브랜드 포트폴리오 전략에 따르면 브랜드의 수가 지나치게 많을 경우 브랜드를 지원할 자원은 부족하게 된다. 보령시는 머드를 외국으로부터 전량 수입하는 것에 착안하여 세계 5대 머드로 손꼽히는 대천 앞바다의 보령머드를 개발하여 화장품으로 상품화 하는데 성공하였다. 천연 및 유기농 등 자연주의 화장품에 대한 소비가 증가하여 유기농 화장품시장이 크게 성장함에 따라 보령머드화장품도 연관성이 높고, 차별화되고, 활력을 가진 브랜드를 만들어야 한다. 조사 결과, 소비자의 개성과 시대의 트렌드에 부합하려는 보령머드화장품의 노력은 브랜드의 선택과 집중이 판매형식(시판, 장판, 특판, 방판)에 따라서 고객세분화 되어 있다는 것에서 잘 나타나고 있다. 이를 바탕으로 한정된 자원의 효율적 분배를 통한 제품 개발이 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있다.

The Purpose of this study is to research the problems of trade restriction for an environment protection. Environmental regulation relate to trade are Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna & Flora, Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes & Their Disposal, Cartagena Protocol on Biosafty and WTO Agreement. Regulatory action for environmental protection has economics instrument, command & control, liablity, damage compensation, voluntary agreement. In the case of our country, impact of regulatory action for environmental protection is low. Because is recognized position of developing country yet. For in the balance rules of trade and enviroment, First must satisfy WTO's basic principles and principle of quantitative restrictions prohibition, Second, operation of protection action must reasonable and objective standards Third, must satisfy GATT article 20 (b) clause and (g) protestation each essential factor To grow for environment advanced country, we should do i) using of FTA ii) international cooperation strengthening for developing country position iii) construction of environment information network

In order to cope with the violent environment of surrounding enterprises, development of new products, advance to other industry field, unification or abolition of factories and rationlization of labor are needed. But production process being made quality and using process after shipment are the things that we have to think about, first of all and to practice always. Insurance problem of reliability, that is, the positive quality maintenance that has being presented many debate issues recently, will be studied. The accident of nuclear power-plant in America, in connection with reliability maintenance and human engineering, will be analyzed. But as its accident details is not announced, in this study, it is a sort of method of methodology to be studied this paper rather than studying the fact of the accident. Therefore this study will be done as follows, For reliability study. 1. Investigation of problems. 2. Quality maintenance activity and reliability maintenance activity 3. Reliability acquisition in production process, 4. Reliability maintenance after shipment. 5. Conclusion. In addition to stating above, it is sure that liberalization of trade, interchange between nations and strengthening of international competition ability, etc. need high quality. But possibility that quality maintenance or reliability aquisition needs understanding and cooperation of consumer, will be stated.

This research identified approachable management innovation technique from SCM point of view, and analyzed sales/logistics, integrated production planning, phenomenon of cooperation and suggested an innovation model over this for strengthening competitiveness of a case company. Process innovation model with an enterprise viewpoint is designed and suggested to solve the previous ares for improvement, and suggested various models of an ordering management model, available delivery management model, logistics operation model based on planning and S&OP model.

In this paper, the first to identify in detail the direct and indirect causes of trade claims and to provide a way to prevent the causes and measures specific claims. Trade claims is not the best way to prevent in advance, measures to prevent future trade claims is as follows. First, it should be the credit investigation of the counterparts. Second, the contract must determine the rights and obligations of each other through sufficient consultation with contract and faithfully perform its contractual obligations. Third, the explicit trade arbitration clause of arbitration in the contract, and shall be a sufficient review of the procedure such as import and export, international business practices, norms and partners of economic policy, foreign exchange regulations, the trade system transactions. Finally, for it is to be treated as a one-stop strengthening the organization and function, and the Ministry of Commerce and Trade Association, and KOTRA and Trade Insurance Corporation strategic support systems, such as done by covering the work on trade claims prevention and resolution in the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.

