문제중심학습 개념의 환자관리 Core Skill-TLP 교육교재 개발 및 적용 (An Examples Development and Implementation of Core Skill-TLP Package in Patient Management)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to develop and apply a Core Skill-TLP(Core Skill-Tutorial, Laboratory, Practicum) package in Patient Management and to effect of core skill-TLP education. Methods : This study was used to developed Patient Management' Core Skill-TLP package throughout 14 steps of Core Skill-TLP package development model. Then, Core Skill-TLP Learning methodology was implemented in first year student in the undergraduate emergency medical technology, and survey was done. Results : 1. Core Skill-TLP package model was presented based on conceptual model of PBL(S-PBL). 2, The student in OSCE did significantly better in clinical patient management core skills performance. 3. As to the satisfaction of Core Skill-TLP package management, student, tutor and self-satisfaction score was 3.21, 3.42, 3.38 respectively. Conclusion : This study was suggested that Core Skill-TLP education would be necessary with well-structured package and achieved advantage of simulation and PBL.

분만간호 핵심술기에 대한 시뮬레이션 실습교육의 효과 (Effects of Simulation-based Practice Education for Core Skill of Maternity Nursing)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of maternity nursing education-knowledge, skills and attitude among the third year students who have completed maternity nursing, practice at the college, clinical practice and core skill practicum. Methods: This is the descriptive research to verify the effectiveness of simulation-based practice education for core skill of maternity nursing. Third year nursing students who have completed maternity nursing related theories and practice have been selected as population. Total of 202 surveys have been used for analysis. Data analysis is done by using SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: Self-confidence of core skill in maternity nursing is experimental group 4.52 and control group 4.37 score (p<.05). Performance competence in childbirth care is experimental group 4.53 and control group 4.35 score (p<.05). The students who have maternity nursing related clinical practice and core skill practicum experience show high core skill evaluation score. Conclusion: Therefore, it is recommended that current maternity nursing core skill curriculum should be reviewed and improved, and the students should be provided variety of simulation techniques to gain essential knowledge and core nursing skills.

4년제 대학생의 NCS 직업기초능력 진단문항 개발 - 자기개발능력, 조직이해능력, 자원관리능력을 중심으로 - (A Study on Developing and Validating NCS Core Competency Tests for University Students: Focused on the Self-development Skill, Organizational Skill and Resources-management Skill)

  • 4차 산업혁명의 가속화로 인하여 노동시장에서는 전공실무능력과 더불어 빠른 기술의 변화에 능동적이고 적극적으로 대처할 수 있는 직업기초능력을 갖춘 인재가 중요해지고 있다. 이에 따라 4년제 대학생의 직업기초능력 진단과 배양에 대한 필요성이 증가하였음에도 불구하고, NCS 직업기초능력을 포함한 여러 직업기초능력으로 4년제 대학생의 직업기초능력을 정의하고 진단하기에는 일부 한계가 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 4년제 대학생을 위한 NCS 직업기초능력에 대한 재정의 및 K대학교의 재학생 498명을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 요인분석을 실시하여 진단문항을 개발하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 자기개발능력은 학업관리와 실행, 자기개발개념이해와 설명, 긍정적 자기인식, 책임감과 소명의식, 체력관리, 자기관리개념이해와 설명으로 하위영역을 구분하고, 진단문항을 도출하였다. 둘째, 조직이해능력은 조직환경이해, 조직내부이해, 조직구조이해, 업무이해, 국제감각으로 하위영역을 구분하고, 진단문항을 도출하였다. 셋째, 자원관리능력은 시간관리이해, 시간관리실행, 물적자원관리, 인적자원관리로 하위영역을 구분하고, 진단문항을 도출하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 제언 및 시사점을 도출하였다.

Core Skill-TLP가 임상수행능력 향상에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Clinical Performance Improving by Application of Core Skill-TLP)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of clinical performance improved by the application of the Core-Skill TLP to students. Methods : The subject of the study were 48 students who are enrolled in the 2nd semester of the 3rd year in the department of physical therapy. In order to compare the difference in physical examination and intervention, clinical practice integration as well as interpersonal communication skills were measured before and after clinical performance experiments by using the questionnaire. Result : The results are as follows. There was an improvement after examination & intervention about mean 1.52(t=16.928, p=.000), in clinical practice integration 1.30(t=14.541, p=.000) and in interpersonal communication skills 0.86(t=9.510, p=.000). It shows the significant difference in statistics. Conclusion : According to these results, the Core-Skill TLP is proved as a good learning strategy and could be strongly recommended since it significantly improved physical examination & intervention, clinical practice integration and interpersonal communication skills.

청소년의 중독예방을 위한 중독예방 핵심역량모형 구축 (Construction of the Addiction Prevention Core Competency Model for Preventing Addictive Behavior in Adolescents)

  • Purpose: This study was done to provide fundamental data for the development of competency reinforcement programs to prevent addictive behavior in adolescents through the construction and examination of an addiction prevention core competency model. Methods: In this study core competencies for preventing addictive behavior in adolescents through competency modeling were identified, and the addiction prevention core competency model was developed. It was validated methodologically. Results: Competencies for preventing addictive behavior in adolescents as defined by the addiction prevention core competency model are as follows: positive self-worth, self-control skill, time management skill, reality perception skill, risk coping skill, and positive communication with parents and with peers or social group. After construction, concurrent cross validation of the addiction prevention core competency model showed that this model was appropriate. Conclusion: The study results indicate that the addiction prevention core competency model for the prevention of addictive behavior in adolescents through competency modeling can be used as a foundation for an integral approach to enhance adolescent is used as an adjective and prevent addictive behavior. This approach can be a school-centered, cost-efficient strategy which not only reduces addictive behavior in adolescents, but also improves the quality of their resources.

