The LDC (Low Voltage DC-DC Converter) used for hybrid vehicles and electric vehicles was utilized to supply the electric apparatus load with a voltage and to charge the auxiliary batteries by receiving a high DC voltage from the high voltage battery. The LDC has a long-time load test during the manufacturing process. On the other hand, it has the disadvantage of considerable energy consumption because it has the structure to release the power as 100% heat during a load test. Therefore, in this paper, a recycling load test method was proposed and 75~90% energy saving was realized.

Performance of corporation results from operation of tangible and intangible assets. Thus, measuring performance need to be taken place in terms of tangible and intangible aspects. However, the research objects, in the measurement of performance, do not guarantee researchers to achieve quantitative results and it is difficult to have objectivity. There are also many different points between a big enterprise and a small-medium size company. These facts require new measurement methods. This study suggests aspects of measurement method as task, attitude, ability and qualification for small-medium size companies. Specially, this study suggest individual measurement method than organizational one. The research system consists of users, team leaders and staffs charge of BSC and the users can access BSC sewer to input, to evaluate and to prove data through their own accounts.

This study propose the union cataloging based on wiki cataloging method which guarantee the quality of imported bibliographic data by outsourcing. Wiki cataloging means to improves a quality of union catalog used the cooperation of librarians who have the knowledge and experience to the cataloging. The methods are 1) policy of wiki cataloging 2) development of wiki systems 3) establishment of wiki cataloging rule based on advanced librarian cooperation. Especially, advanced librarian take charge of an 245, 260, 300 fields as basic bibliographical elements, general librarians participate expanded fields.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of communication and cooperation between teachers and parents on infant care. Specifically, this study explored the direct effect of teacher-parent partnership on teacher-infant interactions and the indirect effect through teacher sensitivity. Methods: The participants of this study were 216 teachers in charge of infant classes at child care centers located in Gyeonggi-do. They responded to questionnaires on teacher-parent partnership, their sensitivity, and teacher-infant interactions. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results: First, teacher-parent partnership did not have a direct impact on teacher-infant interactions. Second, teacher-parent partnership indirectly influenced teacher-infant interactions through teacher sensitivity. In other words, a high level of teacher-parent partnership was associated with a high level of sensitivity, subsequently resulting in the provision of high-quality interactions for infants. Conclusion/Implications: This study confirmed the role of teacher sensitivity as a mechanism to explain how teacher-parent partnership is linked to teacher-child interactions. The results emphasize the importance of communication and cooperation between teachers and parents in enhancing teachers' sensitivity and, ultimately, providing high-quality child care to infants.

The aim of this study is to shed light on factors that influence securing of university research grants. For this purpose, this study emphasizes the role of management capability of industry-university cooperation foundation in securing research grants. We analyze whether the potential capabilities influence research grants using panel data from 194 universities during 2016 to 2018. The results obtained from the Driscoll & Kraay standard errors (DKSE) indicate that a number of variables including the portion of industry-university collaboration professors, academic performance of professors, and the number of paid researchers are positively associated with the amount of external research grant approved. However, the percentage of employees employed for less than two years is negatively related with securing external research grants. Once the dependent variable is measured by the total university research grants, the negative coefficient of employees with short-term career disappears. Instead, the percentage of employees who are in charge of research planning and management and the total number of employees involved in industry-university collaboration foundations are negatively related with the total university research grant amounts.

The basic concept of an improved business and productivity for Small and Medium Sized Enterprizes, which makes use of an information portal, is to assure competitive power, increase the production quantity through the interchange of a company and the outside environment, and to build cooperation. To reduce the charge of the equipment, as well as to introduce and information program, it should build an information environment from inside the company by suing the information portal ASP(Application Service Provider). This portal is already built by the basic information infrastructure through the Internet.

This study intended to compare rural development programs between China and Thailand, focused on research and extension activities. In China, Agricultural Science Administration(ASC) took charges in agricultural research, and under the ASC there were 39 agricultural organizations throughout the country. There were distinctive differences as to condition of agricultural areas, under-developed area at middle and developing area by sea and river. To improve agricultural production in China, diffusion of new agricultural technology would be important along with supplying equipment such as soil test kits, plant nutrition analysis sets and vehcles for extension educators. In Thailand, under the Ministry of Agriculture & Cooperatives, there were five departments, seven divisions and eight national enterprises. Among them, Department of Agriculture was in charge of agricultural research while the Department of Agricultural Extension for extension services. Each department had sub-division and provincial organization including personnel management and budget. However, the relationships and consistency between the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Agricultural Extension needed to be improved for better cooperation of research and extension.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce two integrated urban development projects in Japan that take full advantage of flood-control reservoirs: the Tetsugakudo Park Collective Housing Development Project and the Koshigaya Lake Town Project. The former project - implemented cooperatively by the Tokyo metropolitan government in charge of river management, Shinjuku and Nakano wards (in Tokyo) responsible for park management, and the Urban Renaissance Agency, a housing project developer - set a significant precedent for three-dimensional river use by realizing the three-dimensional integrated development of a flood control reservoir, a park, and collective housing. The Koshigaya Lake Town Project, launched as a drastic storm water management measure for a low-lying area often plagued by flooding, has achieved a sustainable coexistence between the waterfront environment and the urban living environment, with an artificial flood-control reservoir as the core for urban development. This project is fully committed to environmental coexistence through the optimal use of local environmental resources, with the cooperation of the central government, Saitama Prefecture and Koshigaya City.

현재 PDP는 차세대 대형 평판 표시장치로서 각광을 받고 있으며 빠른 속도로 개발이 진행되고 있다. AC PDP에서 가장 큰 문제인 화질과 휘도 및 방전효울의 향상 그리고 전력손실의 저감 등 높은 contrast의 실현, 제품 가격의 저하 등에 관한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 벽전압 전달곡선을 이용한 동작�v성에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. 동작특성 주파수가 변화할 때 방전 개시전압이 감소하나 메모리 마진은 거의 동일함을 보였다. Duty 비를 0.5, 0.75, 0.9로 변화시키면 방전개시전압은 각각 216V, 213V, 206V로 감소하는 경향이 있지만, 방전유지전압은 153V로 거의 일정하였다.

All artificial infernal organs which are using electric energy supply energy with inductive couple. Transcutaneous energy transmission system enhance survival chance of the patients and quality of life by reducing volume and mass. In this research, we used both tune in transmission system in state of fixing cycle in order to increase the voltage gain and the current gain and to reduce effect of leakage inductance. Also to maximize the effect of resonance, a constant frequency duty cycle control method is used. Test is progressed with litz wire which is set up with various sizes of core to minimize size of converter. This research aimed in analysis of transcutaneous energy transmission system and in measuring of stability and efficiency of Lithium-ion battery charge which are using transmitted energy.
