따라서 CNN(Convolutional Neural Network)을 활용하여 악성코드를 탐지하는 기법들이 제안되고 있다.

In this paper, we consider a spectrum access scenario which consists of two groups of users, namely Primary Users (PUs) and Secondary Users (SUs) in Cooperative Cognitive Radio Networks (CCRNs). SUs cooperatively relay PUs messages based on Amplify-and-Forward (AF) and Decode-and-Forward (DF) cooperative techniques, in exchange for accessing some of the spectrum for their secondary communications. From the literatures, we found that the Conventional Distributed Algorithm (CDA) and Pragmatic Distributed Algorithm (PDA) aim to maximize the PU sum-rate resulting in a lower sum-rate for the SU. In this contribution, we have investigated a suit of distributed matching algorithms. More specifically, we investigated SU-based CDA (CDA-SU) and SU-based PDA (PDA-SU) that maximize the SU sum-rate. We have also proposed the All User-based PDA (PDA-ALL), for maximizing the sum-rates of both PU and SU groups. A comparative study of CDA, PDA, CDA-SU, PDA-SU and PDA-ALL is conducted, and the strength of each scheme is highlighted. Different schemes may be suitable for different applications. All schemes are investigated under the idealistic scenario involving perfect coding and perfect modulation, as well as under practical scenario involving actual coding and actual modulation. Explicitly, our practical scenario considers the adaptive coded modulation based DF schemes for transmission flexibility and efficiency. More specifically, we have considered the Self-Concatenated Convolutional Code (SECCC), which exhibits low complexity, since it invokes only a single encoder and a single decoder. Furthermore, puncturing has been employed for enhancing the bandwidth efficiency of SECCC. As another enhancement, physical layer security has been applied to our system by introducing a unique Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) based puncturing to our SECCC scheme.

We propose classification algorithms for human and dog movement. The proposed algorithms use micro-Doppler signals obtained from humans and dogs moving in four different directions. A two-stage classifier based on a support vector machine (SVM) is proposed, which uses a radial-based function (RBF) kernel and $16^{th}$-order linear predictive code (LPC) coefficients as feature vectors. With the proposed algorithms, we obtain the best classification results when a first-level SVM classifies the type of movement, and then, a second-level SVM classifies the moving object. We obtain the correct classification probability 95.54% of the time, on average. Next, to deal with the difficult classification problem of human and dog running, we propose a two-layer convolutional neural network (CNN). The proposed CNN is composed of six ($6{\times}6$) convolution filters at the first and second layers, with ($5{\times}5$) max pooling for the first layer and ($2{\times}2$) max pooling for the second layer. The proposed CNN-based classifier adopts an auto regressive spectrogram as the feature image obtained from the $16^{th}$-order LPC vectors for a specific time duration. The proposed CNN exhibits 100% classification accuracy and outperforms the SVM-based classifier. These results show that the proposed classifiers can be used for human and dog classification systems and also for classification problems using data obtained from an ultra-wideband (UWB) sensor.

In this paper, we investigate a physical-layer network coding (PNC) in a two-way relay channel (TWRC) where two sources send and receive data with each other by help of a relay node with multiple antennas. We focus on the multiple-access phase of the TWRC in this paper. It is assumed that the source nodes do not know the wireless channel and the wireless channel independently varies in time, that is, fast fading environments. At the relay node, the channel is assumed to be perfectly known. The relay node utilizes the channel sate information and applies maximum likelihood ratio for detecting received signals. Through extensive simulations, it is shown that a bit error rate (BER) performance becomes improved as the number of antennas at the relay node increases.

In this paper, we proposed a design method of parameterized viterbi decoder, which automatically synthsizes the diverse viterbi deciders used in the digital mobile communication systems. It is designed to synthesize a viterbi decoder specified by user-provided parameters. Those parameters are constraint length, code rate generator polynomials of teh convolutional encoder, data rate and bits/frame of the data transmission, and soft decision bits of viterbi decoder. For the design of the parameterized viterbi decoder, we designed a user interface module C-language, and a viterbi decoder module in a hierarchical atructure using VHDL language and its generic statement. For the verification of the parameterized viterbi decoder, we compared our synthesized viterbi decoder with the conventional viterbi decoder which is designed for the IS-95 CDMA system. The proposed design method of the viterbi decoder will be a new method to obtain a required viterbi decoder in a very short time only by supplying the design parameters.

The system combined layered space-time processing and space-time trellis codes (STTC) provide high transmission rate as well as diversity and coding gain without bandwidth expansion. In this paper, two layered receiver structures are proposed. One is the LSTT-MMSE in which received bit streams are decoupled by interference nulling and then decoded by separate STTC decoders. The decoded outputs are cancelled from the received signal before advancing to the next layer detection. The other is LSTT-Whitening employing whitening rather than nulling. The receiver employing whitening process shows several advantages on diversity gain and the required number of receive antennas compare to the convolutional coded space-time processing. The proposed receivers use different decoding order scheme according to each interference suwression. The (4, 3) LSTT-Whitening receiver still achieves 1㏈ gain over the (4, 4) LSTT-MMSE and the (4, 4) coded layered space-time processing.

The digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) system adopts Coded OFDM(COFDM) for channel coding. The COFDM is a combined technique of multicarrier transmission(OFDM) and punctured convolutional coding with viterbi error correction. Because the channel coding is an important topic for OFDM systems, this paper proposes a new turbo coded OFDM system that replaces the existing RCPC codec by a turbo codec without modifying the puncturing procedure and puncturing vectors defined in the standard DAB system for compatibility. The performance of a new system is compared to that of the conventional system under the frequency selective Rician fading channel and the frequency selective Rayleigh fading channel in conjunction with DAB transmission mode I suitable for the terrestrial single frequency network(SFN) broadcasting. The standard system's performance was improved with the aid of turbo codec.
Underwater communications are degraded as a result of inter symbol interference in multipath channels. Therefore, a channel coding scheme is essential for underwater communications. Packets consist of a PN sequence and a data field, and the uncoded PN sequence is used to estimate the frequency and phase offset using a Doppler and phase estimation algorithm. The estimated frequency and phase offset are fed to a coded data field to compensate for the Doppler and phase offset. The PN sequence is generally utilized to acquire the synchronization information, and the bit error rate of an uncoded PN sequence predicts the performance of the coded data field. To ensure few errors, we resort to powerful BCJR decoding algorithms of convolutional codes with rates of 1/2, 2/3, and 3/4. We use this powerful channel coding algorithm to present an efficient receiver structure based on the relation between the bit error of the uncoded PN sequence and coded data field in computer simulations and lake experiments.

In this paper, a trellis-coded 3-dimensional (3-D) orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system is presented and its performance is analyzed. Here, a set-partitioning technique for trellis coding with respect to a 3-D signal constellation is also presented. We show theoretically that the proposed system, which exploits a trellis coding scheme with recursive systematic convolutional codes (RSC) of code rate R = 1/3 and 2/3, can improve symbol error rate (SER) up to 7.8 dB as compared with the uncoded OFDM system in an additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel. Computer simulation confirms that the theoretical analysis of the proposed system is very accurate. It is, therefore, considered that the proposed trellis-coded 3-D OFDM system is well suited for the high quality digital transmission system without increase in the available bandwidth.
