유아의 창의성과 또래놀이행동이 놀이영역 선호에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Children's Creativity and Peer Play Behaviors on Play Area Preference)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국가 수준의 종단 연구 자료인 한국아동패널 자료를 활용하여 유아가 선호하는 놀이영역을 예측하는 변인들의 관계를 탐색하여 유아의 놀이행동에 대한 이해를 증진시키고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 유아의 성을 통제변인으로 설정하고 창의성과 또래놀이행동이 유아의 놀이영역 선호에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보았다. 본 연구에서 밝힌 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 유아의 성에 따라 창의성, 또래놀이행동, 놀이영역 선호의 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 창의성과 또래놀이행동이 놀이영역 선호에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 쌓기놀이영역 선호집단을 기준으로 할 때 언어영역, 미술영역, 수조작놀이영역, 역할놀이영역 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아의 놀이영역 선호에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 탐색하여 유아의 놀이행동을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고 있다는 점에서 시사하는 바가 크다.

  • In this era of cut-throat competition, innovation is a source of competitive advantage, and securing core competency through innovation plays a pivotal role in ensuring the survival and growth of an organization. In an organization, R&D team is a core division driving innovation, and creative tension and conflict among researchers fuels innovative performance. Despite heated debate over the positive and negative effects of conflict, insufficiently-identified process factors have left sophisticated mechanisms between conflicts and effects unaddressed. This study assumes that team learning behaviors can bean important process factor given that conflict propels learning, and that learning is a decisive factor in creating competitive advantage. This study conducted an empirical analysis of the relationship between relationship/task conflict and team innovative performance, and the mediating role of team learning behaviors using data collected from a questionnaire sent out to the heads of 262 R&D teams and second highest-ranking officials thereof. The analysis conducted based on structural equation model indicates that relationship conflict has negatively affected team learning behaviors, whereas task conflict has positively influenced team learning behaviors(full mediation effect), team learning behaviors has positively influenced team innovative performance. Based on these results, the study has suggested implications of intra-team conflict and team learning behaviors for team innovative performance.

  • Advances in information and telecommunication technology increasingly reveal the potential of computer supported education. However, most computer supported learning systems until recently did not pay much attention to different characteristics of individual learners. Intelligent learning environments adaptive to learner's preferences and tasks are desired. Each learner has different preferences and needs, so it is very crucial to provide the different styles of learners with different learning environments that are more preferred and more efficient to them. This paper reports a study of the intelligent learning environment where the learner's preferences are diagnosed using learner models, and then user interfaces are customized in an adaptive manner to accommodate the preferences. In this research, the learning user interfaces were designed based on a learning-style model by Felder & Silverman, so that different learner preferences are revealed through user interactions with the system. Then, a learning style modeling is done from learner behavior patterns using Decision Tree and Neural Network approaches. In this way, an intelligent learning system adaptive to learning styles can be built. Further research efforts are being made to accommodate various other kinds of learner characteristics such as emotion and motivation as well as learning mastery in providing adaptive learning support.

내·외재적 동기가 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 직무만족 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Influence of Internal Motivation and External Motivation on Creative Behavior : The Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 개인의 내 외재적 동기와 창의적 행동 간의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 알아보고, 직무만족과 창의적 행동 간의 관계에 대해서 알아보고자 진행되었다. 이를 위해 전라남도의 3개 지방자치단체(G군, K군, H군)에서 근무하는 공무원을 대상으로 총 300부의 설문지를 배포하여 조사했으며, 이중 유효 설문지 213부(71%)를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내 외재적 동기가 창의적 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 외재적 동기가 창의적 행동에 긍정적 영향을 주는 결과는 최근의 연구 흐름과 같다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 내 외재적 동기와 직무만족과의 관계에서, 내재적 동기가 직무만족에는 긍정적 영향을 주지만, 외재적 동기는 직무만족에 통계적으로 의미 있는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족과 창의적 행동 간의 관계에서는, 직무만족이 창의적 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 내 외재적 동기와 창의적 행동 간의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증한 결과는 내재적 동기는 직무만족을 매개하여 창의적 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 외재적 동기와 창의적 행동 간에는 직무만족의 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

패션기업의 노력이 CSR 사회관계성과 친사회적 소비행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Fashion Company's CSR Efforts on the Social Relationship and Pro-Social Consumption Behavior)

  • This research is a construct to understand CSR and pro-social consumption behavior of fashion consumers which classifies CSR efforts of fashion company and conducts positive analysis of the relationship between such characteristics and social relationship behaviors(sharing of values, consciousness of kind, consciousness of future expectation) and pro-social consumption behavior. For this path analysis was conducted utilizing a sample of 430 consumers who have experience of CSR efforts of fashion brands. The result is as follows. First, as a result of the path relationship among CSR efforts & sharing of values of fashion brands, consciousness of kind and consciousness of future expectation, economic efforts, relational efforts and cyclical efforts meaningfully affected sharing of values, whereas creative efforts did not. Also, relational and creative efforts meaningfully affected consciousness of kind, whereas economic and cyclical efforts did not. Furthermore, economic, relational and cyclical efforts meaningfully affected consciousness of future expectation, when creative efforts failed. Second, as a result of the analysis of path relationship among sharing of values, consciousness of kind, consciousness of future expectation and pro-social consumption behavior of social relationships, sharing of values had a meaningful impact on consciousness of kind, consciousness of future expectation and pro-social consumption behavior. And finally consciousness of kind and future expectation showed meaningful influence on pro-social consumption behavior.

