The purpose of this study is to establish a new method to develop the textile pattern design using Saengbul flower in Seo-cheon flower garden of Jeju Myth, in other words, to create mythic textile patterns by borrowing effectively from the mythic image of Saengbul flower. Seo-cheon flower garden is an incantation space and Saengbul flower means pregnance. Therefore, we drew Camellia flower motifs from a mythic image based on archetypal symbols about the Saengbul flower, and created mythic patterns. In order to achieve this textile pattern design, Adobe CS5(Photoshop, Illustrator) and Texpro were used to design the motifs of Saengbul flower, and then they were arranged in a square pattern and diamond pattern of Richard M. Proctor' set layout. And to conclude, development of the creative textile pattern design using the mythic contents of the Jeju Myth contribute to invigoration the fashion industry and regional culture contents projects in Jeju, and also become the basis of creating added valued to it.

response to the global city. It was developed to cope with the decline of the manufacturing industry, a rise in unemployment and a welfare state system in danger. In cities of the concept, there has been much change in existing urban space and accordingly wisdoms and knowledge has been accumulated. The purpose of this research is to scrutinize urban spatial modification of a regenerated model city "Bologna". The target area of analysis was a ex-factory ailing district. Field site visit, deep interview with professionals and citizens, walk through observation, and historial literature review on the site were employed. As results, its history, retrofit process and current change were systematically described. The results showed ways of thinking, attitude toward historic preservation, technology, and creativity of using existing buildings for contemporary functions. This has a significant implication on Korean urban development which mostly, has ignored the existing value of community and buildings.

The purpose of this study is to understand the gender-neutral phenomenon, to grasp the flow of design, and to seek the future direction of modern fashion design. As for the scope and method of the study, this study was performed based on relevant literature. In terms of visual data, website photos were collected from the collection of S/S in 2016 to F/W in 2020. To assess the properties of the gender-neutral, analysis was implemented on the results after arranging the factors for gender neutrality and the characteristics suggested in the related papers. The fashion-related expert group analyzed the properties of the gender-neutral style from 1,031 pictures, where the gender-neutral style of fashion design collections was applied. As a result of the analysis, the characteristics of the gender-neutral were analyzed and divided into the extended body-positive performance style, the mashup style- respecting the conflicting culture, the street style of coexisting genders, and the fluid style of changing directions. In this study, the attributes were derived as acceptability, playfulness, and sustainability. Accordingly, it is expected that this study will play a fundamental role in the creative fashion design development and unfolding of the fashion industry and fashion designers.

Crowdfunding has emerged as an important financing source for diverse cultural projects and commercial ventures in the early stages. Unlike traditional investment evaluation, where structured financial data is critical, such information is typically unavailable for crowdfunding campaigns. Instead, campaign creators prepare pitches containing essential information about themselves and the campaigns, which are crucial in attracting and persuading contributors. Prior literature has examined the effects of different aspects in campaign pitches, but a comprehensive understanding of the theme is lacking. This study aims to fill this gap by identifying the lexicon of frequently used vocabulary in campaign pitches and examining how they are associated with crowdfunding success. Moreover, we examine how the association differs between culture and commercial crowdfunding campaigns. We randomly collected 50,000 campaigns from the cultural and commercial categories on Kickstarter and extracted the 100 most used verbs in the campaign pitches. Based on a machine learning approach combined with principal component analysis, we constructed sets of verbal factors statistically significant in predicting crowdfunding success. The findings also show that cultural and commercial campaigns consist of different verbal components with different effects on crowdfunding success.

본 논문은 헨리 젠킨스가 제안한 참여문화 개념으로 탄막 현상을 분석한다. 탄막은 다른 댓글이나 달리 이용자들이 동영상을 볼 때 익명으로 글을 올릴 수 있도록 하고, 그 시간에 올린 댓글은 곧바로 화면에 뜨는 동시에 다른 시청자도 볼 수 있게 하는 기능으로, 2006년에 일본의 유명한 동영상 사이트인 나코니코(Niconico)에서 처음으로 서비스를 시작하였다. 본 논문에서는 중국 동영상 플랫폼 Bilibili에서의 탄막 현상을 세가지 측면에 집중하여 분석한다. 첫째, 집단지성 하의 창작 공유 측면에서는 사용자들이 자신의 창작물을 만들어 탄막을 통해 다른 이용자들과 공유하는 것이 어떻게 이루어지는지 탐구한다. 둘째, 대중 참여 하의 협력 모델에서는 사용자들이 상호작용을 통해 집단적인 협력을 구현하는 방법과 그 의미에 대해 다룬다. 셋째, 상업자본의 재력 지원 측면에서는 탄막 동영상이 상업적인 이익을 창출하는 영향력을 사례로 분석한다. 또한, Bilibili에서 나타나는 참여문화의 부정적 측면과 도전 과제를 분석한다. 참여격차, 저작권 침해, 그리고 탄막의 과도한 사용과 익명성의 문제와 같은 부정적 측면들을 검토하고 참여문화로서 탄막의 가능성을 실현하기 위한 주요 도전 과제들을 제안하였다. 본 논문은 문헌조사, 사례연구 등 연구 방법을 활용하여 탄막을 종합적으로 분석하고, 이를 통해 참여문화와 탄막이 현대사회에서 어떻게 상호작용하며 진화하는지에 대한 통찰을 도출하고자 하였다. 탄막은 참여적인 매체로서 개인과 집단의 창작과 상호작용을 촉진하는 중요한 도구로서 미디어 산업과 사용자들 사이의 새로운 경계를 개척하고 있지만 그 가능성을 실현하기 위해서는 여러 과제를 해결해야 함을 논의하였다.

