This paper is to estimate the economic effect of benefits of the R&D and recreational fishing as well as input-output analysis in the Tae-an Trial Sea Farm Project(TTSFP). We use B/C model to indicate the effects of economic valuation. B/C analyses model consists of Benefit Cost Ratio(BCR), Net Present Value(NPV) and Internal Ration of Return(IRR). Using 5.5% discounting rates and the survey data, the sub-models show economically feasible in the all of analysis and analyzed the results as follows. NPV is 42,147 million won, BCR is 3.29 and IRR is 34.30%. This study attempts to apply input-output(I-O) analysis in connecting the economic effect of TTSFP. I-O model was constructed, focusing on three effects; the production-inducing effect, the value-added-inducing effect and employment-inducing effect. There are positive effects on economic value and job creation in Tae-an and Nation.

본 논문에서는 웹브라우저를 이용하여 로봇을 원격 제어한다. 4대의 독립된 PC를 사용하여 각각의 기능을 분리하고 상호 연동하는 구조로 PC를 연결하였다. 조작자가 시간과 장소에 제약받지 않고 웹 브라우저를 이용하여 제어값을 입력하면 제어값은 웹 서버를 거쳐 데이터베이스에 저장된다. 로봇과 연결된 PC는 데이터베이스에서 1ms 간격으로 제어값을 입력받아 제어값의 변화가 있을 경우만 제어값의 변화량으로 로봇이 동작한다. 스텝모터를 이용하여 간단한 로봇을 제작하고 이를 웹 브라우저를 이용하여 실제 동작시킨다. 조작자가 원하는 제어값이 최종 수신단의 로봇에 제대로 전달되어 동작하는지 확인하고 웹브라우저를 이용한 로봇제어의 가능성을 확인하였다.

There has been an increasing preference for product with cultural value as people have a growing cultural sensitivity and greater demand for cultural value in current global market. In response to that, countries need to develop cultural products which represent their distinctive cultures and traditions, and such efforts may aim to promote the creation of economically high value-added and enhance the cultural image. In this paper, first, we analyze the correlation between Culture, cultural industry and Cultural goods. In this context, my efforts centered initially on a thorough analysis on the current situation and environmental problems that Korean culture faces presently, and then, processed and organized them into major industry categories of character industry, through a statistical methodology, to estimate its market volume by industry and to analyze the inter-relationship and macro-economic pervasive effects among related industries as well as cultural window effects. This paper could lead to final practical solution and suggestions for optimum policy measures to be taken for a supreme cultural industry for Korea.

The purpose of this study lies in pursuing the unique plastic arts with the orchid motif which has the graceful colors and a variety of shapes beauty. Another aspect of this study intends to crease the modern costume design with the high added value by expressing the texture according to the material and tissue development for the continual improvement and promotion of the modern costume design in the handicraft art area. The results through the theoretical survey and the work production are as follows : First, the orchid which has the various shapes and colors provides the designers with the unique plastic arts and the possibilities for the unlimited expressions as the design motives. Second, we can see the creation of cubic plastic beauty in the moving line, as the material which has the flexible and brilliant shape fixation, used for expressing the shape beauty of the orchid. Third, this study reveals the extension of expression areas as a characteristic of the plastic arcs by applying handicraft techniques such as dyeing, corded tuck, flounce, crochet, weaving, beads embroidery, and art flower to the costumes for developing the unique material and texture. Finally, the possibility is suggested that the desires of the moderns searching for their own individualities can be met by creating the costumes with the added vague as the exposure of esthetic consciousness through the handicraft expression techniques.

