본 연구에서는 시큐리티 요원의 복리후생이 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울 및 경기지역 내에 위치한 시큐리티 관련 회사에 재직중인 288명 시큐리티 요원들에게 복리후생, 조직몰입, 직무만족의 척도를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0의 하위 프로그램인 기술통계, 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 변량분석, 상관분석, 공변량 분석을 이용하였으며 이에 대한 분석결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 개인적 특성에 따라 시큐리티 요원들의 복리후생, 조직몰입, 직무만족에 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 시큐리티 요원들의 복리후생(문화지원, 시설지원, 경제지원, 생활지원)은 조직몰입에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 시큐리티 직원의 조직몰입 증가는 복리후생이 중요한 요인으로 작용될 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다. 셋째, 시큐리티 요원들의 복리후생(문화지원, 시설지원, 경제지원, 생활지원)은 직무만족에 정적(+)인 영향을 보여 직무만족을 높이는데 복리후생을 만족하게 하는 것이 하나의 방안이라는 결론을 얻었다.

It has been repeatedly reported that the quality and quantity of relationships with other people moderate responses to stress and influence health and adjustment. This evidence has stimulated research on the characteristics of social support. In this review, the definition of social support for parents will be discussed. This study also will connect the concept of social support with family theories such as the human ecology theory and the developmental contextualism. The findings from previous studies will be summarized to examine the effects of social support on parenting and to understand the social support within a cultural context.

본 연구는 2013년 지방자치단체의 문화예산과 각 지자체에서 민간부문에 의해 이루어지는 문화활동이 주민 행복도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 연구다. 주민 행복도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 '문화'를 선택한 것은 도시가 성장하면서 행복을 설명하는 다양한 요소들이 있지만 문화와의 관계를 살펴본 연구는 상대적으로 많지 않기 때문이며, 주로 문화예산과 행복도 간 관계, 문화 향유와 행복도 간 관계를 중심으로 연구가 이루어지고 있어 문화예산과 문화활동 모두를 포함하여 살펴본 연구는 전무하기 때문이다. 실증분석결과, 문화예산은 주민 행복에 양(+)의 방향으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 문화활동은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 문화정책 입안자들로 하여금 문화재정을 늘리는 데 정당성을 부여할 수 있다. 문화활동이 유의미하지 않게 나온 이유는 접근성, 질적 수준, 주민들의 문화수요와의 부적합성 등 다양한 관점에서 생각해 볼 수 있으며, 이에 따라 여러 가지 정책적 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

The purposes of this study were to review developmental stages of acculturation, to establish dimensions and components of intercultural communicative competence, and to suggest teaching methods in the elementary school based on the dimensions and the components of the stages. In order to achieve these purposes, theoretical research on the nature of intercultural communicative competence and teaching methods of intercultural dimensions and components was carried out in terms of developmental stages of acculturation. The stages of acculturation have relation to cognitive domain, affective domain, and cultural awareness. In the domain of cognitive development, the models such as Cummins (1981), Wong-Fillmore (1983), and Ausubel (1968) were presented. In the affective domain of second language research, the models of Gardener and Lambert (1972), Maslow (1954), and Bloom (1974) were argued. Modifying the models of Ausubel, Cummins, Wong-Fillmore, the dimensions and components of intercultural communicative competence were established. In addition, it was suggested that cultural syllabus and lesson plan based on tourist and survivor stage should be considered.

최근 민족적 사회문화적 배경이 다른 다문화가정의 사회통합을 위한 교육적, 사회복지적 측면의 다양한 방안들이 제시되고 있다. 본 연구는 다문화 가정의 유아 정보 리터러시 교육을 위한 교육과정 모델을 제시한다. 기존의 정보 리터러시 기준을 분석하여 추출한 다섯 가지 핵심요소를 교육과정 모델의 기초자료로 사용함으로써 정보격차 해소의 측면을 고려하였고 제안된 교육과정 모델의 성격, 세부 목표, 교육내용, 교수학습방법과 평가방법 항목을 제시한다.

The principal objective of this study was to assess the dimensions and pattern types for the perception of Korean traditional food of Uzbeki-Koreans and to find the determinants of the pattern types, taking food cultural backgrounds into account. Data were collected from 634 Koreans living in Uzbekistan and were factor- and cluster-analyzed. The results revealed three different dimensions and pattern types. Descriptive statistics demonstrated that perceptional pattern types, i.e., tradition recognized patterns, traditional living patterns, traditional modernized patterns, are likely to vary depending on socio-demographic and cultural background of Korean traditional food in Uzbekistan. Similarities and differences in perceptional pattern types are discussed, and implications for food and nutrition specialists and food-marketers are provided.

