고용불안이 노조몰입, 이중몰입, 노사관계행동지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect Of Job Insecurity To The Union Commitment, Dual Commitment and The Union-Related Orientation)

  • 본 연구는 고용불안이 종업원의 노조태도와 노사관계관련행동에 미치는 영향력과 노조몰입의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 부산, 울산, 경남, 포항지역의 제조업 및 서비스업의 노동조합에 소속된 조합원 236명을 대상으로 진행되었다. 문헌연구를 통해 연구를 설계하였고, 선행연구를 바탕으로 고용불안이 노조몰입과 노조참가행동 그리고 투쟁행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 고용불안은 노조몰입과 노조참가행동과 투쟁행동의 선행요인임을 밝힐 수 있었고, 종업원의 노조몰입은 고용불안이 종업원의 노사관계행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 실증분석결과 확인되었다. 그리고 추가적으로 실시한 고용불안과 이중몰입의 관계는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 고용불안이 노조몰입은 높이고 회사몰입은 낮춘 결과로 해석할 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 경영자는 종업원의 고용불안을 줄여야 한다는 시사점과 노조몰입에 대한 관리를 통해 종업원의 노사관계행동을 감소시키는 노력을 해야 한다는 관리적 시사점을 제공할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 연구표본의 한계와 설문지법을 통한 실증분석이 가질 수 있는 한계점이 있음을 인정하며, 향후 연구에서는 다양한 샘플을 통한 일반화의 노력과 다양한 방법론을 통한 보다 엄밀한 분석을 할 필요가 있음을 제시하였다.

다문화가정 결혼이주여성의 건강관련 삶의 질 예측모형 (Prediction Model for Health Related to Quality of Life of Married Immigrant Women in Multicultural Families)

  • 본 연구는 다문화가정 결혼이주여성의 건강관련 삶의 질을 설명하는 요인을 규명하고, 각 요인들의 영향력을 파악하여 구조모형을 개발해 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 2013년 7월 1일부터 2014년 2월 28일까지 한국거주 1년 이상인 다문화가정 결혼이주여성 254명을 대상으로 하였다. 가설적 모형은 Pender의 건강증진모형을 바탕으로 건강관련 삶의 질을 내생 변수로 구성하여 구축하였다. 수정된 모형의 적합 결과는 ${\chi}^2=112$(p<.001), RMSEA=0.069, GFI=0.937, NFI=0.910, CFI=0.948 였다. 수정 모형의 검정결과 지각된 유익성, 지각된 장애성, 자아존중감, 지각된 건강상태가 건강관련 삶의 질을 55.2% 설명했으며 지각된 건강상태, 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 문화적응도가 건강증진행위를 29.3% 설명하였다. 다문화가정 결혼이주여성의 건강관련 삶의 질의 영향 요인은 자아존중감(${\beta}=.35$), 지각된 건강상태(${\beta}=.20$), 지각된 장애성(${\beta}=-.26$), 지각된 유익성(${\beta}=.21$) 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 다문화가정 결혼이주여성의 건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 요인들의 효과를 확인 했다는 점에서 의미가 있으며, 향후 본 연구결과를 토대로 결혼이주여성에게 제공되는 건강 정책에서 전략 개발의 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

부산.경남 지역 대학생의 향토음식에 대한 의식 및 중요도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the University Students' Attitude and Importance of Native Local Foods in Busan and Gyeongnam Areas)

