정보통신 기술이 빠르게 발전하면서 사회와 문화 전반에 많은 영향을 미치고 있음에도 전통문화에 대한 체계적인 분류 및 최신 검색 기능을 제공하는 시스템은 아직까지 제공되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문은 전통문화 콘텐츠 분류체계를 수립하여 3D 연표를 자동으로 생성하고 시각화함으로써 사용자에게 체계적인 분류 및 검색 기능을 제공함과 동시에 융복합서비스가 가능한 전통문화 검색 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 전통문화 콘텐츠를 수집하는 기능, 수집된 전통문화 콘텐츠를 분류 및 저장하는 기능, 저장된 전통문화 콘텐츠에 기반을 두어 3D 디지털 연표를 자동으로 생성하는 기능을 제공한다. 또한, 시스템의 사용성 평가를 위해 시스템 만족도 설문지를 개발하였고 대학생 19명이 참여하여 시스템 사용성을 검증하였다. 실험 결과, 시스템 만족도에서는 모든 문항이 평균적으로 '만족한다'는 결과를 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a cultural and artistic content guide service that can provide customized guides according to the disability status of the disabled who consume cultural and artistic contents. It is designed to provide a more individualized service through user input of disability information including the type and degree of disability of the disabled, the type of cultural and artistic content desired by the disabled, and information on the cultural and artistic level of the disabled. In addition, it is not limited by time and place, and it has the distinction of providing appreciation of cultural and artistic contents and commentary information of the corresponding cultural and artistic contents in various ways on the application. In particular, to provide cultural and artistic contents differently by identifying the type or degree of disability of the user, or to provide cultural and artistic contents with different expertise in consideration of the user's cultural level and taste, and to improve the cultural level. The most special feature is that it provides recommended content in consideration of the difficulty of art content. User analysis was conducted through in-depth interviews and persona techniques. As a result of the analysis, the needs for the enjoyment of culture and arts are also increasing among the disabled, while the services that reflect those needs are very insufficient. Therefore, all interviewees stated that they are willing to actively utilize these services if they are released. In the future, it is necessary to increase the accessibility of the disabled to culture and arts by developing various services using new ICT technologies.

관광콘텐츠는 관광활성화를 위한 중요한 요소임에도 불구하고, 주목받지 못하고 있어, 인삼을 활용한 문화관광콘텐츠 개발 전략을 살펴보았다. 콘텐츠 개발의 기본방향은 건강을 증진시킬 수 있다는 웰빙적인 요소와 고부가가치 상품개발이며, 개발전략은 대표적인 웰빙상품으로 스토리를 동반해야 하며, 상품을 위한 스토리가 아니라 다목적성의 성격을 띌 수 있는 콘텐츠를 개발해야 하며, 최종 상품형태를 고려하여, 실현가능한 콘텐츠를 개발해야 한다. 마지막으로 지역의 주민들에게 직접적인 이익 및 참여가 보장되어야 한다.

We investigated biomass, diatom species and fucoxanthin contents as cell growth, fatty acid and amino acid contents as nutritional composition of diatoms attached on plate to confirm effects of light emitting diodes (LEDs) due to block off natural light. In the single LED irradiation, biomass showed significantly higher to $30.0{\pm}6.48mg/m^2$ in white LED than that of others (P<0.05). The dominate diatom species was Navicula cancellata. Their lipid contents showed significantly higher to $112.9{\pm}19.23ug/mg$ dry matter (DM) in control than that of others LEDs. But eicosapetaenoic acid (EPA) contents showed significantly higher to $3.3{\pm}0.62ug/mg$ DM than others, but not significantly differed with natural control light treatment (P<0.05). And total protein contents are higher in control and blue LED light than that of others, but essential amino acid contents showed significantly higher to $3.2{\pm}4.8%$ in control (P<0.05). In mixing light with natural and LED light, biomass showed $2.6{\pm}0.22mg/m^2$ in blue LED (P<0.05). Fatty acids contents were not significantly differed with all treatments. Amino acid contents showed to $11.0{\pm}0.33ug/mg$ DM in white LED (P<0.05), but not significantly differed with others LED lights (P>0.05). Therefore, we could suggest that irradiation of blue LED in natural light very benefit to diatom culture for larvae of sea cucumber and abalone and do on.

3D 입체공간에서 재미와 학습요소가 가미된 해양생물 문화콘텐츠를 개발하고, 도서해양 생물자원의 증강현실 콘텐츠 개발과 체험학습의 활용 방안을 제안한다. 증강현실 저작도구는 위지윅(WYSIWYG) 기반의 저작도구로 Node 구조와 Drag & Drop을 통해 저작도구를 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 해양생물 문화콘텐츠는 marker를 통한 애니메이션 효과, 모델링 데이터의 변화 등의 이벤트 요소를 추가하고, 해양생물 내레이션(narration)으로 실감 체험학습을 지원한다. 해양생물 AR Book은 50여종의 해양생물 증강현실 콘텐츠를 바탕으로 초등학교 수업 교재로 활용이 가능하며, 증강현실을 활용한 3D 입체영상 교육으로 실재적 관찰, 다양한 사고, 최대의 몰입감을 부여하여 학습효과를 높여준다.