지시적 심상요법이 간호대학생의 스트레스, 상태불안, 시험불안 및 핵심기본간호술 수행점수에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Guided Imagery on Stress, State Anxiety, Test Anxiety and Core Basic Nursing Skill Performance Score of Undergraduate Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study examined the effects of guided imagery on stress, state anxiety, test anxiety and core basic nursing skill performance score of undergraduate nursing student. Methods: An equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was utilized. A total of 45 senior nursing students were randomly assigned to either an intervention group to receive guided imagery, or a control group (experimental group=23 students, control group=22 students). The guided imagery was provided via audio files to the intervention group for eight minutes, once a day for five days. The pretest was given before the intervention to measure variables for both groups, and the posttest was performed immediately afterward and three days after the intervention. Results: Significant differences were found between the two groups in stress ((F=4.94, p=.012), state anxiety (F=5.99, p=.005), and basic core nursing skill performance scores (Z=-2.45, p=.015). Conclusion: Guided imagery for nursing students has been identified as effective for stress, state anxiety, and basic core nursing skill performance scores. Guided imagery can be used as an effective intervention before performance tests. These study results can provide useful data for nursing education.

간호학생을 위한 메타버스기반 활력징후측정과 피하주사 핵심간호술 콘텐츠 개발 및 효과 검증 (The development and effects of metaverse-based core nursing skill contents of vital signs measurements and subcutaneous injections for nursing students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Metaverse-based core nursing skill contents (CNSC) developed for undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group was sampled with a non-synchronized design. Seventy-two participants (experimental group 34, control group 38) were recruited from May to June 2022 in Gwangju metropolitan city. The CNSC consisted of scenarios of vital sign measurements, and subcutaneous injections (including blood sugar tests). The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 for Windows. Results: At the completion of the CNSC, statistically differences were found between groups in knowledge of core nursing skills (t=6.20, p<.001), confidence in core nursing skills performance (t=5.71, p<.001), and clinical competency (t=3.32, p=.001). Conclusion: These results indicate that the CNSC developed for undergraduate nursing students is effective in improving knowledge of core nursing skills, confidence in core nursing skills performance, and clinical competency for nursing students.

소상공인의 핵심직무특성과 태도의 관계 (Relationship between Core Job Characteristics and Attitude of Small Business Employees)

  • 본 연구는 종업원의 태도에 영향을 주는 직무특성을 확인하기 위하여, 인적자원관리의 관점에서 소상공인의 핵심직무특성(기술다양성, 과업정체성, 과업중요성, 자율성, 피드백)과 태도(직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도)간의 관계를 확인하는데 연구목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 기업의 종업원 315명을 대상으로 소상공인의 핵심직무특성이 태도에 미치는 영향, 소상공인의 핵심직무특성과 태도간의 관계에서 성장욕구강도의 조절효과 등을 분석하였다. 회귀분석결과 기술다양성과 과업중요성은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을, 기술다양성과 피드백은 조직몰입에는 정(+)의 영향을 그리고 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 성장욕구강도의 조절효과는 과업중요성과 이직의도간의 관계에서만 발견되었다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 소상공인의 직무 태도 증진 방안과 경영전략적 시사점을 제시하였다.

간호대학생의 임상실습 시기별 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감의 변화양상 (A Study on Changes of Confidence in Core Basic Nursing Skill by Each Period of Clinical Practicum of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감을 임상실습 시기별로 조사하여 시기적 특성에 따른 변화양상을 파악하고자 시도된 종단연구이다. 자료수집은 2016년 3월 9일부터 12월 16일까지 J도 소재 간호대학생 94명을 대상으로 총 4회에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 자료분석은 빈도분석, 기술통계, paired t-test를 사용하였다. 연구결과 임상실습 시기별 핵심기본 간호술 수행자신감은 대체적으로 임상실습 전이 가장 낮고 시간의 경과 및 임상실습경험 정도에 따라 점차 상승하는 양상이었으나, 2학기 첫 실습 후에는 모든 항목에서 1학기 첫 실습 후보다 오히려 하락하는 양상을 보였다. 또한 임상실습 시기간 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 차이는 1학기 첫 실습 후는 임상실습 전보다 높았고, 학년 말 실습 후는 2학기 첫 실습 후보다 높았다. 본 연구 결과 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감을 향상시키기 위해서는 임상실습의 시기적 특성을 반영한 효율적이고 체계적인 임상실습 교육전략이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

IT 컨설턴트의 컨설팅 서비스 역량 평가모형 지표의 가중치 연구 : 정보화 전략 계획 수립 중심으로 (A Study on the Weights of Capability Evaluation Model for IT Consultant to Implement IT Consulting Service)

  • This paper has explored the analyzing and defining the core competencies of IT consultants who carry out IT consulting projects which desperately are needed by companies to survive in business competitions. Many companies have used IT consultants for their IT projects to achieve their project objectives. The problem of this is the results of IT projects carried out by IT consultants from the recognized consulting firms are quite often criticized by many clients who pay high price for hiring IT consultants. The purpose of this paper is that to weight of capability evaluation model for IT consultants. To define the capability model, I conducted the surveys from the IT professionals by the interview and e-mails. The result of this, this paper defines what core skills IT consultants should have to perform well when they carry out the IT projects. There are 6 major skills and 17 sub skills IT consultants should have in succeeding IT projects. 6 major skills are job competence skill, communication skill, business attitude, vocational values, job performance skill, leadership skill and related 17 sub skill are defined. With the capability evaluation model, the managers who are in the charge of incubating and enhancing the capability of IT consultants in the large corporation and also small, medium companies will utilize their companies' strength to get the advantage on the business competition.
