아이새도우 컬러와 표현기법에 관한 선호도 - $20{\sim}30$대 여성을 중심으로 - (Preferences of Eye Shadow Colors and Technique of Expressions - Focused on $20's{\sim}30's$ Women -)

  • The purpose of this research is to help cosmetic companies to develop new products and make sales strategy by understanding about $20's{\sim}30's$ women's favorite types of eye shadows like as various colors and technique of express. They were divided into groups based on their ages, educational background, careers and monthly income and each group was inquired its preferable cosmetic colors, the time span of the purchase, the motive of the purchase, and the trend of the color cosmetic to analyze the relationship between the trend color and the purchase. It also shows that the most popular color is pink for eye shadow and women have over two colors and cake type ordinary. This survey is showed that women avoid wearing dark or deep colored eye shadow due to natural make-up. Also it showed that women of the times request soft and natural technical makeup for eyes.

  • The customized cosmetics preparation management qualification system was implemented in March 2020, and it served to create jobs by developing professionals and vitalizing the cosmetics business. However, various problems such as high examination fees, suitability of questions, and utilization in industries are emerging. This paper attempts to prevent disputes that the system can cause and suggest ways to improve it by researching customized cosmetics, the industry status, and comparing foreign cosmetics laws. There is a kind of opinion that laws should be eased for this industry and the other opinion that expertise is necessary in this field because of safety. The system now has adverse effects due to a failure to adjust the difficulty of the exam. Cosmetics are not prescription-based, so they are routinely used. However, some toxic ingredients can cause side effects if they do not conform with certain standards. Also, it is difficult for a case to lead to lawsuits because most consumer damages related to cosmetics are individual. In addition, as e-commerce develops, there is a growing possibility of seeing more consumer damages. If safety and distribution issues, which experts are concerned about, escalate, the private dispute settlement system (among the ADR systems) should be activated as a resolution method.

  • The purposes of this study were to compare and analyze application cases of POP(Point of Purchase) in each ISM(In Store Merchandising) for domestic and imported cosmetics. to present basic data for setting up effective marketing strategies according to types of ISM. The results were as follows : 1. In the Department Stores, counselling comers for customers were located at all domestic and imported cosmetics. A small quantify of new release cosmetic items were displayed in order to elevate those added value in most cosmetics floors excepts Estee Lauder. 2. In the Discount Stores, most cosmetic items were displayed in category or in color for customers to choose those easily. 3. In the Cosmetics Specialties. display for show case couldn't be accessible by customers and cosmetic items were disordered because too many itmes from various companies were displayed

  • After ten years from the introduction of CRM systems, many companies reevaluate CRM from the perspective of customers. This paper classifies CRM activities at the contact points with customers and investigates the effect of CRM activities on perceived benefits and the effect of perceived benefits on behavioral intention in the Korean cosmetic industry. The result showed that contact management and complaint handling affected social benefits and that customers perceived confidence benefits from contact management, complaint handling, and churn management. Special treatment benefits were affected by all CRM activities including compensation management. Finally, all kinds of benefits had effects on behavioral intention such as recommendation intention and repurchase intention.

  • Cosmetic industry is a typical industry for domestic demand and is closely connected with domestic demand growth. In 2006, domestic cosmetics market is showing high growth rate due to the recovery of domestic demand and the market reorganization of sales channels is proceeding rapidly due to the recent global economic slowdown, Due to the situation, many companies are launching low-priced brand shop. The purpose of this study was to clarify the impact of marketing strategy of cosmetic brand-shop on consumers' purchasing intention. As the result of analyses, it was found that product, place, promotion factors of cosmetic brand-shop affect brand image. Also only product factor affects corporate image, perceived quality. And using regression analysis between brand image, corporate image, perceived quality and customer behaviors. Brand image and perceived quality factors influence consumers purchasing intention. Brand image has a positive impact on corporate image. And corporate image affects the perceived quality.

국내 시판중인 일부 화장품의 중금속 농도에 관한 연구 (A study on heavy metal concentration of cosmetics on the market)

  • This study aims at providing the fundamental data on the field of cosmetics by comparing heavy metal concentration in terms of domestic/foreign products, items, companies and colors. This study has determined the concentration of chromium, lead, mangagnese, nickel, copper and vanadium in cosmetics such as moisturizer, concealer, foundation (Ivory-yellow), compact powder (Ivory-yellow), lip colo. (Red, brown), eye shadow (Red, brwon and dark green) and eye liner (Black) manufactured by five domestic cosmetic companies and five foreign cosmetic companies on the market. The samples have been collected in cosmetic stores in Pusan from Dec. lst 1996 to Jan. 3lst 1997. The results are as follows : 1. The heavy metal concentration in cosmetics was $2.420{\mu}g/g$ for chromium, $0.82{\mu}g/g$ for lead, $4.49{\mu}g/g$ for manganese, $1.69{\mu}g/g$for nickel, $0.53{\mu}g/g$ for copper, and $51{\mu}g/g$ for vanadium, respectively. 2. Lead and vanadium concentration were significantly higher in domestic cosmetics than foreign cosmetics(p<0.05). 3. The mean(GM) concentrations of heavy metal were different significantly (p<0.01) when classified with cosmetic items. The highest means shown at eye shadow in $Cr(14.96{\mu}g/g),\;Cu(1.32{\mu}g/g),\;V(1.28{\mu}g/g),\;and\;Ni(8.30{\mu}g/g)$, compact powder in $Pb(2.50{\mu}g/g)$, eye liner in $Mn(90.62{\mu}g/g)$. 4. The mean(GM) concentrations of heavy metal were different significantly (p<0.01) among colored cosmetics. The highest mean concentration of Cr, Ni, Cu and V were dark green-colored cosmetics, that of Mn was black-colored cosmetics, and that of Pb was ivory yellow- colored cosmetics.