본 논문은 공학교육 개선을 위하여 재정지원 사업을 수행한 대학의 사업성과 분석을 통해 지방 공과대학의 교육방향을 모색하고 개선점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 공학교육혁신지원사업을 수행한 대학의 3년간의 사업 만족도 조사를 통해 성과분석을 진행하였다. 사업에 참여한 이해관계자를 대상으로 지원사업의 교육프로그램과 운영에 따른 성과 등 통계적 분석을 진행한 결과 지원사업의 종합만족도 평점은 73.8%에서 83.4%로 상승하고 있으나, 산업체 만족도는 상대적으로 감소하고 있다. 조사 결과 신입사원들의 업무수행의 창의성 및 문제해결 능력의 만족도가 낮아 사업의 종합 만족도가 감소한 것을 알 수 있다. 향후 공학교육 혁신을 위한 교육프로그램 설계를 통해 창의적 문제해결 능력이 배양될 수 있는 공학교육 개선방안을 마련하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to create knit ruffles that represent the aesthetic and artistic values of painted works of art that rhythmically express flower petals and add an artistic impression on the knit ruffle designs. This study is based on the artistic life of Georgia O'Keeffe and changes in her artistic background, and the world of paintings. The relevant data was gathered from domestic and foreign references, academic journals, and the internet. The characteristics of Georgia O'Keeffe paintings were examined. Her paintings typically include a series of various motifs, symmetry, balance, and harmony of detailed realistic expressions and abstract elements, repetition, and the principles of contrast and emphasis in shaping. The decoration techniques used on fabrics were applied using the knitting machine which controls the tension to develop a variety of textures, apart from the previous standardized knit textures, through various knitting techniques. A gradation effect was then applied by piece-dyeing the knitted materials in various colors to express asimilarity to the original colors in O'Keeffe's works with delicate color expressions. After the piece-dyeing, the decorative knitted materials were trimmed on a model to re-create the natural curves of flower petals. This study aims to converge works of art with fashion designs to develop various creative knitted fashion and to impart an artistic sense in the fashion design industry.

The purpose of this study suggest the fashion of communication for 21th century fashion. Especially, Memphis fashion have the possibility of communicating through objects. The results of this study are as follows : First, Memphis idea is to make design into a sophisticated, conscious instrument of communication. As the Memphis fashion points out : design is an extraordinary tool for communicating because its intrinsic characteristic is the fact that it is used and distributed anyway, even without communicating anything. Second, Using different materials provides not only new structural Possibilities. but - above all - new semantic and metaphoric possibilities, order modes of communication, another language, and even a change of direction, broadening of perspective, appropriation and digestion of new values and the concomitant rejection of traditional structures that renewal always Involves. The memphis fashion works on the fabric of contemporaneity (lurex yarn, latex, chrome metal and steel) and contemporaneity means computers, electronics, a new awareness of the body. mass exercise and tourism. The aim of this study is to develop new wedding dress designs by blending the traditional female Korean upper garment of Han-bok, known as dang-ui, with Western-style wedding dress designs. For this research, the author considered the various types of wedding dresses and their historical development based on literary resources and previous studies of the subject. The results are as follows: first, this study featured the use of different types of fabric for the dang-ui, selected from the various fabrics available for wedding dresses. Starting from the basic design of a sleeveless and strapless princess-line tight top, three different styles of A-line dresses were created: a tiered long dress, an unbalanced tiered midi dress, and a spangled and pleated mini dress. The study also resulted in a tight H-line mini dress with a bustle. In this way, the author was able to suggest new wedding dress styles that are well suited to the cultural trend of the Korean wave. Second, the traditional Korean dang-ui is an elegant ceremonial garment that harmonizes well with Western-style wedding dresses. Satisfaction can be found from combining these creative fusion gowns with traditional Korean aesthetics. Third, the traditional Korean ceremonial coronet jokduri and veil, which go well with dang-ui wedding dresses, are suitable accessories for contemporary wedding dresses. The dang-ui wedding dress, a result of merging the Korean dang-ui and the Western style, will help enhance business for both the Korean and the international wedding industry thanks to an aesthetic that has global appeal.

In this study, we aimed to apply 3D digital printing to basic clothing production and to propose futuristic fashion design and production methods that correspond to contemporary trends. Literature on future trends, dynamism, mechanical aesthetics, and experimentalism were used to define the characteristics of "futurism." Based on theoretical considerations about futurism, we created fashion designs using 3D digital printing methods. These designs were produced using the aesthetic characteristics of futurism; the 3D digital clothing program; and application of digital printing technologies to futuristic silhouettes, colors, and materials. The results were as follows: First, with the application of futurism as a fashion motif, we pursued collaboration between artistic work and fashion, and we then explored the possibility of creative expression. Second, harmony between achromatic and chromatic colors revealed even better dynamism and activeness, and the potential to express dynamism was observed. Third, with the development of fashion design processes based on 3D digital printing methodologies, it was found to be possible to eliminate the limitations of time and space, solve problems related to limited budget or communication, and positively influence the fashion industry by enhancing convenience and diversity. Fourth, with the development of fashion design that utilizes digital printing, it was found that problems related to time, space, or limited budget were able to be solved, as compared to the use of traditional printing and image reproduction.