  • 부산 경남지역에 거주하는 대학생들을 대상으로 향토음식에 대한 의식 및 중요도를 연구함으로써 향토음식에 대한 이해와 관심을 가지는 계기를 마련하고, 계승발전 및 대중화에 대한 방안 모색과 향후 효과적인 발전방향을 제시하기 위해 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 향토음식에 대한 대학생들의 의식을 조사하기 위해 인구통계학적 특성 중 성별, 연령, 학과, 거주연한의 특성에 따른 교차분석을 실시한 결과 향토음식에 대해 38.5%가 관심을 가져 본 적이 있다고 하였고, 향토음식에 대해 관심을 가지게 된 계기는 매스컴이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 향토음식을 먹는 장소는 '향토음식 전문점'이 가장 높게 나타났다. 향토음식의 계승발전을 위해 중점을 두어야 할 부문에 대해서는 '대중 홍보'가 가장 높게 나타났고, 향토음식의 대중화를 위해 가장 필요한 것은 '다양한 문화적인 행사의 개최 및 홍보'가 가장 높게 조사되었으며, 향토음식의 대중화를 위한 중요도에 대해서는 '홍보 및 마케팅이 대중화를 위해 가장 중요한 것으로 조사되었다. 인구통계학적인 특성에 따른 향토음식의 중요도를 분석한 결과 성별, 연령, 부산 경남 거주연한에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

일개 기업의 40년 소음으로 인한 청력 손실 예방 활동을 통해 본 청력보존문화의 변화 단계 (Safety and Health Culture Change Stages: A Reflection on 40 years of Hearing Conservation History at a Multinational Company)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate stages of safety and health culture change through a reflection on 40 years of hearing conservation history at a multinational company. Methods: The target workplaces were multinational companies with more than 1,000 employees. The research used the clinical case study and system analysis methods based on direct observation of the research from 1994 to 2009. The latter method performed an analysis of the equilibrium state of the cross-section in the given period and the longitudinal profile of the change during the given period. Results: The stages of cultural change are divided into five stages and summarized as follows. In the first stage, workplace noise was not widely recognized as a hazard, while in the second stage, the measurement of noise levels and audiometric testing were conducted under the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act (KOSHA). The driving force for change in the second stage was the amendment of the KOSHA. In the third stage, noise came to be recognized as a hazard factor through awareness training. The driving force of change during the third stage was the strong executive power exerted by the audit of the industrial hygiene program from the US head office. In the fourth step, there was a change to actually reduce noise. The driving force in this stage was a change in company executives' risk perception resulting from lawsuits over noise-induced hearing loss and the task force team activities for culture change based on the action learning protocol. At the fifth stage, a 'buy quiet policy' was institutionalized. The management's experience that noise reduction was difficult was the motivation to manage noise from the time of purchase of equipment. Conclusions: The activities of a hearing conservation program are determined by the improvement of the legal system and by the way it is enforced. Noise control activities to reduce noise areas may be possible through the shared risk perception of noise-induced hearing loss and by a change agent role as a facilitator to implement noise control.

공연예술 수요개발 촉진을 위한 포지셔닝(Positioning) 전략 제안 (The Study For a New Positioning Strategy For the Performance Arts)

  • 본 연구에서는 공연예술 수요 촉진을 목적으로 "공연예술재화의 소비 혜택과 가치에 대한 새로운 포지셔닝 전략"을 제안한다. 공연예술 소비를 통해 경험하고 즐기고 싶은 "향수(享受)욕구(Wants)"에 집중하는 기존 포지셔닝과 달리 새로운 포지셔닝은 "잠재 소비자들의 최대 공통 관심사인 건강문제 및 자녀교육과 관련된 실용적 욕구(Utilitarian/Should need)"충족에 초점을 맞춘다. 사치재와 기호품으로 여겨진 공연예술 재화에 대해 잠재 소비자들은 이미 실용적 욕구충족을 기대하고 있으며 기존 연구를 통해 공연예술 관람의"교육 및 치료 효과"가 있음이 밝혀졌기에 실용적 가치에 대한 포지셔닝 전략의 성공 가능성은 높다. 또한 사치재의 성격이 강한 공연예술은 낭비 인식과 죄책감으로 소비회피의 가능성이 높지만 실용적 욕구를 만족시키는"실용적 가치의 포지셔닝"은 낭비인식과 죄책감을 줄여주며 소비의 정당화가 용이하다는 소비 정당성 측면에서도 "향수적 가치의 포지셔닝" 대비 우월한 수요개발 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 새로운 포지셔닝 전략은 교육, 가격장벽 완화, 문화복지 실현과 같은 기존 수요개발 전략의 고유효과를 유지하면서 수요개발 효과 측면의 한계점을 개선하는 보완전략으로 본 전략의 성공을 위해서는 공연예술 마케팅 정책 관련자들의 공연예술 재화의 소비가치에 대한 관점의 혁신적 변화와 함께 과감한 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 투자가 필요하다.

