문화예술교육에서의 융복합 학문의 시대적 흐름- 음악테크놀로지를 중심으로 (Trend of the Convergence Stud in Arts & Culture Education - Focused on Music Technology)

  • 디지털 테크놀로지 시대에 새로운 가치를 추구하려는 노력은 사회 문화 전반 분야뿐만이 아닌 일반 교육계와 문화, 예술교육에도 변화를 요구하고 있다. 가장 큰 변화의 하나는 다른 영역간의 통합과 연계라는 추세가 문화와 예술분야에도 영향을 주면서, 문화와 예술이 통합을 이룬 문화예술 교육을 탄생하기에 이르렀다. 또한 새로운 시대는 디지털 테크놀로지의 활용이 교육 전 영역에서 활발히 사용되고 있으며, 문화 예술교육에도 테크놀로지의 활용이라는 새로운 시도를 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 음악 테크놀로지를 활용한 문화예술교육에 대하여 이론적으로 알아보았다. 음악 테크놀로지의 활용은 다른 교과간의 통합적 접근으로의 가능성을 보여주며, 문화예술교육 외에 다양한 학문에도 적용이 가능함을 보여주었다. 음악 테크노로지의 활용은 현재 문화예술 교육 분야의 독특성, 전문성, 고유성을 반영해줄 만한 교수학습방법의 학습도구로서 다양한 대상과 상황에서 적용하여 실천적 사례를 쌓음으로서 문화예술 교육 분야를 위한 새로운 교수학습방법으로서의 역할을 할 수 있으리라 생각한다.

과학기술의 문화적 함의 (Cultural Implications of Science and Technology)

  • 과학기술과 문화의 관계는 어떻게 이해해야 하는가? 과학기술은 문화의 일부로서 이해되는가 하면, 흔히 과학기술과 문화는 서로 배타적인 관계에 있는 것으로 주장되기도 한다. 이 논문에서는 먼저 과학기술을 문화의 한 형태로서 검토하였다. 분명히 과학은 인식적 가치를 창조하는 가치문화의 일부이며, 기술은 비록 도구적 문화로서 파악되는 경우에도 문화체계의 일부로 이해해야 한다. 그러므로 과학기술은 어느 정도의 '상대적 자율성'을 지닌 문화체계의 일부인 것이다. 다음으로 이 논문은 정치체계, 경제체계, 문화체계와 과학기술체계 간의 긴장관계에 대해 검토하였다. 특히 현대사회에서 정치와 경제체계에 의해 문화체계가 식민화되는 과정에서 과학기술체계의 도구적 합리성의 왜곡에 의해서 야기된 기술지배의 부정적 결과들에 대해 검토하고, 이를 극복하기 위해서는 도구적 합리성이 사회적 합리성과 의사소통합리성 등에 의해 균형을 이루어야 함을 지적하였다. 끝으로 이 논문에서는 정치, 경제, 문화 및 시민사회 각각의 '과학문화'의 특성과 그와 같은 과학적 부분문화(scientific subcultures)들 간의 역동적인 관계와 사회과정을 통해 '인간화되고 민주적인 과학문화'가 형성될 수 있는 가능성에 대해 논의하였다.

Assessing the Success of Knowledge Management Technology Implementation as a Function of Organizational Culture Orientations

  • The purpose of this research is to explore the possible relationship between the successful implementation of knowledge management technology and specific organizational culture orientations. Data used to test hypothesis derived for this research were obtained from 227 responders from the Organizational Culture Profile (OCP) survey instruments and 67 responders from the Knowledge Management Technology Profile (KMTP) survey instruments representing 26 separate organizations. The OCP provides a profile of an organization's culture orientation while the KMTP provides a profile of the organization's degree of the KM technology implementation success. The results of this research suggests that employees of organization which are more successful in implementing KM technology have identified organizational culture that embodies a healthy mixture of both production-oriented and people-oriented attributes indicative of the [9,9] culture orientation.

