The purpose of this paper is to analyze the correlation analysis between the experienced crime victimization rate and the evaluation indicator of residents' safety of outdoor spaces from crime in multi-family housing. Additionally this paper intend to analyze the correlation analysis between the residents' satisfaction about safety and the evaluation indicator of residents' safety of outdoor spaces. For that purpose, 9 Multi-Family Housing located in the metropolitan area were selected to perform a survey against 349 residents during May 26-29, 2006. The SPSS program was used and the level of satisfaction ranged from 1 to 5. Scale of 5 being most satisfied while 1 being most dissatisfied. The results of this study are the followings; 1) Most occurred crime were auto theft and damages, poster matter theft, housebreaking. 2) The crime rate is higher in outdoor than in indoor. 3) This study proved the correlation between the residents' satisfaction about housing safety and most indicators except the number of households etc. 4) By the results of the correlation coefficient it makes clear that the number of apartment building, the visibility of Green Space, the location of pedestrian etc. have relation with the residents' satisfaction about housing safety.

Recently, our society is increasingly aware of the strengthening of 'publicness'. In particular, it is urgent to improve safety in that public spaces are used by an unspecified number of people. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to derive an indicators for evaluating crime safety in outdoor public spaces and to present the relative weights of each evaluation indicator. For this purpose, this study investigated the relative importance of crime safety evaluation indicators for outdoor public spaces to experts and conducted AHP analysis based on this. The result of this study is as follows. First, it was confirmed that similar tendency was observed among experts group (researcher, public officials, planner) related to outdoor public space. Therefore, the results of this study will be a certain reference point in the future social consensus on the issue. Second, the experts related to physical environment evaluation showed that the priority of environmental planning related to 'Natural surveillance' is highly evaluated in order to increase crime safety of outdoor public space. Next, it was recognized that 'Mechanical surveillance' and 'Legibility reinforcement' were needed.

공원은 도시에 활력을 주는 중요한 시설이나 관리의 부재시 우범지대로 전락할 수 있다. 최근 범죄예방 환경설계(CPTED: Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design)에 의한 다양한 효과가 입증됨에 따라 국토교통부는 공원 설계시 CPTED를 도입하는 '도시공원 및 녹지 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙'을 시행했다. 그러나 이를 공원에 적용하고 지속적인 유지관리를 하기 위한 체계가 정립되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 근린공원의 CPTED 평가를 위한 지표를 도출하고 전문가 검증을 통해 지표별로 가중치를 부여한다. 이후 이를 기준으로 부산시에 위치한 근린공원을 CPTED 도입정도에 따라 유형별로 나눠 각각의 안전성을 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 물리적 요소는 설계단계부터 CPTED가 도입된 공원의 점수가 현저히 높았고, 사회적 요소의 경우 각 공원별 특성에 따라 다른 결과들이 도출되었다.

최근 건축물이 대형화, 복합화되고 다양한 공법들이 시도되고 있다. 이에 건설장비 사용이 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 것은 물론, 그에 따른 안전사고도 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 고용노동부 산업재해현황 발표자료에 따르면 건설업 사망사고 중 건설장비로 인한 사망사고 비율이 2009년부터 지속적으로 증가해오고 있는 실정이다. 범죄·교통 등 타산업의 안전분야에서는 평가지표 개발 또는 위험 지수 개발의 요구가 있어 정량적인 지수를 개발하는 연구가 지속적으로 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 반면에 건설장비는 재해사례를 분석하여 개선대책을 도출하는 연구는 되고 있으나, 위험 지수와 관련된 연구는 부재한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사고사례를 기반으로 현장의 건설장비 위험 수준을 선행적으로 판단할 수 있는 정량적 지수를 개발하고, 현업에 활용 가능성도 확인해 보고자 한다.
