인터넷이 생활의 일부가 되어가면서 정보의 양도 급속도로 늘어나고 있으며, 이로 인해 많은 데이터 속에서 정보를 찾아내는 기술이 부각되고 있다. 협력적 필터링은 유사한 선호도를 기반으로 관심을 가질 것으로 생각되는 아이템을 추천하는 방법이다. 그러나 비슷한 선호도를 가진 일부 사용자의 정보를 바탕으로 하기 때문에 나머지 사용자의 정보를 무시하는 경향이 있다. 본 논문에서는 여학생의 선호도를 이용한 감성공학적 의상 코디를 제안한다. 이는 유전자 알고리즘에 의한 적합함수로 평가값을 계산하고 a-cut을 이용하여 사용자를 군집한다. 마지막으로 협력적 필터링에 의해 의상 코디를 추천한다. 성능평가를 위해 설문조사 데이터 집합에서 FAIMS-I, FAIMS-II과 비교 평가하였다.

Digital technology With the popularization of computers and IT technology development is causing a dramatic change across the human life. Increase of profit in fashion industry has a significant impact on the overall industry. It has been studied to develop consumer oriented higher value-added fashion products of including clothes using digital technology abroad. In this paper, we propose a system that when user stand in front of display, user can show body captured depth camera look the coordination of a variety of costume and fashion concept through a magic mirror. Using the system, we will satisfy the convenience of user and be used as a way appropriate to clothing shopping in the shortest time. The system will develop personalized fashion content industry enhanced interaction.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic information on exporter's coordination methods from the attitude of agro-food exporters. The implications are; Firstly, most of exporters believe that the agro-food export raises farmer's competitiveness rather than it does the farmhouse's income increase. Secondly, The stabilization of the farm-gain income by exporting agricultural products are most important in order to reinforce the cohesion between farmers and exporters. Thirdly, the exporters intend to participate in establishing and operating a large-scale producers' organization and marketing company under export polices. So, it is necessary that the government drive to coordinate the exporters and producers.

We investigated the characteristic of the sensory motor coordination by measuring the hand point ins and the gaze movement to the visual and sound stimulation. Our results showed that the gaze vol ocity to sound stimulation did not depend on stimulation direction, but lagged behind 0.2 sec toward the pheriperal direction to the visual stimulation. Our data showed that to both visual and sound stimulation, the error of hand pointing value increased with an increasement of eccentricity.

In this paper, we propose protective coordination and automatic setting method using agents for distribution system with loop. The proposed protection scheme adopts an agent technology assuming communication among protection agents and auto-switch agents. Having exchanged fault-related information with each other, protection agents and auto-switch agents perform the primary and backup protection and fault section isolation, respectively. this proposed scheme using agents for distribution system with loop is implemented by matlab. Because of the various configuration of distribution system, It's difficult to find cooperative agents for each agent. This paper develops a program to automatically set the cooperative route for the agents.

The number of people with chronic diseases has been increasing steadily but the indicators for the management of chronic diseases have not improved significantly. To improve the existing chronic disease management system, a new policy will be introduced, which includes the establishment of care plans for hypertension and diabetes patients by primary care physicians and the provision of care coordination services based on these plans. Care coordination refers to a series of activities to assist patients and their families and it has been known to be effective in reducing medical costs and avoiding the unnecessary use of the hospital system by individuals. To offer well-coordinated and high-quality care services, it is necessary to develop a service quality assurance plan, track and manage patients, provide patient support, agree on patient referral and transition, and develop an effective information system. Local governance should be established for chronic disease management, and long-term plans and continuous quality improvement are necessary.

The information research system continues to be developed and directed at leading research National Institute of Technology (ITN) Malang in accordance with the Research Strategic Plan of ITN Malang. One of them is a computer system in a complete integrated facility management activity, such as this research scheme. The purpose of this research is to combine and integrate people, places, product, processes and technology. All of them are integrate existing organizational factors into a more effective, simplifying of complex processes, identifying and scheduling, notes, decision makers and more. This research was conducted in stages by design with a structured model stage for 3 (three) years (focus on humans, products and processes), research on Integration Facility Management: Interface Coordination in human resources and product management have been completed on 2019 and 2020. While the focus of research this year is to obtain an integrated facility management Interface Coordination in Process Management.

본 논문에서는 IEEE802.11 무선 네트워크 DCF(Distributed Coordination Function) 메커니즘 내에서 시스템 전체의 성능에 영향을 주지 않고, Fairness 문제를 해결하는 방법을 제시한다. 노드간의 채널 공유를 공평하게 하기 위해 간단하고 효과적인 적응 경쟁창 알고리듬을 제안하였다. 먼저 IEEE 802.11 MAC 프로토콜에서 Backoff 알고리듬을 개선하여 Fairness를 나타내는 Fairness Index를 계산하고 이를 이용하여 경쟁창의 크기를 조절한다. 이 알고리듬은 RTS/CTS 메커니즘을 지원하며 히든 노드문제가 발생하는 일부 토플로지에서도 잘 적용된다. 뿐만 아니라 가변 패킷을 지원할 수도 있다. 모의 실험결과 채널 공유가 최대 30%정도 향상되었으며, 이는 제안된 Fairness 알고리듬이 전체적인 성능에 영향을 주지 않고 채널 공유 서비스를 향상시킨다는 것을 보여준다.

The purpose of this study is to give meaningful information about the coordination process in the construction of cooperative housing, hoping that the interest in this type of housing would spread wide in Korea. The Seongmisan village, a representative urban community village in Seoul, was studied in this study on the opinion coordination between residents and coordinators. For this qualitative research, 2 residents and 2 coordinators answered the 'open questionnaires' on the prior basic planning, land purchase, financing, architectural planning, construction & inspection, and the actual life thereafter. Following is the result. 1) The residents, in almost every step from the prior basic planning to the construction, had no sufficient information or knowledge especially in the legal or financial aspects. It explains why the coordinator has to participate in every step educating residents by means of the workshop or debate with professionals. 2) The construction cost was the most debated topic, which means that the cost has to be accurately projected by the coordinator. The confidence and success of the project stems from the accurate projection and transparent management of the construction cost.

화학재난 발생시 현장대응 요원들은 사건 원인물질의 성상과 잔류오염 농도를 신속 정확하게 파악해야 한다. 또한 화학재난 현장에서의 적절한 대응절차 진행을 위해서는 화학물질의 성상과 오염농도 확인은 필수적이다. 이를 위해 현장에서 사용하는 각 장비의 특징을 알아보고자 한다. 현장대응장비는 모든 화학물질을 확인할 수 없으며, 각 장비별로 물질탐지에 제한적이다. 장비별 물질탐지 범위와 상호보완성을 고려해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 현장 활용장비인 간이탐지 킷과 검지관식 탐지장비, 전자식 탐지장비의 신속한 현장 활용을 위한 대응절차를 마련하여 현장대응에 도움을 주고자 한다.
