Many tertiary hospitals have started to establish cooperative relationships with small and medium sized hospitals in Korea. But the performance of the relationship is not satisfactory to both of partners. The relationship and performance of cooperation for small and medium sized hospitals are analyzed according to the framework of inter-organizational cooperation. Data are collected by 4 focal hospital and 34 small and medium sized hospitals through interview and questionnaire. The findings are : a) The cooperation is focused on management area, such as healthcare technology transfer and information sharing, rather than patient referral. b) Patient referral is not yet active in cooperative relationship. But some partner hospitals which is located close and managing internal organization for cooperation show a significant number of referrals. c) The characteristics of high performers are positive attitude about cooperation, and recognition of the relationship as flexible, experiences of cooperation, internal and external management activities.

There are various kinds of instructional models in the 7th national curriculum. Among them, cooperative learning is given to students in some schools. In cooperative learning, the items for assessing the team members are required in order to evaluate the individual activities for problem solving, and to know the way of objective thinking each student does. Web-based environment is good for cooperative learning. In this paper, as a previous research work of web-based cooperative learning, we propose new assessment items which are based on the outcome D belongs to the set of 11 student learning outcomes design attributed framework developed by ABET EC-2000 and the cognitive categories defined by Bloom's taxonomy. These assessment items consist of self and peer assessment. The self assessment items include the evidence of the students' thought and their own assessment. On the other hand, the peer assessment can give the students the opportunities to participate in their activities enthusiastically, to offer interactive individual feedbacks, and to develop potential through various experiences.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the growing activities of large purchasing enterprises on the trust of small and medium size contractors, which is mediated by 'purchase accompany activity'. This subject study includes the first and second contractor companies in Korea. The results of this study are as follow. First, the knowledge and cost price sharing activities of major purchase vendor with cooperative company had a positive effect on the trust of cooperative company, however this was not so with the information sharing activities in that case. Second, the trust of contractors on large purchasing enterprises was positively influenced by sharing activities with purchasing activities of major company. Third, the knowledge and cost price sharing activities of purchasing enterprise with contractors on the sharing activities were mediated by the trust of contracting company on the large purchase enterprise. According to this study, the mediated effect of trust relationship can influence a contracting company. Whereas preceding studies of sharing activities were conducted about unidirectional instruct of large purchase enterprises to small and medium size contracting companies, this study was conducted on bidirectional effects, which included knowledge, cost price, information sharing activities between contracting companies and large purchasing enterprises. Conclusively, this study showed the possibility of spreading cognitive and change about mutual benefits strategy between small and medium size contracting company and large purchasing enterprise.

The Presidential Archives is a research institute that manages presidents' historical records and archives. It provides various education programs based on the presidential records and archives for teachers and students. The Ministry of Education introduced free-learning semester and has conducted test trials in 42 schools since 2013. All of the middle schools will conduct the free-learning semester from 2016. The $7^{th}$ educational curriculum includes creative experience activities. The Ministry of Education recommended that schools should cooperate with local public organizations for experience activities. But, It is difficult to cooperate with each other. This study proposed the experience education programs using the presidential records and archives for social studies education curriculum in order to do the meaningful education in the class of the creative experience activities. To do it, this study analyzes current situation, deducts the problems caused in domestic and foreign Archives experience education program, and adopts the cooperative learning models and components suited to experience activities.

Although cooperative learning strategies in many subject areas have been found to be effective, the effect of cooperative learning on academic achievement in science laboratory setting is not clear. Reported results on the effects of the strategies for higher achieving students are not also consistent. In this study, the cooperative learning strategies emphasizing student-centered learning which included higher order thinking activities were used in a elementary school science course. The cooperative and traditional learning groups were selected from fifth-grade classes, and taught about dissolution and solution for 16 class periods. The effects of the cooperative learning strategies upon students' academic achievement, science process skill, the attitude toward science instruction, and the perceptions of classroom environment were investigated. Two-way ANCOVA results revealed that the test scores of academic achievement and science process skill for the cooperative learning group were significantly higher than those of the traditional learning group. No interaction between the instruction and the level of previous achievement was found. The perceptions of confliction were higher in cooperative learning group. In the attitude toward science instruction and the perceptions of participation, however, no significant difference between the two groups was found. Educational implications are discussed.

