The learning control develops controllers that learn to improve their performance at executing a given task, based on experience performing this specific task. In a previous work, the authors presented an iterative precision of linear decentralized learning control based on p-integrated learning method for the vertical dynamic multiple systems. This paper develops an indirect decentralized teaming control based on adaptive control method. The original motivation of the teaming control field was loaming in robots doing repetitive tasks such as on an assembly line. This paper starts with decentralized discrete time systems, and progresses to the robot application, modeling the robot as a time varying linear system in the neighborhood of the nominal trajectory, and using the usual robot controllers that are decentralized, treating each link as if it is independent of any coupling with other links. Some techniques will show up in the numerical simulation for vertical dynamic robot. The methods of learning system are shown up for the iterative precision of each link.
The objective of this study was to analyze the influence of physical education classes based on Flipped Learning on self-directed learning abilities and learning attitude towards these classes, for middle school students. The study selected 90 students as an experimental group (3 classes) and 97 students as a control group (3 classes), among 240 students of the first-year students attending a middle school located at Jeonju City of South Korea, applying convenience sampling, one of the non-probability sampling methods. For the experimental group, 36 sessions of physical education classes were held for 14 weeks, while the control group received teacher-centered classes. Comparing the results with the control group, the experimental group showed significant differences in terms of all sub factors of self-directed learning abilities, namely; desire for learning, learning objective establishment, basic self-management abilities, selection of learning strategy and self-reflection. Moreover, the experimental group manifested significant differences in terms of all sub factors of attitude towards the physical education subjects, namely; positive emotions, negative emotions, health & physical strength, interpersonal relations, physical activities & movements, and active participation & positive performance. From the findings, it can be considered that physical education classes based on Flipped Learning contributed to improving self-directed learning abilities and attitude towards physical education classes. This result can serve as a significant basic material for designing and performing classes in raising the understanding of Flipped Learning and effectively applying Flipped Learning in physical education classes.

In this paper, we implemented a deep learning-based automatic object tracking and handy motion control drone system and analyzed the performance of the proposed system. The drone system automatically detects and tracks targets by analyzing images obtained from the drone's camera using deep learning algorithms, consisting of the YOLO, the MobileNet, and the deepSORT. Such deep learning-based detection and tracking algorithms have both higher target detection accuracy and processing speed than the conventional color-based algorithm, the CAMShift. In addition, in order to facilitate the drone control by hand from the ground control station, we classified handy motions and generated flight control commands through motion recognition using the YOLO algorithm. It was confirmed that such a deep learning-based target tracking and drone handy motion control system stably track the target and can easily control the drone.
An iterative learning control scheme for exact-tracking control and parameter estimation of uncertain robotic systems is presented. In the learning control structure, tracking and feedforward input converge globally and asymptotically as iteration increases. Since convergence of parameter errors depends only on the persistent exciting condition of system trajectories along the iteration independently of length of trajectories, it may be achieved with only system trajectories of small duration. In addition, these learning control schemes are expected to be effectively applicable to time-varying parametric systems as well as time-invariant systems, for the parameter estimation is performed at each fixed time along the iteration. Finally, no usage of acceleration signal and no in version of estimated inertia matrix in the parameter estimator makes these learning control schemes more feasible.
In this paper, a parameter optimization based iterative learning control strategy is presented for permanent magnet synchronous motor control. This paper analyzes the mechanism of iterative learning control suppressing PMSM torque ripple and discusses the impact of controller parameters on steady-state and dynamic performance of the system. Based on the analysis, an optimization problem is constructed, and the expression of the optimal controller parameter is obtained to adjust the controller parameter online. Experimental research is carried out on a 5.2kW PMSM. The results show that the parameter optimization based iterative learning control proposed in this paper achieves lower torque ripple during steady-state operation and short regulating time of dynamic response, thus satisfying the demands for both steady state and dynamic performance of the speed regulating system.

This paper presented the real-time self-tuning learning control based on evolutionary computation, which proves its superiority in finding of the optimal solution at the off-line learning method. The individuals of the populations are reduced in order to learn the evolutionary strategy in real-time, and new method that guarantee the convergence of evolutionary mutations is proposed. It is possible to control the control object slightly varied as time changes. As the state value of the control object is generated, evolutionary strategy is applied each sampling time because the learning process of an estimation, selection, mutation is done in real-time. These algorithms can be applied; the people who do not have knowledge about the technical tuning of dynamic systems could design the controller or problems in which the characteristics of the system dynamics are slightly varied as time changes.

This paper introduces model-based meta reinforcement learning as a control for the manipulator of an underwater construction robot. Model-based meta reinforcement learning updates the model fast using recent experience in a real application and transfers the model to model predictive control which computes control inputs of the manipulator to reach the target position. The simulation environment for model-based meta reinforcement learning is established using MuJoCo and Gazebo. The real environment of manipulator control for underwater construction robot is set to deal with model uncertainties.

It is not desirable to have too large control input in control systems, because there are usually a limitation for the input magnitude and cost for the input energy. Previous papers in the iterative learning control did not considered on these points. In this paper, an iterative learning control method is proposed for a class of nonlinear systems with consideration on input magnitude by adopting a concept of cost function consisting of the output error and the input magnitude in quadratic form. We proposed a new input update law with an input penalty function. If we choose a reasonable input penalty function, the two control objectives, good command following and small input energy, can be achieved. The characteristics of the proposed method are shown in the simulation examples.
In this paper, a design method of learning flight control system via input matching is proposed. The proposed learning control system is a simple structure which has an artificial neural network and feedback mechanism, and it is a useful method to control nonlinear systems.
