The recent expansion of large cities for economic benefits has worsened cultural inequalities within urban areas, eroding unique cultural identities and social values and deepening mistrust between regions. To tackle this, the idea of creating cultural cities is gaining traction, involving urban branding and cultural elements to foster balanced local cultural development. Current research primarily concentrates on case analysis in cultural cities, lacking sufficient studies examining the interplay of factors through empirical analysis, This study investigated whether Cultural City Formation Factors, which are resources of a cultural city, have a positive effect on City Brand Equity, City Innovativeness, Brand Personality, and Behavior Intention. For this study, questionnaires were collected from 310 people who continuously experience culture and arts in Seoul, and empirical analysis was conducted on 292 copies of them. Consequently, a significant impact was observed among the factors influencing cultural city formation, city brand equity, city innovativeness, brand personality, and behavioral intention. Moreover, it was verified that city brand equity, city innovativeness, and brand personality positively contributed to mediating effects as well as sequential mediating effects. It is expected that the results of this study will be used to establish the foundation for effective urban management and the development of strategies for creating cultural cities.

The jeans fashion has important meaning as the symbol of sociocultural phenomenon related with modern fashion. It became the symbol of natural fashion beauty representing freedom and equality and sometimes the sensual style. This study defined the meaning, element, and importance of fashion styling by analyzing preliminary studies and analyzed the aesthetic characteristics of the jeans fashion. The purpose of this study is to drive four styling patterns of the jeans fashion based on such theoretical studies and empirical researches about jeans fashion and plan and direct jeans fashion styling for each style. The results also provides the basis for acknowledging that the idea of 'directing and creating a style' according to a person's intent beyond the one-dimensional idea of simply 'wearing' clothes is the true fashion styling and will set an important footing in the fashion field with the ideas that fit the 21st century.

본 연구의 목적은 문제 발견 능력 향상을 위한 발명 교수 학습자료 활동지를 개발하고, 발명 영재를 대상으로 '문제만들기' 수업의 효과를 분석하며, 질문 수준 향상을 위한 정책적인 제안을 하는 것이다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 질문 만들기 활동지를 개발하고 만족도를 분석하였으며, 전문가를 통해 질문 수준 향상을 위한 전략을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. '질문 만들기'의 수업은 문제상황과 문제해결조건을 학생들에게 제시하고, 문제확인 단계, 아이디어 창출 단계, 아이디어 수렴 단계, 실행하기, 평가하기로 구성하였다. 이러한 창의적 문제 발견을 위한 교수 학습자료를 발명 영재 학생들에게 적용한 결과, 학생들의 만족도는 초등학생(M=4.56), 중학생(M=4.30), 그리고 전체 학생(M=4.33)의 만족도 평균이 4.30 이상으로 매우 높았다. 또한 발명 문제 발견을 활성화하기 위한 전략을 개발하기 위하여 '문제의 다양한 형태 찾기', '문제수준 향상을 위한 교수 학습방법 필요함', '문제 수준 향상을 위한 전문가의 도움이 요구됨', '참신한 문제에 대한 다양한 평가와 보상', '기관의 협력을 통한 질문시스템 구축 방안을 마련함', '아이디어를 대우하는 문화가 필요함' 등이 요구되며, '교육부, 미래부, 특허청, 중소기업, 지역사회 등의 협업과 지원'을 통해 교육적 여건이 마련되어야 한다.

Rising publication costs and declining financial resources have resulted in renewed interest among librarians in resource sharing. Although the idea of sharing resources is not new, there is a sense of urgency not seen in the past. Driven by rising publication costs and static and often shrinking budgets, librarians are embracing resource sharing as an idea whose time may finally have come. Resource sharing in electronic environments is creating a shift in the concept of the library as a warehouse of print-based collection to the idea of the library as the point of access to need information. Much of the library's material will be delivered in electronic form, or printed. In this new paradigm libraries can not be expected to su n.0, pport research from their own collections. These changes, along with improved communications, computerization of administrative functions, fax and digital delivery of articles, advancement of data storage technologies, are improving the procedures and means for delivering needed information to library users. In short, for resource sharing to be truly effective and efficient, however, automation and data communication are essential. The possibility of using full-text online databases as a su n.0, pplement to interlibrary loan for document delivery is examined. At this point, this article presents possibility of using full-text online databases as a means to interlibrary loan for document delivery. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows : First, turn-around time and the cost of getting a hard copy of a journal article from online full-text databases was comparable to the other document delivery services. Second, the use of full-text online databases should be considered as a method for promoting interlibrary loan services, as it is more cost-effective and labour saving. Third, for full-text databases to work as a document delivery system the databases must contain as many periodicals as possible and be loaded on as many systems as possible. Forth, to contain many scholarly research journals on full-text databases, we need guidelines to cover electronic document delivery, electronic reserves. Fifth, to be a full full-text database, more advanced information technologies are really needed.