  • 본 논문은 많은 기업들이 지식 공유를 위하여 성공적인 지식경영 시스템 도입을 추진하는 과정에서 조직문화 요소와 관계에 대한 연구를 목적으로 한다. 최근논문에서 언급된바와 같이 기업이 지식경영 시스템을 도입하는데 많은 문제점이 발견되고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 발견된 문제점 중 조직문화 요소에 대한 연구가 미흡하여 성공적인 지식경영 시스템 구현을 위한 장애가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 특정한 조직문화 요소가 지식경영 시스템 구현에 미치는 관계를 살펴보기 위해 OCP와 KMTP tool을 사용하여 26개의 미국 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 한 결과를 기반으로 성공적인 지식경영 시스템 구현에 관계가 있는 기업 조직문화 요소를 연구 조사하였다.

A Study on the Organizational Culture of OPPO

  • The Internet industry is developing at a high speed and entering the stage of convergence of everything, in which mobile devices are a key part, and smartphone manufacturing enterprises are developing rapidly in this environment. As one of the smartphone manufacturing enterprises that have dominated the Chinese smartphone market for many years, OPPO enterprise has developed rapidly and occupied a large share of the smartphone market. As a globally renowned technology company, its unique organizational culture is behind its success. In this study, through the analysis of OPPO's information and related literature, we found that OPPO's organizational culture has the characteristics of emphasizing teamwork, focusing on innovation, and advocating customer first. This organizational culture not only enhances employees' sense of belonging, but also promotes the company's long-term development. This study is not only important for understanding OPPO's success, but also for other companies to construct and optimize their organizational culture.

부유망식과 수하식 양성방법에 따른 참굴(Crassostrea gigas)의 영양상태 (Evaluation of Nutrients during Rack and Bag Culture or Suspended Culture of Pacific Oyster Crassostrea gigas)

  • The mineral contents, and free amino acid, and fatty acid composition of rack and bag or suspended cultured oysters Crassostrea gigas were compared. The moisture content did not change much from 82.8% to 86.3% in the different culture methods. The glycogen level was low 4.7% during rack and bag culture but high 7.2% during suspended culture. The sodium level was the highest during suspended culture, while copper and zinc level were highest during rack and bag culture. The taurine level was 1,385-1,375 mg/100 g in oyster cultured using the rack and bag method, but that in the market sample was lowest at 1,015.8 mg/100 g. Hydroxyproline, glutamic acid, proline, glycine, and alanine were detected at high levels in the experimental oysters. The polyunsaturated fatty acid content was similar among samples. The docosahexaenoic acid level was 14% with rack and bag culture and 12% with suspended culture, whereas the eicosapentaenoic acid level was 15% with rack and bag culture and 20% with suspended culture. The atherogenic index (AI), thrombogenicity index (TI), and hypocholesterolemic/ hypercholesterolemic (h/H) ratio were important factors in the nutritional evaluation. The AI and TI values were 0.5-0.2, and the h/H ratio were 2.0 and 2.4 with the rack and bag and suspended culture, respectively.

  • Information culture is a concept with multiple and sometimes conflicting definitions. Nevertheless at a time when social and cognitive aspects of information and communication systems are recognized as being of similar significance as the technological functionality, the concept of information culture is demonstrating considerable value. This paper explains the concept of information culture and considers its value from two main perspectives: firstly as providing an analytical tool, and secondly as a means of providing practitioners with insight and sensitivity to the organisational contexts of their workplaces.

The Role of Technology, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction in Improving Employee Performance during the Covid-19 Pandemic

  • In the current Covid-19 pandemic, technology's role is important; with technology, all activities can carry on. This study explains that technology, organizational culture, and job satisfaction at rural banks in Bali can be a motivation for improving performance, especially during a pandemic. A questionnaire is distributed online using Google Form to a total of 350 employees; the data is collected from a sample of employees from rural banks in Denpasar, Bali. Respondents had to meet the following criteria: a minimum work period of one year and a minimum high school education or equivalent. With these criteria, 100 samples were obtained. The dependent variable is employee performance; the independent variables are organizational culture, technology, and job satisfaction; the intervening variable is work motivation. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling with a variance-based or component-based approach with Partial Least Square. The study results show that organizational culture, job satisfaction, and technology provide motivation and have a significant positive effect on employee performance. However, organizational culture does not have a positive or direct impact on employee performance. The study results can be used as a basis for designing business strategies to improve employee performance in a competitive environment to advance the credibility of a bank.