  • HSDPA(高速下行分组接入)是在第三代的W-CDMA技术基础上的3.5代移动通信异步服务. 在韩国, 它主要是通过提供可视电话服务. 由于更强大和多元化的服务扩散, 随着移动通信技术迅速的进步, 消费者需要更多的选择. 然而, 由于各种技术, 不论消费者偏好往往会溢出市场, 消费者感到越来越迷惑. 因此, 我们不应该采取只注重发展假设是下一代新技术项目的战略相反, 我们应该了解消费者接受新的形式和技术的过程, 通过制定战略, 使开发人员能够理解并提供消费者真正想要的, 从而降低进入市场的障碍. 在技术接受模型(TAM)中, 感知到的有用性和使用的简单性被认为是影响人们接受新技术的态度的最重要因素(Davis, 1989; Taylor and Todd, 1995; Venkatesh, 2000; Lee et al., 2004). 感知到的有用性是一个人相信某种特定的技术能提高他或她工作绩效的程度. 感知易用性是主观认为使用某种特定技术不需要太多体力和精力的付出的程度(Davis, 1989; Morris and Dillon, 1997; Venkatesh, 2000). 感知的愉悦性和感知的有用性已经被清楚的证明对接受技术的态度有影响(Davis et al., 1992). 比如, 网上购物的愉悦性已经表现出对消费者对网上商家的态度有积极的影响(Eighmey and McCord, 1998; Mathwick, 2002; Jarvenpaa and Todd, 1997). 消费者的感知风险是一种主观风险. 这种风险和客观可能的风险是有显著区别的. 感知风险包括心理上的风险, 这是当消费者为某一特定物品而选择品牌, 商店和购买方式时所感知到的. 企业革新产品的能力取决于有效的获得有关新产品的知识(Bierly and Chakrabarti, 1996; Rothwell and Dodgson, 1991). 知识获取是公司感知外界新事物和技术的价值的能力(Cohen and Levinthal, 1990); 是公司评估外界最新的技术的能力(Arora and Gambaradella, 1994); 是公司正确预测这项科技对未来革新的能力(Cohen and Levinthal, 1990). 消费者创新是一种在社会体系中比其他人更早接受创新的程度(Lee, Ahn, and Ha, 2001; Gatignon and Robertson, 1985). 也就是说, 它显示了消费者如何快速、方便地接受新的思路. 创新被认为是重要的, 因为它对消费者是否接受新产品和他们多快接受新产品有显著的影响(Midgley and Dowling, 1978; Foxall, 1988; Hirschman, 1980). 我们用技术接受模型来进行跨国家的研究比较, 此模型实证验证了影响态度的因素-感知有用性, 易用性, 感知愉悦, 感知风险, 创新和感知的知识管理水平-和对HSDPA服务的态度之间的关系. 我们为HSDPA服务提供商开发更有效的管理方法还验证了态度和使用意图之间的关系. 在本研究中, 我们在韩国350名学生中分发了346份问卷调查. 由于其中26份收回的问卷时不完整的或者有缺失数据, 所以在假设检验时320份问卷被使用. 在英国, 200份问卷收回了192份, 舍弃了两份不完整的之后, 总共有190份问卷用于统计分析中. 整体模型的分析结果如下: 韩国, x2=333.27(p=0.0), NFI=0.88, NNFI=0.88, CFI=0.91, IFI=0.91, RMR=0.054, GFI=0.90, AGFI=0.84; 英国, x2=176.57(p=0.0), NFI=0.88, NNFI=0.90, CFI=0.93, IFI=0.93, RMR=0.062, GFI=0.90, AGFI=0.84. 在韩国消费者中, 从有关影响HSDPA服务的使用意图和态度之间的关系的假设检验的结果中, 感知的有用性, 易用性, 乐趣, 知识管理的高水平和促进创新对HSDPA移动手机的态度有积极的影响. 然后, 易用性和感知的乐趣对HSDPA服务的使用意图没有直接的影响. 这可能是因为在日常生活中使用视频电话还不是必需的这一现实. 而且消费者对HSDPA视频电话的态度和使用意图有直接的关系, 这些态度包括感知的有用性, 易用性, 乐趣, 知识管理的高水平和创新. 这些关系构成了购买意图的基础, 并造成消费者决定谨慎购买的情况. 对欧洲消费者的假设检验结果揭示了感知的有用性, 乐趣, 风险和知识管理水平是影响态度形成的因素, 而易用性和创新则对态度没有影响. 特别是效果价值和感知有用性, 在快乐和知识管理之后对态度有最大的影响. 相反, 认为感知风险对态度影响较小. 在亚洲模型中易用性和感知的乐趣没有发现对使用意图有直接影响. 然而, 因为态度广泛的影响使用意图, 感知有用性, 乐趣, 风险和知识管理可被视为从使用意图中的态度发展的关键因素. 总之, 感知的有用性, 愉悦和知识管理水平在亚洲和欧洲消费者中对态度形成都有影响, 这些梯度形成了消费者的使用意图. 而且, 易用性和感知的乐趣对使用意图的假设被拒绝. 然而, 易用性, 感知风险和创新有不同的结果. 在亚洲消费者中, 感知风险对态度形成没有影响, 而在欧洲消费者中, 易用性和创新对态度都没有影响.