The aim of this study is to provide readers with the development strategies in terms of the Ancient Capital Plan through its status analysis and field survey. In particular, This study is expected to contribute to establish reasonable policies and prepare with development strategies of ancient capital Buyeo. The followings are specific conclusions : Firstly, Ancient Capital Preservation Plan and boundaries of district designation should be reasonably adjusted. Secondly, The relevant Act Ancient Capital Preservation and Promotion should be revised corresponding to the present state. Thirdly, exclusive organization should be established and kept consistently to produce experts. Fourthly, strategies for revitalizing Historical and Cultural Environment are required for the future. Fifthly, it should be mentioned how Cultural heritage and people in region should co-exist. Therefore life benefit and welfare for the peoples should follow. Sixthly, the commercial environment and cultural tourism environment should be improved.

본 연구의 목적은 비판적 사회복지 이론을 이론적 도구로 하여 문화적 역량 개념에 대한 비판담론을 분석하는 것이다. 부연하자면 다문화사회의 사회복지사라면 당연히 갖추어야 할 것으로 간주되어 왔던 다문화 역량 개념에 대한 비판담론들이 주장하는 내용을 명확히 하고 그 타당성을 체계적으로 평가한다. 본 연구에서는 다문화역량에 대한 비판담론들이 급진적 비판 사회복지이론, 특히 푸코와 데리다에 의해 크게 영향을 받은 포스트모던 계열의 비판사회복지이론에 지적 기초를 두고 있음을 밝힌다. 비판담론들은 인식론적 측면에서 문화적 역량의 지식적 토대의 근거와 정당성을 문제시하는 동시에, 윤리적 측면에서는 문화적 사회복지실천이 가진 억압과 통제를 지적한다. 그 결과 문화적 역량이 별도의 실체로서 간주될 수 있는 것으로 보기 보다는 일반사회복지의 한 가지 태도로 간주하려 한다. 그러나 문화적 역량에 대한 비판담론들이 포스트모더니즘에 근거하고 있는 이상 이들이 가진 사회철학적 한계 역시 분명하다. 이들 담론들은 사실과 규범에 대한 인식적 구별을 하지 않으며, 전문직 관계의 억압을 과도하게 철폐하는 과정에서 도덕적 상대주의나 급진적 자유주의로 흐를 수 있고, 클라이언트와 사회복지사와의 권력적 제휴나 연합의 가능성을 원천적으로 차단하는 등의 실천적 한계를 노정하고 있다.

본 연구는 여성 결혼이민자의 한국문화에 관한 적응과정과 스트레스 경험이 무엇인지를 알아보고 그에 대처하는 삶의 경험과 의미를 탐색하기 위한 질적연구이다. 참여자는 인천시 ◯◯구에 소재하는 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터를 이용하는 결혼생활 5년 이상된 여성 결혼이민자 5명을 대상으로 개별 심층인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. Braun & Clarke의 주제 분석기법 6단계를 활용하여 중점주제 3개, 하위주제 13개가 도출되었다. 연구 결과 첫째, 여성 결혼이민자가 한국생활에서 경험한 문화차이(일상생활문화, 전통성, 가족관계) 둘째, 여성 결혼이민자의 경험한 문화적응과정(어려움과 두려움-문화차이 이해-극복노력) 셋째, 여성 결혼이민자의 경험을 통한 문화적응이란 모국과 한국문화에서의 생활방식 차이를 알고 한국 사람들과 함께 생활하려는 방법을 스스로 찾아 실천함으로써 한국의 생활방식이 자연스럽고 익숙해짐으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 기반으로 여성 결혼이민자의 성공적인 문화적응을 위한 실천적 개입방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 다문화 사회복지 실무자가 다문화적 배경의 클라이언트와 효과적으로 일하기 위해 갖추어야 하는 문화적 역량의 구성개념을 탐색하고 이에 따른 척도를 개발, 타당화하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 먼저, 척도 개발을 위해 외국의 문화적 역량 관련 척도 분석과 다문화 사회복지 실무자 8명을 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 40개의 예비문항을 구성하였다. 이에 대해 사회복지 전문가 20명에게 2회에 걸친 예비조사 및 전문가회의를 실시하여 최종적으로 32개 예비문항을 확정하였다. 척도의 타당화를 위해 개발된 예비문항을 전국의 다문화 사회복지 실무자 194명을 대상으로 평가하였다. 요인분석을 통해 문화적 역량을 구성하는 요인의 수는 4개가 가장 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 요인 1은 '다문화적 실천기술', 요인 2는 '문화적 인식 및 민감성', 요인 3은 '다문화 지식', 요인 4는 '문화차이 극복노력'으로 명명하였고, 이는 관련 선행연구들 및 척도 개발과정에서 밝힌 문화적 역량의 개념화 논의와 부합되었다. 확인적 요인분석을 한 결과 모형적합도가 우수하였고, 유사 개념 척도 간의 수렴타당도가 적절하게 나타났다. 또한, 4개 요인의 Cronbach's alpha값, 반분신뢰도 및 측정의 표준오차 분석 결과 신뢰도 또한 양호하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 사회복지적 함의를 논하였다.
