The development of digital technology and the Internet has brought about a great change in the content industry. In order to keep pace with these changes, the copyright law has undergone several revisions, and the concept of "digital sound transmission" was introduced in the 2006 revision. However, in the current law, digital audio transmission is problematic in that the criteria for distinguishing between broadcasting and transmission is abstract and unclear. This ambiguity makes it difficult to judge the legal status of new music webcasting service such as "Free Litsen". Although these services are positioned as digital audion transmission, they have created a new concept of pseudo transmission because of its similarity to the audio transmission in its convenience and utility. These problems stem from the imbalance of between the development of technology and the legal system, so the change of the legal system is inevitable. Thus, this study discusses US copyright law and related cases, and then suggests solutions for pseudo transmission problems. This study suggests legislative criteria for pseudo transmission problems and legislative measures that can reduce the actual damage to the music market.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of corporate innovation activities on corporate innovation performance using data from companies participating in the smart farm project. A company's innovation activities were divided into planning capacity, R&D capacity, and commercialization capacity, and the impact of each innovation activity on the company's sales and patent creation was estimated. The moderating effect was also analyzed. Regression analysis was conducted as a research method, and as a result of the analysis, it was found that planning capacity, R&D capacity, and commercialization capacity related to innovation within a company have an impact on corporate performance creation. appeared to be In order to increase the business performance of technology commercialization, it was confirmed that planning and R&D capabilities as well as governmental technology policy support are needed.

In recent years, various educational institutions have used online certificate services to verify academic achievement related to graduation and grades. However, the certificate of the existing system has limitations in verifying and tracking whether it is true or not and detailed academic background. In this regard, cases of forgery/falsification of online/offline certificates continue to occur. This study proposes a blockchain-based verification method that is safe from forgery and alteration, focusing on university institutions. Necessary information such as detailed class categories for each department, attendance, and detailed grades was collected/analyzed to create a linkage relationship through blockchain. In addition, the system/network environment required for blockchain sharing was considered, and it was implemented as an extension module in the form of an independent web application. As a result of the block chain verification, it was proved that the safe trust verification of educational information and the relationship between detailed information can be traced. This study aims to contribute to the improvement of academic credential verification services and information security for Korean educational institutions in the future.

대부분의 공공기관과 기업에서 개인정보가 포함된 문서를 마스킹 처리하여 온라인상에 게재하고 있다. 이 때, 여러 검색 엔진에서 특정 키워드를 통한 검색 결과를 통해 개인정보가 포함된 문서들이 대량으로 노출되고 있으며 마스킹 처리가 된 정보라 하더라도 2개 이상의 부가 정보들을 조합해서 개인을 특정할 수 있는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이를 통해 얻은 개인정보와 개인을 특정할 수 있는 정보는 다양한 범죄 피해를 발생시킬 우려가 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 검색 엔진과 온라인상에서 노출되고 있는 개인정보가 포함된 문서들을 탐지한다. 그 후 발견된 문서들의 통계와 조사를 통해 온라인상에 노출 중인 개인정보와 가명정보 등이 초래하는 피해의 심각성을 재고하고, 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

Consumer trust plays a crucial role in the development of the sharing economy. This study primarily focuses on the factors influencing consumer trust and examines the case of ofo, a former leader in China's bike-sharing industry. This paper analyzes the decline in consumer trust in ofo, which can be attributed to internal management issues and the near-bankruptcy situation. The "difficulty in refunds" issue faced by ofo since December 2018 has been growing continuously, and this study explores the factors influencing trust and distrust in this context. By considering product factors (quality), platform factors (payment security, privacy protection, reputation), and social factors (social norms, government regulation) as independent variables, the study analyzes the factors affecting consumer trust. The analysis results revealed that as consumers' distrust towards shared bikes increases, their switching intention also increases. The company's reputation and social norms were found to influence both trust and distrust, while government regulation was found to influence trust. The research findings provide insights relevant to sharing economy platforms and offer guidance for future studies.

Due to recent small unmanned aircraft threats by North Korea and unsuccessful reponses, severe concerns about future national security have been being increasingly surged. Especially it is notable and unaccpetable to see that North Korea's small drones flying over capical areas over 7 hours were not efficiently detected and identified even though South Korea already recognized the threats since early 2010s. Meanwhile a US military troop operating THAAD system on Seung-Joo, South Korea successfully shot down unidentified small drone on Jan 2023. The threats caused by small unmanned aircraft is worrisome not only to South Korea, but also to international nations. This paper surveyed US DoD Strategy for countering small aircraft systems and suggest how to improve our current anti-dron systems so that small unmanned aircraft threats will be dynamically diminished or neutralized as fast as we can.

Creative teaching methods can be beneficial in enhancing creativity and self-directed learning abilities in the classroom. However, there may be some specific learning tasks where applying creative teaching methods can be difficult. This is because students may not have completed the necessary prerequisite learning before performing the learning task, leading to low reliability of task results or meaninglessness. This study aims to propose teaching methods that enhance creativity and self-directed learning ability when performing learning tasks that may not have sufficient prior learning. To achieve this, we present a case of applying creative teaching methods to a learning task called "national threats". As a research procedure, we provide a suitable teaching method model and detailed procedures for the given learning task, and apply them in actual classes. The results showed that applying the presented teaching methods for the learning task produced meaningful academic achievements. This study can be valuable not only for enhancing creativity in education but also for interdisciplinary research in fields such as education and national security.

Korea is facing a population cliff and a decline in the fertility rate, and the competition rate for recruiting officers in our military is rapidly decreasing every year. This situation is a serious problem in terms of national security and requires efforts to obtain excellent manpower. To this end, it is necessary to understand their occupational values through consideration of the MZ generation, which is the main recruitment target of the military, and to find diagnosis and solutions for each problem by closely analyzing the military's internal and external environment based on their understanding of soldiers as a job. Therefore, we diagnose the current situation in consideration of military specificity, examine the occupational values of the MZ generation, which is a resource for military officers recruitment. Since the subject of military officer acquisition is the MZ generation, efforts are needed to focus on occupational values of MZ generations.

This study was attempted to identify the essence by confirming the experiences of students who participated in Habuta classes in their major subjects. From November 22, 2022 to December 6, 2022, eight nursing students were individually interviewed to collect data, and the data were analyzed by applying Colaizzi's phenomenological analysis methodology. The study's finding derived 6 categories. The specific categories were 'Coexistence of anxiety and expectation', 'Process of understanding and acquisition', 'Constant burden and discomfort', 'Progress and regression under pressure', 'Sense of security that is being recognized', 'Shift of thought to positivity'. In order for nursing students to participate in Havruta classes positively in the future, appropriate class design, active communication channels between professors and students, and strengthening of instructors' competence are required.

This study started with the background that future South Korean military organizations should develop a complex system linking unmanned systems by analyzing and considering cases using "drone," which has recently become an essential means of war. In 2014 and 2022, South Korea is facing serious security threats from North Korean drones that have recently invaded South Korea's airspace in a row. If a North Korean drone was loaded with explosives and poisonous gas and invaded our airspace, the damage would be more serious. Furthermore, what the Azerbaijan-Armenian War of 2020 and the ongoing Ukraine-Russia war have in common is that battles using "combat drones" are underway. Watching this shift in the domestic and overseas war paradigm, drones have become essential for military operations. In the context of a "ceasefire" and the military environment on the Korean Peninsula, South Korea should actively develop "Combat drones" that take into account precise strikes and portability against targets linked to military drones.
