본 연구는 일부 치위생(학)과 예비졸업생의 핵심역량 및 세부역량에 대한 자가평가 수준을 파악하고, 자가평가 핵심역량 수준과 학업적 자기효능감의 상관성을 분석하고자 하였다. 12개의 대학을 편의추출하여 치위생(학)과 졸업예정자 511명을 대상으로 본 연구를 진행하였다. 자기효능감 24문항은 5점 척도로 측정하였고, 8개의 핵심역량과 52개의 세부역량은 최소 0점에서 최대 10점으로 자가평가 하였으며, 점수가 높을수록 자가 평가 역량 수준이 높음을 의미한다. 수집된 자료는 통계분석은 SPSS 20.0 Ver.을 사용하였으며, 통계적인 유의수준은 0.05로 고려하였다. 자가평가 역량 수준은 임상치과 영역이 10점 만점 기준으로 6.7점으로 가장 높았고, 근거중심의 의사결정 영역이 5.7점으로 가장 낮았다. 학제, 전공만족도, 자기효능감 중 특히 자기조절 영역이 자가평가 핵심역량 수준에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학생들의 자기효능감은 주관적 학업성취, 자가평가 영역에도 영향을 미치므로 교육과정 내 비판적 사고강화, 문제중심학습법 적용, 자기효능감 및 리더십 향상을 위한 관련 프로그램 개발 및 적용을 통해 의료현장에서 요구하는 직무역량을 함양할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

With the paradigm shifting from the principal of manufacturing efficiency to business globalization and rapid adaptation to its environments, more and more enterprises are being virtually organized as manufacturing network of different units in web. The formation of these enterprise called as Virtual Enterprise(VE) is becoming a growing trend as enterprises concentrating on core competence and economic benefit. This paper proposes the cooperation methodology for VEs which can be organized by the selection of manufacturing partners, and managed by the information flow infrastructure.

IT와 SW의 발전은 다양한 산업 분야에서 획기적인 발전을 이루는 계기를 제공해 왔다. 빠른 계산, 자동화, 보다 정확하고 신속한 산출물 제공 등이 현재의 산업 속성과 미래의 발전 전략을 제시해 주고 있다. 특히 상상력과 창의성을 기반으로 차별적인 성과를 낼 수 있는 영화와 애니메이션, 게임 등을 포함하는 엔터테인먼트 산업에서도 IT의 도입은 핵심 역량(Core Competence) 중의 하나로 평가받고 있다. 본 고에서는 영화산업에서 IT서비스와 SW기업이 새로운 시장을 창출할 수 있는 영역에 대해 소개하고, 향후 추진해야 될 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper presents a validity of improving core competence of railway industries based on data. The Competitive power of railway largely depends on the quality of railway service and operating systems. Customer life presents itself in a large variety of settlement patterns. As a result of this paper, we will get the opportunities to reduce the dissatisfaction of customer and improve the stability of train operation.

Objectives: This study was conducted to identify the requirements for the clinical dental tasks in the dental hygienists using the frequency of dental hygienists' tasks in the Korean dental clinics, and to provide them with the core competencies for achieving these. Methods: This study was based on evaluation of a self-reported survey. The dental hygienists were investigated upon classification of their tasks into direct and assistant performances, and the dentists were investigated by the competency level of the dental hygienists. The data from 481 clinical dental hygienists and 67 dentists were used for final analysis in this study, excluding the subjects who provided incomplete or inappropriate responses to the survey. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis. Results: The clinical dental core competency tasks of the dental hygienists were divided into 4 tasks for common dentistry, 4 for periodontics, 5 for conservative dentistry, 5 for pediatric dentistry, 5 for dental prosthodontics, and 3 for dental orthodontics. Clinical dental core competency tasks of the dental hygienists were performed more frequently of tasks performance than 8.0, and dentists required competence level was similar to that of most dental hygienists clinical dental core competencies. Conclusions: It is necessary to check whether the curricula of the universities include the competencies for the students enough to perform the corresponding tasks and the core competencies need to be reflected in the curricula. The clinical dental core competencies need to be agreed by dental hygienists, and it is necessary to be organized as the evaluation guide of the institute of dental hygiene education and evaluation and utilized as the national examination.

치위생학교육평가·인증체계 정립을 위한 학습성과기반 치위생 핵심역량을 파악하고자 치위생(학)과 전임교수 207명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 핵심역량별 세부영역에서 전문가적 행동 및 윤리적 의사결정 능력(1영역)과 과학적이고 전문적인 임상치위생과 임상치과업무의 지식과 기술을 적용할 수 있는 능력(2영역)의 전체 점수가 가장 높게 나타났고, 의사소통 능력 정도(3영역)는 4.48점, 근거중심의 통합적 사고와 문제해결 능력 정도(5영역)는 4.35점으로 나타났다. 핵심역량 세부영역들은 강한 상관관계가 있는 것을 확인하여 보건의료서비스 직종간의 핵심역량 파악과 임상 실무현장에 근무하고 있는 치과위생사들의 핵심역량에 대한 질적 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

Purpose - This study analyzes how Hanssem, which ranks first in domestic market in the furniture industry, responds to the expansion of IKEA, a large overseas furniture maker, and investigates the recent strategic changes of Hanssem and IKEA. Research design, data, and methodology - As a research method, a general method of case studies, literature research, is carried out through academic research results, reports, articles, and statistics. In addition, methods such as field observation and interview with stakeholder were performed to collect in-depth understanding and information about the companies. Results - Along with its core competences, Hanssem has pursued strategic changes to compensate for its weaknesses. IKEA has also used a variety of strategies changes to match the situation in Korea. Conclusion - Both companies have properly balanced localization elements and standardization strategies that value the needs of local consumers. In particular, Hanssem has implemented various strategies based on its core competence in response to IKEA's strategy. In addition, Hanssem and IKEA are actively managing and have good performance not only in Korea but also in foreign markets.

With limited resources, proper allocation of the national R&D budget is very crucial matter for reinforcing the national competence, and the importance of selecting strategic R&D fields have been increasingly emphasized by technology policy-makers and CTOs. This paper deals with technology relevance/cluster analysis, which measures technological dependency and relevancy among technologies, and how it can be used for selecting the strategic R&D fields especially satisfying SMEs(small and medium enterprises)' specific needs. As a result of this study, technology-product tree composed of 7 major technology fields, 22 clusters, 41 groups, 335 core-need technologies and hundreds of related business items are produced that can be used for designing SMEs' R&D/business portfolio as well as R&D investment decision-making of the Ministry of Small and Medium Business Administration.