All are organizations embedded, here in after, Em-organizaion that confronts the ever-growing complexity. It is important to know Em-organization through Individual Mastery. The complexity must be decreased, and clarified in order to derive to get our ontology from the influence of others. The opportunity to learn in practice is embedded in processes that the community developed. Driving strategic innovation is achieving breakthrough performance throughout the value chain. We used to express complex unit on matrix which includes only the federal statutes because the role of information technology should be a source of competitive advantages each other. Therefore, we got the idea that integrated both kinds of knowledge to create differentiation by ourselves. This practice is situated the learning of Strategic CoP in e-class seminar of our graduate school. We suggest theoretically two things. One is matrix-based decision. Another is creating new context through systems thinking.

This study aims to examine the expressive properties of contemporary corset, and to develop designs and produce patterns for corset look clothes. Through these courses, it develops a pattern that may all meet the exactness, functionality and aesthetic aspects of a pattern and provides materials that may help create a corset look design in the course of actuallymaking a garment. Based on the elements mentioned above, a total of three (3) real works were developed and their patterns were created. The patterns include two (2) flat patterns and one (1) patterns using the draping method. The results found in the course of creating works and patterns are as follows: With new corset look designs, this study was able to artificially highlight the body and express the beauty of costume through revelation of the body In addition, it explored the possibility that the phenomenon that underwear becoming outerwear may be a new idea in dress designing.

The paper raises a question in argument about the method of creating space depending on accidental creation by computer as the method of describing movement pattern, and emphasizes the role of the mathematics which may change the shape into the image or reflection, that is, data which human may understand and expect. If the mathematics could be the method of describing movement pattern, it may play a important role on the analysis of architectural space based on the idea of post-constructionism, which is likely to consider the modern architectural space recognized as the sequential frames containing movement, as the suspended state of the moving object. And then, this infinite series, 'the sum' of the suspended state, is not studied mathematically and scientifically, but is able to be shaped by reviewing the validity in mathematics about the nonlinear space. This is, therefore, the fundamental research in order to define the role of the mathematics in formation of space of contemporary architecture.

This work gives an application of stochastic techniques for the optimization of stiffened plates in vibration. The search strategy consists of substituting, for finite element calculations in the optimization process, an approximate response from a Rayleigh-Ritz method. More precisely, the paper describes the use of a Rayleigh-Ritz method in creating function approximations for use in computationally intensive design optimization based on genetic algorithms. Two applications are presented; their deal with the optimization of stiffeners on plates by varying their positions, in order to maximize some natural frequencies, while having well defined dimensions. In other words, this work gives the fundamental idea of using a Ritz approximation to the response of a plate in vibration instead of finite element analysis.

Microblog services are such new communication channels with some considerable potential to improve information sharing. The idea of sharing short messages using multiple access points seems to be appealing to people worldwide. Through the lens of flow and social identity, we explored factors that influence information sharing behaviors in microblog services. With an empirical study, we examined enjoyment and concentration(flow) and self-presentation(social identity) in microblog services like twitter can contribute to the user behaviors. Our aim was to gain insight into ways of creating an environment that facilitating voluntary sharing of information. Our findings suggested that enjoyment, concentration, and selfpresentation were crucial determinants of information sharing behaviors in microblog services. This study has important implications for academic researchers and practitioners who seek to understand why microblog service users share their information with other members in microblog services.

This paper presents the key idea of handlebar reaction force and pedal resistance force generation in creating life-like feeling in KAIST bicycle simulator. Also, it provides methods to evaluate its reality level with given reaction force profile. In KAIST bicycle simulator, the pedal resistance force and the handlebar reaction force are calculated using the bicycle dynamic model. With the information handlebar angle, rider´s pedaling torque and road profile transmitted from the handlebar system, the pedal system and the visual part, the bicycle dynamics engine calculates the handlebar reaction force and the pedal velocity.
