Various contexts are involved in the processes of science learning and instruction. In the perspective that the results of science learning and instruction usually depend on the nature of learning task content and context, content effects or context effects have been researched up to now. But, the discrimination between them was very ambiguous. For the clarity of them, it was supposed that science content would be composed of decontextualized knowledges and contexts, which were respectively dichotomized in common and special ones among disciplines of science. Science learning and instruction was discussed in view of interactions between cognitive, learning task, and social-cultural contexts. Especially, it was emphasized that task contexts, as a bridging role among contexts should be constructed considering cognitive and social cultural contexts.

AI technology is spreading not only to industrial fields, but also to culture, art, and content fields. In this paper, we proposed a system based on AI technology that can automate the process of reproducing contents using characters for movie contents. After creating the basic appearance of the character by using the StyleGAN2 model from the video extracted from the movie contents, analyzing the character's personality and propensity using the extracted dialogue data, it was determined from the contemplative appearance based on the yin-yang and five elements to the character's propensity. Accordingly, the external characteristics are reflected in the character. Using the OpenPose model, a character's motion is created, and the finally generated data is integrated to reproduce the content. It is expected that many movie contents can be reproduced through the study of the proposed system.

In this study, in line with the era of the fourth industrial revolution, general concepts, technologies, trends, and examples of virtual reality and augmented reality were examined, and based on this, a plan that could be applied to libraries in the future was proposed. As a result of the study, first, it is necessary to construct a smart space as an experiential play space that can satisfy cultural desires transcending time and space by providing immersive contents using 4th technology such as VR and AR. Second, it is necessary to expand experiential cultural support services through VR, AR and MR. Third, to develop educational contents based on augmented reality technology. In order to apply and activate virtual reality and augmented reality in libraries in the future, based on a survey of librarians and users of public libraries, a survey on the application status, satisfaction, and demand of current public libraries should be conducted.

Objectives : The study aims at assessing information on cultural festivals of Korean medicine. Method : We investigated data about the National Festival collected from asking the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Efestival of YonhapNews, Driving Korea of KBS and JOINS. Result : Since the 1990s, cultural festivals of Korean medicine are increased. The festival of the ginseng was the most. 5 cultural festivals held on The Chungcheongnam-do are the best in cultural festivals of Korean medicine. 65% of cultural festivals was held in the fall. In the budget of the cultural festivals in Korean medicine, the most were 1~5 hundred million won. Conclusions : We wish to propose a model for developing cultural semiology and visual literacy, with the Korean medicine. Subsequently, it is expected that such a model can underpin the importance of developing coherent edutainment content while illustrating the true meaning/value of local festivals.

This study aims to improve art-related cultural programs led by public libraries. Thus, after conducting a literature review about art-related cultural programs of public libraries and investigating art-related cultural programs of foreign public library cases, this study carried out a survey on managers and users in art-related cultural programs of Korean public libraries. These results, based on which this study proposed guidance for operation improvement art-related cultural programs of Korean public libraries while dividing them into operation factors and content factors. It is expected that the result of this study will be used to plan and operate art-related cultural programs for public libraries in the future.

This study investigated the role of fashion granfluencers as cultural intermediaries in the present digital era. The concept of fashion granfluencer as cultural intermediaries and their fashion style characteristics were defined and examined. The literature on cultural intermediaries, social media, and seniors in the context of fashion was reviewed. Primarily, three characteristics of cultural intermediaries-interactive communication, nonconformist attitude, and aesthetic disposition-were identified and used as analytical variables in this study. Through netnography, 1,452 Instagram posts from the renowned fashion granfluencer Iris Apfel (@iris.apfel) were examined. This study presented Iris as a fashion granfluencer and a senior professional, who uses fashion to express herself and define her identity. As a cultural mediator, she contributes to revitalizing the cultural economy and creating cultural products. Iris Apfel' fashion and style embody her digital persona. Her engagement in fashion activities-producing fashion content or attending fashion events-mediates the relationship between fashion producers and fashion consumers, thereby promoting the aesthetic value of fashion.

The article concerns the cultural diversity as a policy value for the cultural industry policy in Korea. in the evolution of the cultural industry policy since the end of the 1990s, the primary values of the public policy has focused on the establishment of the cultural identity and the improvement of the competitiveness of the cultural industries. It Is likely that cultural diversify has been considered as a defensive value against the cultural globalization. Meanwhile, as the UNESCO indicates, the improvement of the cultural diversify should be established as a key policy value in terms of the cultural rights, cultural welfare and social inclusion. In this respect, the article analyzes the policy values of the cultural industry policy in terms of the cultural diversity. In addition, the policy alternatives for the improvement of the cultural diversity will be recommended. In particular, the article studies the case on the comic industry policy.

This paper examines the meaning of Pyeongsari, the main stage of the novel 'Toji (Land )' and the original experience space engraved in the lives of the characters and suggests the direction of Pyeongsari as a 'Toji (Land )' content platform. Pyeongsa-ri, an imaginary space in the novel, starts from the background of the original work and turns into a representative tourist space for Ha Dong-gun. However, it is necessary to provide cultural experience-type contents that visitors can experience in person. In the original work, Pyeongsari is an ideal community and a symbol of the Korean modern history of suffering and pioneering. Therefore, taking advantage of this meaning, it is necessary to prepare a cultural experience space that shows Confucian culture, women's labor culture, and shamanic culture to draw on visitors' experiences. In addition, the app should be developed in connection with transformed works that have been the driving force behind the reorganization of Pyeongsari, and education and experience spaces using augmented reality are provided on the web. This interaction between digital and reality makes the meaning of the original or transformed works contemporaneous, while contributing to the visitor's own experience. In addition, through this, Pyeongsari can evolve into a cultural experience content platform that reflects the meaning of Korean culture and life. This paper is significant in that it suggests the direction of Pyeongsari's space planning for the 'geography of meaningful places'. In addition, while showing how the imaginary space of the original literary work has reorganized the space of reality, there are implications for the media content of the literary work and the terrain of the culture and arts industry.

The varietal variations of protein and amylose content of rice grown at field and green house were studied. The protein content was negatively correlated with growth duration, and the amylose content was positively correlated with heading date. The environmental variation of the amylose content by cultural season and year was greater in the low amylose varieties than in the high amylose one.

The purpose of this study was to select words with "shared cultural charge" that are unique in French culture and to study cultural content hidden in these words. It also explores the cultural phenomenon of same French borrowed words used in the Korean language. The study was conducted from two perspectives: perspective of internal French culture defined by Galisson and inter-cultural perspective. The first section of this study introduces the theory "lexiculture" and definition of the words "shared cultural charge." In the following section, among main items of 795 borrowed words in the Korean language, we examined seven words in areas such as clothing, food, and housing. We studied content of the French culture according to the following three categories: (1) dictionary definition, (2) cultural phenomena, (3) special phenomenon in idiomatic expression. Our study illustrated a special connotation beyond the dictionary definition of words. In the next section, we examined the birth of a new cultural phenomenon and process of acquiring a new meaning in the Korean language. Finally, we analyzed differences and similarities between linguistic and cultural elements in both cultures. In this study, we provide basic data for inter-cultural education between France and Korea.