Tissue culture of the roots of Panax ginseng was carried out to enhance the production of ginseng callus as well as to increase its contents of ginsenosides. A long cylinder type callus mass was formed when cultured IK callus by rotary shaking culture method, the growth ratio of the callus being 7.71 which was approximately 4 fold higher than those obtained by other culture methods. Ginsenosides $Rg_1$, Re and $Rb_1$ could be detected from the callus mass by TLC, however, their total contents were revealed to be approximately 9% compared to that of the fresh ginseng root equivalent by HPLC analysis,.

본 연구는 ‘거타지 설화’의 서사구조, 문화원형적 특징, 문화요소 등을 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 문화콘텐츠 창작과 활용 방안을 모색해 보고자 하는 것이다. ‘거타지 설화’는 완벽한 서사구조를 갖추고 있으며, 여러 면에서 신화와 공통점이 적지 않아 우리 문화원형으로 자리매김할 수 있다. 또한 텍스트에 내재된 다양한 문화요소는 우리 문화의 전통성과 세계적인 보편성을 두루 갖추었기에 문화콘텐츠 창작에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있다. 이러한 서사적 특징을 바탕으로 한 ‘거타지 설화’의 문화 콘텐츠 창작과 활용 방안은 첫째, 원전등의 디지털 DB화와 그래픽 창작 등 디지털 콘텐츠 구축, 둘째, 하이퍼텍스트를 활용한 스토리뱅크 구축, 셋째, 게임이나 플래시 애니메이션 창작 등의 스토리텔링, 넷째, 주인공 거타지를 중심으로 다양한 캐릭터 개발 등을 들 수 있다.

This study attempts to develop e-learning contents for the "fashion information analysis," which should be performed in combination of theory and practice in fashion education, in a recent Web-based education environment. The e-learning contents are developed by using the three steps of analysis, design and development. In order to analyze the requirements of curricula, the status and content of fashion information related curricular provided by general universities and cyber universities are analyzed, and then on the basis of this analysis the education objectives and detailed contents of e-learning contents are determined. Design and development of e-learning contents consist of the types, education menus and education form. The types of e-learning contents are developed into an education form combined with tutorial and practice/activity types. The education menus are comprised of syllabic, the profiles of professors and students, announcements, questions and answers regarding respect subjects, materials, and notes. Meanwhile, the education form consists of the following sections: "Before the Learning", "Learning", "Review Questions", "Final Review", "References", and "Practice", "Before the Learning" consists of two parts of a theory lecture that is composed of video clips and Power-Point presentations, and practice that consists of an audio(or video) lecture and illustration or Photoshop software execution window.

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the medical contents of Korean medical textbooks and intervention usage in clinical practice. Method : We conducted an email survey of Doctors of Korean Medicine(DKMs) registered with the Association of Korean Medicine and analyzed the 259 responses that we received. Results : 1, The study showed that most DKMs used western medical knowledge concerning "history taking and diagnosis"(96.5%), "management and prevention"(95.8%), "causes and overview"(91.9%), and "prognosis"(90.3%). DKMs did not usually use western medical knowledge with regard to "diagnosis and treatment evaluation tools"(40.9%) or "western medical treatments"(25.1%) in their clinical practice. 2. Of the DKMs surveyed, 39.0% usually used traditional and western medical terms at similar levels of frequency in explaining their patients' conditions, while 35.9% used western medical terms more often and 20.8% used Korean traditional medical terms more often. 3. Most DKMs usually used acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping therapy, Moxibustion in their practice and used herbal prescriptions presented in Dongeuibogam(57.1%), Bangyakhappyeon(52.9%), and Sa-Sang Constitutional Medicine(36.7%), although 27.8% used their own herbal prescriptions in creating for patients. In practice, DKMs usually used meridian acupuncture(64.1%), needling myofascial trigger points(54.8%), sa-am acupuncture(42.1%), dong-shi acupuncture therapy(24.7%), and constitutional acupuncture therapy(8.5%). Conclusions : We found that most DKMs use western medical contents as well as Korean medical contents in clinical practice. New Korean medical contents should be establish based on these results.

Purpose: Financial independence of the museum is an urgent issue in Korea. In this paper, methodology to combine arts and culture facilities with senior society is investigated based on case study of various senior programs in other countries. Methods: In this paper, case study of various senior programs from cultural and arts facilities in other countries are investigated in the aspect of public nature and independent management. Based on the analysis of the case study, optimal methodology is derived. Results: Based on case study of various senior program in other countries, it is clear that art and cultural facilities play important roles in participating elderly people to various social activities through developing programs specialized for elderly people. Conclusion: From analysis of the case study, senior program from arts and culture facilities provides more familiar contents rather than professional contents. Also, they consider more on communication and cooperation with local society to develop the senior program, which fulfill both public nature and financial independence.
