  • PID Control Data Base creation device of DCU is safety operation technology of train door. For keeping the normal condition of door, measured value of regular condition and unusual(trouble detected) condition should be recorded by encoding. The door should be measured itself as this value is compared with standard vale. If it's condition of the door and for reaching the datum point and ot does self-diagnosis. This aim for Technical Realization is that carry out safety train operation by using the Estimation Data Base and protect before door-trouble.

  • A new non linear, mean value, instantaneous following control technique to design half bridge converter is proposed in witch control principle uses characteristic that reset time of analog integrator is inverse proportion In input voltage. It is Important characteristic that compensation and follow-up control time are same with switching frequency. Is completed in one cycle that base control frequency. Have excellence characteristic that follow in order instruction value exactly stationary state as well as transient state. 전수검사에서 얻어진 불완전한 측정 데이터를 사용한 공정관리 (Process Control Based on the Incomplete Measurement Data Obtained from 100% Inspection)

  • A process control procedure is proposed when 100% inspection is performed in a process with excellent capability. Only the incomplete measurement data is assumed to be available, i.e. the specific measurement value of the quality characteristic is not available for each item but it can be determined to be smaller or larger than any prescribed value. In the suggested model, a signal limit is introduced to determine whether the process under study is in control or not. If the quality characteristic of an incoming item exceeds the upper signal or the lower signal limit, the process is determined to be stopped or not by comparing the number of consecutively accepted items with a predetermined threshold number. The procedure is designed based on the type I and II errors. The performance of the model is evaluated by the expected number of items produced under the in-control and out-of-control states until the process is stopped.

  • In a clinical setting, developing a reliable method for the automated drug infusion system would improve a drug therapy under the unexpected and acute changes of hemodynamics. The conventional proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller might not be able to achieve maximum performance because of the unexpected change of the intra- and inter-patient variability. The fuzzy PID control and the conventional PID control were tested under the unexpected response of mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) to a vasopressor agent during acute hypotension. Compared with the conventional PID control, the fuzzy PID control performed the robust MAP regulation regardless of the unexpected MAP response (average absolute value of the error between target value and actual MAP: 0.98 vs. 2.93 mmHg in twice response of the expected MAP and 2.59 vs. 9.75 mmHg in three-times response of the expected MAP). The result was due to the adaptive change of the proportional gain in PID parameters.

  • Automative system and robot are operated by motor. Recently, automative system and robot need correct operation and control for precise task. Therefore they need precise motor control technology. In present, controller needs precise motor control technology in automative system and robot. Usual step motor driver that has 200 steps per revolution is not proper. So we need micro step motor driver that is more precise then usual step motor driver. In this paper, micro step motor driver is used for precise control of step motor.   • A study on the robust control of a composite beam with a distributed PVDF sensor and piezo-ceramic actuator is presented in this paper. $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ natural frequencies are considered in the modeling, because robust control theory which has robustness to structured uncertainty is adopted to suppress the vibration. If the controllers designed by $H_{\infty}$ theory do not satisfy control performance, it is improved by $\mu$-synthesis method with D-K iteration so that the $\mu$-controller based on the structured singular value satisfies the nominal performance and robust performance. Simulation and experiment were carried out with the designed controller and the verification of the robust control properties was presented by results.

  • The optimal glucose concentration for the high-density culture of recombinant yeasts was obtained using dynamic simulation. An adaptive and predictive algoritilm complimented by the rule base was proposed for the control of the fed-batch fermentation process. The measurement of process variables has relatively long sampling period and relatively long time delay characteristics. As one of the solution on these problems, prediction techniques and rule bases were added to a classical recursive identification and control algorithm. Rule bases were used in the determination of control input considering the difference between the predicted value and the measured value. A mathelnatical model was used in the estimation and interpretation of the changes of state variables and parameters. Better performances were obtained by employing the control algorithm proposed in the present study compared to the conventional adaptive control method.

Gum류를 첨가한 우육 Patty의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Beef Patty Containing Gums)

  • In order to investigate the possibility of lwo fat meat products, beef patties were prepared with gums such as carrageenan, methyl cellulose, and xanthangum. The quality characteristics of beef patties were examined. Moisture contents of raw and cooked patties of control were lower than those of patties containing gums, and fat content was higher than those of containing gums. There was no significant difference in the protein contents of patties. In case of L-value(lightness) of raw patty, the control was higher than those patties containing gums. a-(redness) and b-value(yellowness) among patties were not significantly different. Cooking yield, fat retention, and water holding capacity of beef patties containing gums were higher than control beef patty, but salt soluble protein and gel strength were not significantly different. Significant difference did not exist among beef patties in hardness, but the chewiness and gumminess of patties containing gums were higher than control. In case of sensory evaluation, there was no significant difference among patties in aroma and palatability. Texture of control was higher than patties containing gums, and juiciness of control was higher than patties containing carrageenan.

  • Recently, foreign utilities emphasize the importance of the value-added services based on Information Technology(IT) as one of the strategic technologies for establishing a new power system in the future digital society. They develop many different types of the value-added services and apply the systems for customer. In domestic case, the data from the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) System is used only for calculating the tariffs. Data from the AMR system can be strategic assets for utilities to provide the value-added services for customer. Development of the value-added services for utilities and customer needs processing and managing the AMR data. In this paper, the energy consulting service, which is adequate to new power system environment, is suggested for development of the value-added services. The application of the suggested service will bring the effect of reducing the monthly bill for customer. Also the service will give not only the effective demand side management(DSM) and load control, but also reduction of the investment for utilities.

  • This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, activity, leverage, and profitability on firm value, as well as the effect of disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR), which in this study is a moderator and company size as a control variable. The sampling technique used in this study is a purposive sampling method with certain criteria, to obtain a sample of 22 LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. The data analysis method in this study used was the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the SPSS 18 Program. The results show that the ratios of liquidity, activity, leverage, and profitability are significant to firm value in accordance with the initial hypothesis of the study. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a role as a moderating variable and company size variable as a control variable on the effect of financial ratios (liquidity, activity, leverage, and profitability) on firm value. The implication of this research is that CSR has a very important role in increasing company value. To attract more investors, companies must pay attention not only to financial performance but also to social performance. Large-scale companies tend to do more CSR so that the company value will increase.
