Buttons in general reflect the culture of the society, and their values depend on practicality, decorative feature, and symbolism. Their infinite potential enables us to attempt various original changes in formative factors such as forms, patterns, colors, materials and sizes. In addition new styles, methods, and techniques are tried to show that the decorative feature becomes stronger today than it did in the past when the function was more important. Now buttons are not only a factor of clothing but have value as composite art works reflecting the pride, idea and culture of a nation. Moreover consumers' interest in new designs increases everyday as the moderns' desire for unique individuality rises. Button designs of Korea, however, are still far behind in the aspects of materials, qualities, and methods, facilities, and scale of production. And uniform mass production prevails without the buttons of creative and artistic values made due to the lack of specialized designers. Therefore it seems necessary to carry out historial studies simultaneously with the rising interest in button designs now. Prior to developing new designs, the study will examine those of western buttons that are the origin, going through relevant literature and data to define the characteristics of each era and type. It may provide basic data for developing the backward button designs of Korea.

Storytelling contributes to easy flowing of cultural contents, and cultural original materials offer the creative subjects of cultural content. Now, in Korea, thanks to the Korean wave and etc, new kinds of cultural contents are requested and the demand for the original materials of storytelling has been increasing.A 5,000-year-old history, Korean traditional culture is the storage of the original materials of storytelling that can offer the creativity and the competitiveness, which are able to secure the national competitiveness. Particularly, there are different kinds of cultural archetype materials in the wedding ceremony and wedding costumes. This research, thus, is aimed at providing the subject materials for the cultural content development which are various and interesting by developing the original materials of storytelling on the wedding ceremony and wedding costumes during the Joseon dynasty. In the study for the wedding procedures in the late of Joseon Dynasty, the original sources within wedding ceremony created in the process where wedding customs in Joseon Dynasty and China were compromised are suggested. Further, in the research for the original sources on the wedding costumes associated the wedding ceremony, the original source of storytelling which are showed in a nation and an individual in the process where the wedding ceremony symbolizes the most important marriage one of the fomalities performed in one's life is suggested.

The practice of studying "黃帝內經" is one that is deeply rooted throughout Korean history. The main textbook used in educational institutions as early as the Era of the Three States, it was also actively examined. A doctor examination system was introduced in the Koryo dynasty, which reinforced "Internal Classic"'s status as an important subject of study. Following the nation-wide acceptance of Confucism, scholar-physicians came to be and this book was studied as an important scripture. By Chosun dynasty, the entire medical systems becomes centered around "Internal Classic. Internal Classic is not only included in medical examination manual written in the period of Sejong's rein but was cited in many medical texts published during this time span including Euibangyoochi, Hyngyakjipseongbang, and thus can bee seen as the conceptual basis of medicine. In late Chosun dynasty with the emergence of the Korean Traditional Medicine's scripture, The Treasured Mirror of Eastern Medicine, "Internal Classic" is spotlighted as a scripture of importance among medical families. Lee Kyu-Jun, a doctor of the Japanese occupation era, examined "Internal Classic" based on a theory called fuyang theory and produced a creative medical theory.

Every nation and every people has its own tradition and culture that have uniquely developed throughout history. In due course, such tradition and culture form a design DNA serving as the fountainhead of various creative activities. This paper is basically a general investigation on the traditional cultural legacy focused on the unique design DNA characteristic of the Korean culture. In particular, presenting the examples of innovation and creativity in the Korean traditional design, it attempts to analyze them from the perspective of following criteria: efficiency, purposefulness, aesthetics, and simplicity. The analysis confirms the fact that design is one of the important culture content resulted from its interaction with history and culture, which includes the influences of neighboring countries and cultures.

It is important that architecture environment is recognized not physical space but an cultural property of the times. Accordingly, the movement to achieve the creative architecture culture that is to establish the cultural identity of the nation, to preserve a physical architecture environment in existence to utilize it has been tried for the promotion of the architecture culture. Especially, it is necessary to be accomplished a basic education to the architecture environment that is related closely with the national life for improving such the consideration. And, It is necessary to develop the educational program, the study method and the related teaching material etc. and to establish systematic implement plan at the same time so that the correct basic architecture education may work out. This study considers the importance and the meaning of the basic architecture education and examines the related overseas cases aiming at developing and activating the systematized education program. On the basis of these, I will make the frame of the basic architecture education that best suits our society is needed and try to find policy measures, then I will establish a firm foothold for pushing ahead the basic architecture education from now on.

