In this study, a simulation analysis on the drum itself and the brake was examined. And the analysis results were obtained by investigating the thermal analysis results and the durability through structural analysis. Through the thermal stress and structural analyses on the lining under the force due to the brake cylinder, the drum inside under the force due to the expansion of the lining and the drum under the force due to the rotation of the axis, it was confirmed at which part the amounts of equivalent stress and deformation became large. If applied to the brake disc design by combining the results of this study, it is considered to be large utilization at increasing the prevention against the thermal deformation and its durability. The results of this study can be usefully applied to the durability design that can withstand the thermal stress in the drum brake. By applying the durability analysis at the seam of railroad track by season, this investigation result is seen to be favorable as the convergent research applied to the aesthetic design.

The purpose of this study is to collect the psychological responses that occur while watching TV home shopping ads in verbal form, and explore the possibility of measuring the effectiveness of TV home shopping ads using linguistic analysis. The psychological responses during watching positive and negative ads of participants(40 housewives and female college students) were collected in a linguistic form using a think aloud and self-report measurement. It was analyzed by KLIWC, a Korean language analysis program. As a result of the analysis, there was a difference in psychosocial variables as well as linguistic variables between positive and negative evaluation ads. Also, various variables of KLIWC were correlated with the variables of advertising effectiveness (purchase stimulus, ad attitude, product attitude, purchase intention) and advertising response variables. This suggests the possibility of constructing a psychological response profile and measurement of advertising effectiveness using language analysis.

Recently, various studies related to ICT convergence have been made. Recently, various studies related to ICT convergence have been made. In the academic field, the demand for ICT convergence is on the rise. For example, Digital Humanities and Area Informatics are representative. Area Studies means to study the culture of a specific area in an integrated way. In this regard, researchers who specialize in researching overseas area generally use websites to obtain information related to the area. The Multilingual Mediterranean Web Service System(MMWS), which is operated by the Institute for Mediterranean Studies of Busan University of Foreign Studies is a web site that provides professional and general information to researchers or ordinary people studying in the Mediterranean area among overseas area. In this paper, we analyzeoverseas web sites the MMWS and discuss how to activate web sites based on the analysis results. In details, it analyze MMWS through log analysis and use Google Analytics, a log analysis system provided by Google for analysis. Also study how to use ICT convergence contents as a website activation method.

Principles of electron diffraction patterns in transmission electron microscope are described for beginners in terms of reciprocal lattices and Ewald sphere. Analysis of both ring patterns and spot patterns are illustrated with practical examples as well as basic calibrations of TEM. Especially convergent beam electron diffraction method is emphasized for the determination of lattice parameters, microstrains, and thickness of thin foil followed by a review of microcomputer programs for the electron diffraction analyses explained in this paper.

In this study, the structural analysis of the track was performed according to the gap between the rails due to thermal expansion by the frictional contact between the wheels of the train in motion. The equivalent stress and total deformation at the condition for which the gap between joints are wide as the winter condition (model B) can be seen to happen more than at the summer condition (model A) in which the joints are narrow. If the results of this study are applied to the design of railway tracks, it is thought to be highly useful in preventing fatigue failure and increasing its durability. By applying the durability analysis at the seam of railroad track by season, this investigation result is seen to be favorable as the convergent research applied to the aesthetic design.

Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate reliability and validity of a 27-item Korean Version of the Impact of Weight on Quality of Life in adolescents ($IWQOL-Kids^{(C)}$: Korean Version). Methods: This instrument was administered to 872 adolescents (mean z-BMI: 2.61, mean $age{\pm}SD$: $13.9{\pm}1.2$, male: 51.9%). Reliability was tested by internal consistency method and item analysis, validity test was performed by index of content validity, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and concurrent validity. Sensitivity was tested by ANOVA and t-test. Analyses were performed using SPSS and Amos 18.0. Results: By an exploratory factor analysis, 4 factors were extracted; 'Body esteem' consisted of 9 items with 35.9% of variance (social life: 6 items, 10.23%, physical comfort: 6 items, 8.21%, family relations: 6 items, 7.0%). Four factors explained 61.34% of total variance. Internal consistency coefficients ranged from .766 to .929 for scales on 27 items and equal to .920 for total score for both the 26-item and 27-item tools. A confirmatory factor analysis was conducted for the convergent validity and discriminant validity. The standardized factor loadings to test the convergent validity showed more than .5(C.R<1.965) on all paths after deletion of item PC1 (avoid stairs). The average variances extracted were more than .50 and the construct reliabilities were more than .70. The average variances extracted were stronger than the squares of correlation coefficient of inter-latent variables. Conclusions: These results support that the $IWQOL-Kids^{(C)}$: Korean Version with a 26-item is a reliable and valid tool in Korean obese adolescents.

This paper proposes an efficient dissolved gas analysis(DGA) and classification method of an oil-filled transformer using machine learning algorithms to solve problems inherent in IEC 60599. In IEC 60599, a certain diagnosis criteria do not exist, and duplication area is existed. Thus, it is difficult to make a decision without any experts since the IEC 60599 standard can not support analysis and classification of gas date of a power transformer in that criteria. To address these issue. we propose a dissolved gas analysis(DGA) and classification method using a machine learning algorithm. We evaluate the performance of the proposed method using support vector machines with dissolved gas dataset extracted from a power transformer in the real industry. To validate the performance of the proposed method, we compares the proposed method with the IEC 60599 standard. Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms the IEC 60599 in the classification accuracy.

The Internet of Things is a technology that makes it possible for objects made up of hardware and software to exchange information with one another via the Internet, thereby facilitating the servitization of the objects. An IoT service, which is composed of an IoT device and a web service, has recently been applied to the marketing field and is being used as a means to meet customer needs. However, applying appropriate marketing elements to IoT services is not easy. Therefore, analysis tools are needed to properly apply marketing elements to IoT services. This study aims to construct an analysis model for marketing evaluation of IoT services. In this study, the technical elements and marketing elements of IoT were derived through a literature review, and the analysis model for marketing evaluation of IoT services was established by exploring the relationship between the elements based on a service blueprint. We also applied real cases to verify the analytical model. This study is expected to contribute to the development of tools for evaluating IoT services.

Sports event is core product of sports business and the scale of sports event business is steadily increasing. For the successful operation of sports events, it is necessary to analyze the stackholder in stage according to the Function Area(FA) in the process of hosting / preparation / operation. This study is a study to define stakeholder by analyzing sports event process of sports events horizontally and vertically. This study consists of three categories : 1) investigation, 2) analysis and systematization of core processes, 3) analysis stakeholder. As a result of the analysis, the core stakeholders in the stage of hosting(bid) were analyzed as local organizations and committees including the promotion TF team, government organizations, domestic and foreign competition associations, national and international sports organizations (committees), and bid committees. Stakeholders in the stage of preparation / operation include stakeholders from organizational committees, various sports committees, international organizations and international organizations, governments and local governments, related companies and businesses, media, sponsors, donors or volunteers, athletes, teams and spectators.

This study aimed to examine character evaluation criteria and components for selecting creative convergent talents in college admissions. In this study, pre-college students' perceptions were surveyed on various issues related to character education and evaluation implemented in K-12 school system. It was found that the character education programs intended to enhance students' care for others, interpersonal skills, and honesty were most actively operated within the secondary educational systems. The results of the study also indicated that the programs for fostering interpersonal skills, care for others, and sincerity were perceived as the most effective programs. Based on the results of the study, we discussed ways to improve the quality of character education programs operated in school curriculum and to improve the credibility of character evaluation in the college admission process.