This paper examines the operational limitations of the Chiang Mai Initiative Multilateralization (CMIM) as a regional financial safety net in East Asia and presents a new regional financial arrangement. To overcome the drawbacks of the Chiang Mai Initiative Multilateralization which has never been activated so far, this study proposes that ASEAN+3 establish a new lending facility, so-called a Reserve Fund Facility, and create a regional common reserves asset. The proposed Reserve Fund Facility framework guarantees lending automaticity of the liquidity facility, based on upfront funding instead of pledge funding. Establishing the Reserve Fund Facility could find a way of making up for weakness of the Chiang Mai Initiative Multilateralization and responding to the regional needs for effective regional financial arrangement. The full-fledged Reserve Fund Facility will ultimately contribute to the future development of East Asia's monetary and financial cooperation beyond the Chiang Mai Initiative Multilateralization.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to review health-care program using the recent robotic horse-riding technology and its clinical effects for chronic low back pain. Research design, data and methodology: Recent clinical articles were determined under three inclusion criteria for in-depth review: 1) article that is published within 1 year, 2) article that includes the detailed explanation of health-care program using robotic horse-riding, 3) the article that deals with chronic low back pain during more than 6 months. Results: As a result, the finally-determined two articles demonstrated the clinical effects of robotic horse-riding statistically on pain intensity, low back muscle strength, spinal alignment, and fear-avoidance belief. Conclusions: After in-depth review, I concluded that health-care program using robotic horse-riding for chronic low back pain needs to be provided at low-intensity (e.g. less than 6km/h horse walking program) in the beginning of health-care for improving their motor control ability, then, at the increased intensity for strengthening core muscles.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of change in the unstable support surface location during bridge exercise on the muscle activity of erector spinae and gluteus maximus. Research design, data and methodology: 12 healthy participants aged 23.32 ±1.02 were measured muscle activities of erector spinae and gluteus maximus during bridge exercise and compared between the exercise conditions; unstable support surface located on upper back and feet during bridge exercise. Paired t-test was performed to identify whether there was a significant difference in the muscle activities between the exercise conditions. Results: As a result, even though higher levels of the averaged muscle activities of both erector spinae and gluteus maximus during exercise in unstable support surface located on feet than upper back were observed, no significant differences were found. Conclusions: The change of unstable support surface location during bridge exercise for low back pain rehabilitation would be more appropriate to be used to increase levels of tension of muscle activities and train fine motor control rather than to strengthening muscle strength.

In according to the rapid economic growth and strengthening of economic cooperation of Asian-Pacific countries, Pusan is capable of developing to the international trade center of Pan-Pacific Area. Therefore a lot of functional preparations are required for the international trade center. First the expansion and functional specialization of harbor which is a gateway of international physical distribution is required. Second, raising physical distribution inducement effect through establishment of free trade zone and producing financial and information service accompanied with trade activity through establishment of international financial center and teleport are necessary. And the research complex of high technology (sciencepark) which utilizes the industrial base of Pusan area is necessary for the development of Pusan toward the international trade city. And the establishment of marine sightseeing complex in Pusan utilizing the ocean natural resource is helpful for the growth of Pusan to the international trade center.

새로운 제도나 경영전략 등이 성공적으로 정착되어 조직의 성과제고로 연계되기 위해서는 내재화과정이 반드시 필요하다. 성공적인 내재화를 위해서 많은 기관에서 가장 많이 활용하는 방법은 교육방법 및 커뮤니케이션 전략이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 교육이나 커뮤니케이션을 원활하게 진행하기 위해서는 조직구성원들간 신뢰와 협력지향적인 문화 등 다양한 측면에서의 융합전략이 뒷받침되어야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 특정 공공기관의 직원들을 대상으로 새로이 도입한 조직비전, 핵심가치 등에 대한 내재화 정도 및 조직문화 등에 대해 조사해보고, 성공적인 경영전략 내재화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 우선, 경영전략 강화 교육을 위해서는 반복학습을 통해 자주 노출시키고 자주 대화하는 방법이 효과적이다. 이를 위해 집합교육과 이러닝 등 집중적인 교육방법을 병행해야 한다. 둘째, 의사소통의 활성화를 위해서는 기관장이 직원들과의 내재화를 위한 의사소통에 관심을 기울여야 하며, 다양한 방법의 의사소통 전략을 세워야 할 것이다. 끝으로, 조직문화의 변화를 위해서는 동료들간 개방적이고 협조적인 문화구축을 위한 비공식적인 의사소통의 장을 자주 마련하고 인적네트워크의 양적, 질적 확대를 지원해주어야 한다.