Background: The world has entered the age of biotechnology and artificial intelligence, and encouraging students to test the value of information and knowledge ie to become information fluent, is becoming more important. The education system is also changing in order to adapt to the times. As a part of this, the cultivation of creative talent is a core goal of many nation states, and Israel's Jewish education methods are attracting attention; havruta (or chavrusa) is one such method. This study aims to effects of havruta class on learning attitudes and class satisfaction in a class of college physical therapy students. Design: Pretest-posttest design. Methods: The subjects were 95 students in College A. The learning attitudes questionnaire were used by the Korea Educational Development Institute, and the class satisfaction questionnaire before and after intervention. Results: The results showed significant differences in learning habits about physical therapy of learning attitudes (p<.05) and class methods and contents attention and understanding (p<.05), class interest of class satisfaction (p<.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that havruta class improves learning attitudes and class satisfaction. Therefore, follow-up study is needed to apply the havruta class in various students and teaching methods.

Idaho National Laboratory (INL) announced at COP27 it would reach net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2031. As a Nuclear, Energy and Environment, and National Homeland Security laboratory, the predominant solution to closing the clean energy gap will include nuclear as a safe, clean, reliable and affordable electricity source with the additional benefit of producing heat and hydrogen to fuel INL's large transportation fleet. INL's collaboration first vs. competition is essential to the program's success. The focused actions in INL's Nuclear Roadmap include: Infrastructure, Licensing/Regulatory, Financial, Time to Market, Fuel Cycle and Public Confidence/Communications. The roadmap also includes nuclear technology innovations and creative partnerships with utility providers, regulators, businesses, community members, and Indigenous Peoples to accelerate deployment of advanced reactors. Through development of the Net-Zero Nuclear Roadmap, INL will offer a model to provide safe and secure energy for the nation and the world by: (1) establishing the necessary infrastructure on its 890-square mile site to support demonstration, (2) showing proven pathways through the licensing and regulation process, (3) partnering with utilities to ensure commercial application, and (4) collaborating with industry to site new technologies.

Cultural industry along with cultural content that forms the center of cultural industry is the field whose interest is continually increasing due to the increase of weight in the national economy and the strengthening of importance in future value. Cultural content, particularly, accounts for the essential position in starting a business around one-person business, which recently arouses high interest in a nation. However, it is true that the debates on the rapid growth and identity of cultural content in contrast to the reinforcement of its position, and the criticisms about the lack in development of material and cultural content in staring a business show the limitation of overall cultural content in Korea. This research examines recognition of cultural industry or cultural content through terminologies of definition as well as the relationships of configures in accordance with the outcome of cultural content. Findings demonstrate that cultural content in Korea revealed the highest cultural orientation which is the same as existing interpretations, and as comparison objects, entertainment industry in the U.S. and creative industry in the UK contained the highest part of entertainment and creativity respectively. It reflects that mythical elements of language that has been discussed from the structuralist perspectives are projected in the relevant field. In conclusion, the conceptual definition of cultural content has the structure to project advantages and disadvantages of existing culture, and this limitation needs to be overcome in securing the items and business value in starting a business.

The interest about 4th Industrial Revolution was impressively increased from newspapers, iindustry, government and academic sectors. Especially AI what could be felt by the skin of many peoples, already overpassed the ability of the human's even in creative areas. Namely, now many people start fo feel that the effect of the revolution is just infront of themselves. There were several issues in this trend, the ability of deep learning by machine, the identity of the human, the change of job environment and the concern about the social change etc. Recently many studies have been made about the 4th industrial revolution in many fields like as AI(artificial intelligence), CRISPR, big data and driverless car etc. As many positive effects and pessimistic effects are existed at the same time and many preventing actions are being suggested recently, these opinions will be compared and analyzed and better solutions will be found eventually. Several educational, political, scientific, social and ethical effects and solutions were studied and suggested in this study. Clear implication from the study is that the world we will live from now on is changing faster than ever in the social, industrial, political and educational environment. If it will reform the social systems according to those changes, a society (nation or government) will grasp the chance of its development or take-off, otherwise, it will consume the resources ineffectively and lose the competition as a whole society. But the method of that reform is not that apparent in many aspects as the revolution is progressing currently and its definition should be made whether in industrial or scientific aspect. The person or nation who will define it will have the advantage of leading the future of that business or society.