창의적 성과를 제고하는 조직 양면성 구현양식에 대한 연구 (Working Mechanisms of Organizational Ambidexterity for Creative Performance)

  • The organizational ambidexterity has been emerging as the way to gain competitive advantage in turbulent environment. The concept of ambidexterity is simultaneously accomplishing the balance between the activities of exploration and exploitation, and overcoming their conflicting tension. The beneficial merits of ambidexterity has been investigated in innovation, financial performance, strategic management, and etc. Our study focused on the impact of ambidextrous activities on creative performance. Although three ambidextrous modes-structural ambidexterity, contextual ambidexterity, and sequential ambidexterity-have been already acknowledged, scant studies suggested the specific mechanisms to achieve ambidexterity in practice at the operating level. To address the issue we performed the semantic network analysis on the basis of the previous literatures prescribing ambidexterity theory. We took interview with 21 teams to explore behaviors of teams from the ambidextrous perspective, and then interpreted the relationship among words which appeared in the interview. This study found the appropriate mechanism which alleviate tension revealed by exploitation and exploration exist as practical reality. We demonstrated how these ambidextrous mechanisms can be used to generate the creative performance as well as examined various antecedents. These findings would contribute to the more fine-grained understanding of organizational ambidexterity, especially in conjunction with organizational creativity.

$MgB_2$ 단결정의 초전도 상수와 그 이방성에 나타난 두 개의 띠의 영향 (Two-band effect in superconducting parameters and their anisotropies of $MgB_2$ single crystals)

  • We have studied superconducting parameters of $MgB_2$ single crystals from reversible magnetization measurements with the magnetic field both parallel and perpendicular to the c-axis of the crystals. The temperature dependence of the London penetration depth, ${\lambda}_{ab}{^{-2}}(T)$, obtained from the Hao-Clem analysis on reversible magnetization, shows a clear discrepancy from single-band theories. It is also found that the anisotropies of the London penetration depth, ${\gamma}_{\lambda}$, slowly increases with temperature while the anisotropy of the upper critical field, ${\gamma}_H$, decreases with temperature. These behaviors are in sharp contrast with the behavior of superconductors with a single band. The temperature dependence of ${\lambda}_{ab}{^{-2}}$, and the opposite temperature dependences of ${\gamma}_{\lambda}\;and\;{\gamma}_H$ can be well explained with the theory of the two-band superconductivity.

The Static and Dynamic Growth Patterns of High-Tech Ventures in Korea

  • This study explores on the static and dynamic growth patterns of high-tech ventures in Korea. We developed an integrative framework with target market (local vs. global), product/market maturity (existing vs. emerging), and technological capability (follower vs. pioneer). We also identified seven new ventures strategies as follows: i) reactive imitation, ii) proactive localization, iii) import substitution, iv) creative imitation, v) early market-entry, vi) global niche, and vii) global innovation. With five successful Korean new ventures, we found different competitive behaviors and performance among new venture strategic types. This study also observed two different growth patterns: growth through strategic replication and growth through strategic change. It depends on whether they are pursuing similar strategy over time or different strategy within for growth. In addition, we found that creative imitation plays a stepping-stone role in two-step internationalization processes. Although this study is exploratory and needs more empirical studies, it can provide new ventures with meaningful guidelines for growth and internationalization with a dynamic perspective.

  • This study aims to extend the research areas of the organization behavior(OB) fields. The paper assumes that the main thrust of "Productivity through people" in the traditional OB has to be replaced by the "Creativity through people" paradigm. OB research issues and topics have not been expended or explored during the past 40 years, but been criticized such as a saturated field and even more "moribund or fallow" areas. Recently, new theoretical and research trends are identified in the area of creativity studies and in OB in general. Conceptual debates and different thoughts on the creativity studies (including creative behaviors) are reviewed selectively. Also, some theoretical issues and research implications are discussed and suggested.

일·성장 균형(WGB:Work-Growth Balance)은 혁신 행동을 향상시키는가?: Process Macro를 활용한 대인 조화와 창의적 노력의 간접 효과를 중심으로 (Does WGB (Work-Growth Balance) Improve Innovative Behavior?)

  • 본 연구는 일과 삶의 균형(WLB:Work-Life Balance)의 한 영역인 일 성장 균형(WGB: Work-Growth Balance)이 대인 조화와 창의적 노력 및 조직 내 혁신 행동을 향상시키는지 여부, 그리고 대인 조화와 창의적 노력이 일 성장 균형(WGB)과 혁신 행동 간의 관계에 간접 효과가 있는지 여부를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 가설 검증을 위해서는 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS Macro를 활용하였다. 분석결과 혁신행동에 영향을 주는 것은 일 성장 균형(WGB)과 대인조화 그리고 창의적 노력으로 나타났고 대인조화에 영향을 주는 변수 역시 일 성장 균형(WGB)으로 나타났다. 또한 창의적 노력에 영향을 미치는 변수는 일 성장 균형(WGB)과 대인조화였다. WGB와 혁신행동 사이의 관계에서 대인조화와 창의적 노력의 간접 효과 역시 확인되었다. 더불어 PROCESS Macro 분석을 통하여 매개변수 간의 효과의 크기를 알아보았다. 이를 통해 일 성장 균형(WGB)이 대인조화, 창의적 행동 및 혁신행동 간에는 시너지 관계가 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 향후 다양한 다른 산업 간의 일 성장 균형(WGB)에 대한 연구와 일 성장 균형(WGB)과 혁신행동에 이르는 좀 더 다양한 매개변수에 대한 연구 그리고 일 가정 균형, 일 여가 균형에 대한 추가 연구도 기대된다.