A Study on the Brand Characteristics According to Trends in the Children's Apparel Market

  • Despite the decrease in the number of children due to low birth rate, the domestic children's apparel market has been achieving steady growth as family income is rising thanks to more opportunities for working women, parents spend more on their children, and they prefer brand products that make their children look special. In addition, the market is suffering from hard competition as large enterprises have joined the race. The present study purposed to survey the children's apparel market in Korea, which is in a transitional period, and to contribute to the development of the market with Korean brands. For this purpose, we analyzed the characteristics of children's apparel brands in the 21st century based on the current state of the domestic children's apparel market and, based on the findings, forecasted the future trend of children's apparel brands, suggested improvements for expected problems, proposed standards for coping with changes such as diversification, high quality and differentiation in the children's apparel market, and provided consumers with information on how to purchase products. According to the result of analyzing the characteristics of children's apparel brands in the 21st century, brands are categorized largely into four types - life cultural brands, functional product brands, character brands and brands advancing to China. Life cultural brands equipped with all necessities for children are expanding, and with the deepening social problems of environmental pollution and the reduction of the child population, functional products made of environment-friendly materials are spreading widely, targeting infants and children. Furthermore, for extending age targets and diversifying products, children's apparel is using characters. The use of characters is expected to have a considerable effect on the growth of brands because children are more subjective as consumers than before and they are more easily persuaded with characters. Domestic children's apparel brands advancing to China have a high expectation of success in overcoming the limitation of the local market that has reached its peak and growing into global brands. Korean apparel makers are struggling to overcome the depressed domestic market, to recover consumers' consumption, to cope with market opening, to pursue high value of sensibility and to expand the seniors' market, etc. In this situation, future trends of children's apparel brands will be the expansion of family brands, brand totalization, quality price, niche market (pre-teen market), etc. In response to these trends, we made the following suggestions for improvement. 1. Children's apparel brands are evolving into family brands as well as into total brands through voluming. Today, however, apparel makers are advancing to the children's apparel market with the concept of adults' apparel and, as a result, children's apparel is merely adults' apparel of reduced size, having problems in design, color and materials. Thus, apparel makers must develop design considering the wide range of size and the characteristics of children's apparel, strengthen sourcing abilities to create revenues, and make thorough survey of customers to find common denominators between adults' apparel and children's apparel considering that characteristic that the target class is different from the buyer class. Furthermore, they must make active investments in human resources, develop outstanding products through advanced planning and design, and support marketing techniques and management systems to stores. 2. As the declining birth rate will continue to have a negative effect on the market, it may be difficult to expand the market size but there is still a margin for growth through high-sensibility and high-quality products. The competitiveness of brands is determined by their market shares. Accordingly, concepts should be specialized according to lifestyle, customers' diverse needs should be satisfied, and cross-coordination should be achieved within a brand. 3. Considering Korean parents who do not spare investment in their children despite shrinking consumption, functional products must be high value-added goods that can enhance efficiency. However, in the current situation of the infants' apparel industry where a textile manufacturer supply its products to multiple brands, it is difficult to develop unique products only based on materials. Thus, it is considered urgent to appeal to consumers not by relying on materials only but by finding methods of applying their own characters to children's dress.

