유통업의 제품, 서비스, CSR 통합 품질 모형: 소비자생활협동조합을 중심으로 (Integrated Quality Model of Product, Service and CSR of the Consumer Coopertive in Korea)

  • 품질은 조직성과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이기에 조합원이 지각하는 품질을 정확하고 효과적으로 측정할 수 있어야 한다. 소비자생활협동조합(이하 생협)은 산업 분류상 유통업으로 볼 수 있으며 유통업 품질에 대한 다양한 연구들이 존재하나 일반 유통 업태와 비교해볼 때, 생협이 제공하는 가치를 감안한 고유 특성을 조합원이 인식하는 품질차원을 기준으로 진행한 연구는 희소하다. 소비자이자 소유자인 조합원의 시각에서 생협품질을 어떻게 바라보는지를 세밀하고 정교하게 분석하여 품질차원과 하위 속성을 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해서는 기존의 품질 차원 선행연구를 바탕으로 생협품질차원을 새롭게 개발하고 품질 구성요소를 실증한다. 생협 품질 차원은 제품, 서비스, 사회적책임이라는 생협 가치에 적합한 차원을 선행연구를 통해 개발하고 설문조사를 시행하여 국내 4대 생협 조합원을 대상으로 실증하였다. 이를 통해 하위차원들을 구성하고 고차원 모형의 품질 차원을 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 실증하였다. 경영진에게 품질경영 차원의 중점 관리 요소를 발굴하고 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

Wireless Ad-hoc Network에서 보안 협력 캐싱 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Secure Cooperative Caching Technique in Wireless Ad-hoc Network)

  • Node which plays the role of cache server does not exist in the wireless ad-hoc network consisting of only mobile nodes. Even if it exists, it is difficult to provide cache services due to the movement of nodes. Therefore, the cooperative cache technique is necessary in order to improve the efficiency of information access by reducing data access time and use of bandwidth in the wireless ad-hoc network. In this paper, the whole network is divided into zones which don't overlap and master node of each zone is elected. General node of each zone has ZICT and manages cache data to cooperative cache and gateway node use NZCT to manage cache information of neighbor zone. We proposed security structure which can accomplish send and receive in the only node issued id key in the elected master node in order to prepare for cache consistent attack which is vulnerability of distributed caching techniques. The performance of the proposed method in this paper could confirm the excellent performance through comparative experiments of GCC and GC techniques.

  • Orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) has emerged as one of the core multiple access schemes in 4G to mitigate the problems of frequency selectivity and inter-symbol interferences. In OFDMA, cooperative transmission can be adopted in transmission between each user and base station. Cooperative transmission can provide better channel environments and additional transmitter diversity. In this paper, we formulate a user and subcarrier assignment problem in OFDMA system with user cooperation and propose an efficient scheme to solve it.

순열 표현 기반의 협력적 공진화 알고리즘을 사용한 다단계 공급사슬 네트워크의 설계 (Multi-Stage Supply Chain Network Design Using a Cooperative Coevolutionary Algorithm Based on a Permutation Representation)

  • This paper addresses a network design problem in a supply chain system that involves locating both plants and distribution centers, and determining the best strategy for distributing products from the suppliers to the plants, from the plants to the distribution centers and from the distribution centers to the customers. This paper suggests a cooperative coevolutionary algorithm (CCEA) approach to solve the model. First, the problem is decomposed into three subproblems for each of which the chromosome population is created correspondingly. Each chromosome in each population is represented as a permutation denoting the priority. Then an algorithm generating a solution from the combined set of chromosomes from each population is suggested. Also an algorithm evaluating the performance of a solution is suggested. An experimental study is carried out. The results show that our CCEA tends to generate better solutions than the previous CCEA as the problem size gets larger and that the permutation representation for chromosome used here is better than other representation.

  • 2012년 협동조합 기본법의 제정과 함께 많은 협동조합이 설립되어 운영되고 있다. 협동조합에 대한 정부의 지원 형태에 대해 해외사례와 국내의 사례를 중심으로 분석하여 향후 협동조합에 대한 정부의 지원에서 중요한 사항이 무엇인지를 도출하고자 하는 목적으로 본 연구를 수행하였다.

학령전기 아동 어머니를 위한 협동학습 기반 아동건강관리 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effects of a Child Health Management Program Based on Cooperative Learning for Mothers of Preschool Children)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and test effects of a child health management program based on cooperative learning for mothers of preschool children. Methods: For this quasi-experimental study, a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. Outcome measures were level of child health management self-efficacy, child health management practices, child's health behavior. Participants were 55 mothers (experimental group 28, control group 27). The program was composed of 6 categories of home health management for preschool children, and provided for three 120-minute sessions. Data were collected from September to October, 2015, at 3 times: baseline, 3 and 6 weeks after beginning the intervention. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: After 3 and 6 weeks, there were significant differences between the two groups in child health management self-efficacy (F=18.33, p<.001), child health management practices (F=8.91, p<.001), and child's health behavior (F=9.91, p<.001). Conclusion: Study findings indicate that this child health management program based on cooperative learning is effective and can be recommended as an intervention for mothers of preschool children. It will contribute to enhanced child health management self-efficacy and health management practices and improved child's health behavior.

역물류 네트워크 모델의 최적화를 위한 협력적 공진화 알고리즘 (A Cooperative Coevolutionary Algorithm for Optimizing a Reverse Logistics Network Model)

  • We consider a reverse logistics network design problem for recycling. The problem consists of three stages of transportation. In the first stage products are transported from retrieval centers to disassembly centers. In the second stage disassembled modules are transported from disassembly centers to processing centers. Finally, in the third stage modules are transported from either processing centers or a supplier to a manufacturer, a recycling site, or a disposal site. The objective is to design a network which minimizes the total transportation cost. We design a cooperative coevolutionary algorithm to solve the problem. First, the problem is decomposed into three subproblems each of which corresponds to a stage of transportation. For subproblems 1 and 2, a population of chromosomes is constructed. Each chromosome in the population is coded as a permutation of integers and an algorithm which decodes a chromosome is suggested. For subproblem 3, an heuristic algorithm is utilized. Then, a performance evaluation procedure is suggested which combines the chromosomes from each of two populations and the heuristic algorithm for subproblem 3. An experiment was carried out using test problems. The experiments showed that the cooperative coevolutionary algorithm generally tends to show better performances than the previous genetic algorithm as the problem size gets larger.
