consumption. A survey questionnaire was developed to measure the five underlying values of prestige consumption and brand loyalty. Data from 554 college students were used for the analysis. Results of confirmatory factor analysis using LISREL indicated that apparel prestige consumption does not consist of five distinctive dimensions. Among five theoretically driven dimensions, prestige consumption due to conspicuous, social and emotional value were highly correlated. Structural equation modeling using LISREL showed that brand loyalty was significantly influenced by prestige consumption due to conspicuous value, hedonic value, and uniqueness value.

This research was designed to see the relationship among nutrient intake, food intake frequency and psychosocial stress in ordinary life. The subjects were 190 males and 263 females of university students in urban areas. There were significant correlations between nutrient intake and stress value, and between food intake frequency and stress value. In male, the more they consumed energy, protein and carbohydrate, the higher they had stress in several categories. But in female the results were reversed. Their stress values were lower when they have consumed protein source food frequently. And in general, stress values of female were higher than those of male. From these results, we conclude that nutrient intake tends to be decresed with increase stress in less stressful condition, but to be increased in more stressful condition.

Masks are generated by adding different fonts of learning data characters in pixel unit, and pixel values belonging to each of the masks are divided into 3 groups. Using the directional expansion operators, we expand the text area of the test data character into 4 diagonal directions in order to create the boundary areas to distinguish it from the background area. A mask with a minimum average discordance is selected as the final recognition result by calculating the degree of discordance between the expanded test data and the masks. Image comparison using directional expansion operations more accurately recognizes test data through 4 subdivided recognition processes. It is also possible to expand the ranges of 3 groups of pixel values of masks more evenly such that new fonts can easily be added to the given learning data.

The aim of this study is to clarify aesthetic values and sociocultural meanings that reappears in contemporary fashion. In order to analyze aesthetic values and symbolic meanings of body decoration, I examined the concepts and expression methods of the body decoration. Also, analyzed external characteristics of expression and its internal meanings that applied in modern fashion. The expressions of body decoration represented in contemporary fashion are classified into direct and indirect methods. The direct method is expressed by tattoos, piercing, henna, make-up and body painting. And, indirect method is expressed by see-through look, body-conscious look and accessories that were utilized its patterns and the material adaptation methods. Such expression of body decoration in the modern fashion was represented into grotesque images and erotic images. The characteristics of grotesque images are abnormal state, hateful animal image and distorted or transformed body and the internal meanings are the pursuit of primitive, exoticism, the pursuit of playfulness, and resistance. The characteristics of erotic images are an exposure of body, see through, body-conscious and androgynous look and the internal meanings are the self-intoxication, naturalism and sexual pleasure.

Conventional techniques for solving the noise problem have problems to generate different results, depending on the image size and weight values of the used masks, and they require many operations by using a complex formula. In this paper, we propose an image enhancement algorithm to solve the noise problem in a simple, yet easy-to-use way. For this purpose, we determined the difference between the noise of the two adjacent pixels for the horizontal and vertical, and for the two diagonal directions that each of the noise problem occurred, and then we got the average value of these pixel values. Then, we solve the noise problem by using the optimal average value in accordance with occurrence of the noise in the horizontal and vertical, and two adjacent pixels in a diagonal direction. As a result, we got the result that the noise solution in a simple, yet easy-to-use method to obtain a resultant image.

This study was conducted to evaluate the quality characteristics and antioxidant activities of salad dressing prepared with acaiberry powder (0, 1, 3, and 5%). The pH and titratable acidity increased as the acaiberry powder increased. The sugar content showed no significant differences between samples. The viscosity was lowest in the controls and increased with increasing amounts of the acaiberry powder. The lightness and yellowness values decreased, while the redness values increased with increasing amounts of acaiberry powder. The total polyphenol content ranged from 10.26-45.19 mg GAE/100 g, increasing with increased acaiberry powder levels. The antioxidant activities measured via DPPH radical scavenging activity, reducing power and FRAP also increased with increasing acaiberry powder concentrations. Finally, a consumer acceptance test revealed that up to 3% acaiberry powder could be added to salad dressing to provide high antioxidant activity without sacrificing sensory quality.