개원의의 대도시 개원 이유 : 대구시 개원의를 중심으로 (Medical Practitioners' Reasons for Practice in Great Gity(Taegu))

  • During the month of October, 1990, 676 practicing physicians in Taegu City were surveyed by mail questionnaires about their general characteristics and the reasons why they chose Taegu as a practice location and 331 out of them responded completely. Collected data were analyzed to provide basic reference data for future health manpower policy which intends to solve the problem of geographical maldistribution of physicians, The major findings are as follows: For the question asking why Taegu area is favored, following lists are as the order of their magnitude of the reasons replied by more than 20% of the respondents: 1) Taegu is a foundation of life until now(81.3%) 2) Better educational environments are available for their offsprings(73.7%) 3) They can have intimate relationship with acquaintances or friends sharing same or similar interests(61.0%) 4) Due to characteristics of their specialty, metropolitan seems to fit better(52.0%), 5) They graduated from the medical school in Taegu(49.8%) 6) Never thought of selecting practice location in other area than Taegu without any specific reasons(45.9%) 7) Intelligent communications are available with other physicians(39.9%) 8) More opportunities to participate in social life, such as medical, or alumni association etc., can be given(33.2%) 9) No specific knowledge or relationships with other area are available(32.6%) 10) They finished internship or residency training in Taegu area(31.4%) 11) Facilitation of transferring patients including emergent patients can be obtained (30.8%) 12) Continuing medical educational programs are available(29.9%) 13) Sufficient medical demands are provided because of the large population(28.1%) 14) More chances to be grown up as a medical professionals can be achieved(25.7%) 15) More leizure time can be utilized for cultural activities(23.9%) 16) They had experiences to work in hospitals or facilities in Taegu area(23.3%) 17) Medical facilities of fellow physicians or alumni can be used(20.5%) In addition, 37% of female physicians answered that their spouse strongly influenced them to choose Taegu, and 33.3% of physicians with age of thirty replied that parents did so. Physicians of specialty in radiology, clinical pathology, anatomical pathology, and anesthesiology considered that patients from other hospitals and medical facilities would be referred often to them and that less competition seemed to be expected in their specialty (30.8%). In contrast, general practitioners anticipated that larger population would increase the medical demand(62.5%). 28.6% of medical practitioners who graduated medical schools in other are than Taegu and 22.0% of medical practitioners who were trained in hospitals of other area than Taegu were influenced to choose Taegu by their spouses. In consideration of above findings, we may conclude that long term and rational manpower policies should be implemented to solve the problem of geographical maldistribution of physicians as well as short term physician-inducing policies, and they have to be incorporated with equitable community development.