본 연구는 기존의 도서관정보시스템에서 기록물을 검색 이용할 수 있도록 기록물용 KORMARC 데이터필드 개발을 위한 메타데이터 요소를 설정하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 ISAD(G)2에서 제시하고 있는 7개 영역 외에 보존영역(conservation area)과 물리적 기술영역(physical description area)을 추가하였다. 그리고 ISAD(G)2는 26가지 요소만을 제시하고 있어 상세수준의 기술요소를 필요로 하는 기관에서는 불충분하다는 선행연구에서 제시된 문제점을 보완하기 위해 분석결과를 토대로 영역별 하위요소를 종합하여 선정하였다. 둘째 우리나라 기록물의 특수성을 기술요소에 반영하기 위해 사무관리규정시행규칙과 전자정부 구현을 위한 행정업무 등의 전자화 촉진에 관한 법률에서 제시하고 있는 종이 공문서 및 전자문서 서식의 분석을 통해 선정한 기록물 기술요소를 추가하였다. 또한 공공기관의 기록물 관리에 관한 법률 시행령에서 규정하고 있는 공개여부 및 등급, 공개일자, 공개범위, 보존기간, 보존등급, 보존가치, 기록물의 상태기술 요소를 추가하였다. 셋째, 기록물 관리를 위해 512 생산일자 관련주기(creation dates note)와 555 검색보조도구주기(finding aids note), 583 작업현황 주기(action note), 584 추가주기(accumulation note) 데이터필드를 새롭게 설정하였다. 또한 245 표제저자 사항(title statement), 300 물리적 기술(physical description), 306 재생/연주시간(playing time), 506 접근제한주기(restriction on access note), 534 원본주기(origin version note), 535 원본/사본의 소장처주기(location of originals/duplicates note) 540 이용과 복제제한에 관한 주기(terms governing use and reproduction notes), 541 직접적 출처주기(immediate source of acquisition note), 545 행정연혁/개인이력주기(biographical or historical note), 581 출판주기(publication note), 850 소장처(holding institution) 데이터필드의 식별기호를 재구성, 추가하였다.

With such basic conceptions in mind. this study was aimed at reviewing the unique formative aesthetics of scarves for creation of modern apparel design. To this end, the drapeability of the rhythmically wrinkled fabric of scarf as well as its tying and enclosing representation were introduced into the apparel details and silhouette to create an apparel design flattering the moderns unique sense of aesthetics and emotion. In the same vein. threads were superimposed on the planar fabric to express a sense of volume and thereby, pursue a unique decorative effect of rich texture. Specifically. the objectives of this study are to highlight the practical use of scarf warming and its decorative formative aesthetics and thereby, apply it to apparel designs and develop an art fabric using the machine embroidery technique. and ultimately, suggest the possibility of unique but highly value-added apparel designs.

This study aims to analyze how much KF-X production impacts on national economy by measuring economic spread effect based on inter-industry analysis. In order to evaluate the economic impact of KF-X production, we used input-output table of year 2007 of Korea. The results shows that KF-X production induces the production of 3,129 billon won and the value added of 1,206 billon won respectively. Also there are the creation of about 13,208 employment in the industry. The results from this study can be used as a basis for the further research on whether or not KF-X production could be processed.

Entering the 1990s, Korean economies experienced the high-cost and low-efficiency situation which evetually caused many Korean firms led to relocate their production facilities to lower labor cost countries. This paper aims to draw out the characteristics of FDI and to evaluate the impacts of FDI in manufacturing sectors. Firstly, we try to categorize the indutries into three groups, labor intensive, capital intensive, and the technology intensive industries figuring out the characteristics of FDI of Korean firms. Secondly, we compare the three categories by grouping high and low foreign investment areas using value added data. Thirdly, we analyse the impacts of foreign production relocation the number of firms, production volume and jobs creation in Korea during the period 1991-1996. This paper concludes that the FDI of Korean firms concentrates to labor intensive industry and the hollowing effect caused by FDI was observed partially in the labor intensive industry.

Transportation Efficiency Act of 2009 System National Integrated Transportation System Efficiency Act and the revised Road Traffic in the center of the Intelligent Transportation Systems rail, sea and air transport sector is expanding in various areas to promote business and Industry is planning to. Accordingly, the introduction of Intelligent Transportation Systems Outlook and Direction of the railway sector and to provide a comprehensive introduction of Intelligent Transportation Systems rail sector has raised the need. In this paper, the introduction of Intelligent Transportation Systems rail sector strategy is presented as follows. First, the rail users a convenient rail-centric information system used. Second, the reliability and value-added operating system built for the creation of high-tech rail. Third, crime and accidents are implemented in a safe railway. The results of this paper, the railway sector through the national Intelligent Transportation Systems to develop and introduce strategies to provide operational direction is expected to be present.