  • 급변하는 멀티미디어시대에 백화점은 지역 소비자들의 문화적 욕구를 충족시키는 장소역할 뿐 아니라 새로운 라이프스타일의 추구와 소비패턴의 연출장소로도 활용되고 있어 소비자들의 구매 욕구를 불러일으키기 위한 비주얼머천다이징의 중요성은 더욱 더 커지고 있다. 본 논문은 백화점 화장품매장에서 여성고객이 화장품을 구매할 때 비주얼머천다이징 전략이 어떠한 영향력이 있는지 그 선호도를 설문조사하여 분석하였는데 그 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 매장디자인 연출구성에 있어서 색채와 P.P(Point of Sale Presentation)의 선호도가 일반요인인 상품의 품질, 가격, 직원서비스 다음으로 중요한 것으로 나타남에 따라 화장품기업들은 비주얼머천다이징전략을 시행할 때 제품의 판매촉진을 위해 각 브랜드의 차별화 된 트레이드컬러의 제시와 P.P 즉, 분류된 상품의 판매 포인트를 상품정보와 함께 표현, 연출하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다고 할 수 있다.

  • 2003년 국내 화장품 생산 실적은 5년 만에 처음으로 성장세가 감소하여 화장품 산업의 위축을 단적으로 보여 준다 이러한 상황에서도 지난해 하반기부터 저가 화장품 바람이 국내 메이저급 화장품사로 옮겨가면서 국내 화장품 시장이 저가 중심으로 재편되고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 초저가화장품이 화장품 시장에 미친 파장을 일시적인 유행으로 해석하기에는 브랜드 상품 전략에 시사하는 바가 너무 크다. 본 연구는 침체된 화장품 유통에 활력을 준 초저가화장품의 시장 현황과 마케팅 전략을 분석해 소비자들의 초저가화장품에 대한 요구 및 만족도 조사를 통해 초저가화장품의 지속적인 성장에 도움이 되고자 한다. 또한, 초저가 화장품을 사용한 집단이 과반수를 넘으며 초저가화장품의 브랜드 이미지가 전체 시판 시장의 발전에 긍정적이고 활성화 된 평가를 받을 수 있다. 따라서 초저가화장품은 저가의 품질 좋은 화장품으로 만드는 홍보 전략과 차별화 된 마케팅으로 지속적인 성장을 할 수 있을 것이다.

화장품기업의 CRM활동이 고객의 관계편익, 관계몰입 및 브랜드전환 감소의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Cosmetic Companies' CRM Activities on Relationship Benefits, Relationship Commitment and Brand Switching Reduction Intention)

  • This study examined the relations among CRM activities of cosmetic companies, relationship benefits, relationship commitment, and brand switching reduction intention. The participants consisted of 399 women over the age of 20. The results of this study were as follows: First, CRM activities were perceived as a concept of sub-components, and the customers recognized the relationship benefits and commitments. Second, CRM activities did not make a positive effect on brand switching reduction intention. Third, CRM activities had a positive influence on relationship benefits, and the relationship benefit affected the brand switching reduction intention positively. Fourth, CRM activities created a positive effect on relationship commitment, and also the relationship commitment had a positive effect on brand switching reduction intention. Lastly, relationship benefits had a positive effect on relationship commitment and it was precedent variables.

화장품 OEM·ODM 기업의 성장과 산업적 역할 (Growth of Cosmetic OEM·ODM Companies and Industrial Roles)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국이 세계 4위의 화장품 수출국으로 성장하는데 중요한 역할을 담당해 온 화장품 OEM·ODM 기업의 성장요인과 산업적 역할에 대하여 분석하였다. 1990년 한국콜마에 의해 OEM 산업이 처음 도입된 이래, 한국의 OEM·ODM 산업은 2016년 시장규모 12조 6,195억 원, 국내생산 제품 매출의 69.9%를 차지할 정도로 성장하며, 브랜드 기업들의 글로벌 시장 진출을 지원하는 것은 물론 직접 글로벌 기업들에 제품을 공급하면서 경제성장과 국격 상승에 일익을 담당하였다. 한국의 화장품 OEM·ODM 산업이 성장할 수 있었던 요인으로는 지속적인 기술개발, 산업환경의 변화에 대한 적극적 대응 그리고 기술력과 창의적 아이디어를 기반으로 ODM을 하나의 시스템으로 정착시키는 등 한국만의 차별화된 비즈니스 모델을 개발한데서 찾을 수 있다. 한국 화장품 산업의 지속적인 성장과 발전을 위해 OEM·ODM을 한국 고유의 산업으로 정착시키고 브랜드 기업과 상호 보완적 관계에서 공존을 도모할 필요가 있다.