The first local exchange trading system(LETS), established in Comox Valley in Canada, aimed at facilitating the regional economy. However, in Korea, LETS was adopted to encourage mutual aid and promote community spirit among residents. This study examines the feasibility of LETS as a revitalization initiative for Pumasi and suggests a number of policies that can be implemented to support the project. The findings are as follows: First, the LETS credit system was found to complement social capital initiatives among Pumasi participants in the early stages of the Pumasi project. Second, combining LETS and Pumasi initiatives was found to consolidate community spirit and encourage a cooperative way of life among participants due to the fact that LETS enlarges the scope of local residents' participation and diversifies the services being exchanged. A number of policy suggestions are made for combining LETS with Pumasi. First, the project must define a vision of its long-term purpose and outcomes. Second, local residents should be employed as assistants to facilitate the project. Third, Pumasi participants should ensure that childcare exchange services are of the highest quality by providing an educational program on parenting. Fourth, the project manager's employment conditions and working environments must be guaranteed.

Since IMF relief financing, domestic economy has been rapidly cooled down. At this point that we predict an overall decrease of production and sale of industries, cooperative marketing activities of the whole dairy industry are required to promote milk consumption. As everyone knows, advertisement is only one of the various factors that affect sales. Other factors include price, distribution, package, promotion, and consumer's needs and taste. The objectives of the cooperative advertising campaign should be trial purchase of new consumers, maintenance of brand loyalty of existing consumers, more positive experience of using the product, and increase of frequency of purchase. Long term analysis is essential to making these kinds of behaviour changes. Also the objectives of the communication program should be a shift of awareness of milk from 'a basic health food for children' to a substitute to the beverage even for adults. To share database of consumers among companies, we need to find ways to use interactive on-line services, the internet, D.M. events and so on as well as the mass media. It should be a precondition that the main body of the cooperative advertisement includes the milk processing board, dairy companies, livestock cooperations, farmers and the Government. To assure continuous, activities to promote milk consumption, the Government should take the lead in legislating 'An enforcement ordinance for milk promotion and research', and seek complementary measures and support to establish the ordinance.

Cooperative learning is a successful teaching strategy in which small teams, each with students of different levels of ability, use a variety of learning activities to improve their understanding of a subject. Each member of a team is responsible not only for learning what is taught but also for helping teammates learn, thus creating an atmosphere of achievement. In this study, we have propose an english, math education program to the children of elementary school and cooperative learning program technique was applied to implement the program. By cooperative learning program, learners will be performed at the same time learning cooperatively. Finally, we have implement a prototype of cooperative learning program and take a usability test with elementary school children. A complementary team to score and mixed was found to be most effective.

We report about the international cooperative activities for the engineering education between a German University and a Japanese University. After the experiences for 15 years of cooperation, both in research and student exchange, we learned a lot about the differences between these two educational systems. This report summarizes the differences and the future perspective for the improvement of engineering education based on the understanding of the differences, including advantages and disadvantages, between two educational systems.

Some devices of sustaining the small scale farming in the changing social and economic conditions in which comparative disadvantages are evidently to be experienced in the near future, are becoming a central proposition in the Korean agriculture. In this connection, development of integrated activities in farming among individual farmers within a region may be an important device of overcoming prevailing limits of resource possession and use of individual farmers. These inter-farm or inter-group cooperation and integration can be promoted through establishing efficient cooperative system within a farming district. This study was undertaken to find facts pertaining to situations leading to successful performence of cooperative systems in group farming. In this study, The case in Cheunee Myun, Yungi-Gun, Chungchungnam-Do in which farming is specialized in production of so called "organic farming products" and farmers are integrated for increasing their productivity.ductivity.
