구독서비스 가입형태에 따른 불확실성 지각이 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향: 정당화 용이성의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Uncertainty on Continuous Intention by Type of Subscription: The Mediating Role of Ease of Justification)

  • 본 연구는 구독서비스 가입형태(개인가입 vs. 집단가입)가 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 정당화 용이성의 매개효과와 불확실성의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국내 대학생 78명을 대상으로 실험을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 집단가입 형태로 구독서비스를 이용하는 소비자는 개인가입 형태로 구독서비스를 이용하는 소비자에 비해 지속사용의도가 높게 나타났으며, 정당화 용이성은 가입형태에 따라 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 불확실성은 정당화 용이성이 가입형태에 따라 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 구독서비스 가입형태에 따른 소비자의 심리적 매커니즘을 이해하고, 구독서비스를 제공하는 기업에게 유용한 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

  • 코로나19 팬데믹 상황으로 사람들이 실내에서 보내는 시간이 늘어남에 따라 콘텐츠 소비가 증가하고, OTT(Over The Top) 서비스에 대한 수요도 급증하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 OTT 서비스의 특성이 사용자가 지각하는 가치, 만족도, 지속적 이용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석을 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 설문조사를 통해 437개의 응답을 수집하였고, AMOS 26.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, OTT 서비스의 특성은 지각된 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 지각된 가치는 사용자 만족도와 지속적인 이용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이용자 만족도 역시 OTT 서비스를 계속 이용하려는 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, OTT 서비스 특성과 지각된 가치 간의 관계에서 쾌락적 혁신은 편재성을 제외한 다른 모든 관계를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 OTT 서비스 제공자가 사용자의 행동을 이해하는데 있엉 중요한 정보를 제공해 주고 있다.

Design and Implementation of Healthcare System for Chronic Disease Management

  • Chronic diseases management can be effectively achieved through early detection, continuous treatment, observation, and self-management, rather than a radar approach where patients are treated only when they visit a medical facility. However, previous studies have not been able to provide integrated chronic disease management services by considering generalized services such as hypertension and diabetes management, and difficult to expand and link to other services using only specific sensors or services. This paper proposes clinical rule flow model based on medical data analysis to provide personalized care for chronic disease management. Also, we implemented that as Rule-based Smart Healthcare System (RSHS). The proposed system executes chronic diseases management rules, manages events and delivers individualized knowledge information by user's request. The proposed system can be expanded into a variety of applications such as diet and exercise service in the future.

  • This research shows how the perception of digital shadow work varies depending on the user's period of use of digital services in applications, which are key areas of digital services. The purpose of this research is to investigate how the digital shadow work type changes over time. This research adopted a qualitative research method for location-based service "help application" users and examined the change in perception from the app service acceptance stage to the app service continuous use stage with two-times interviews of ten users by a longitudinal research design. This study conducted a longitudinal analysis focusing on how digital shadow work occurs in the application subscription process, exploring phenomenologically how the type changes throughout the process over time.

S-O-R 모델을 활용한 모바일 간편 결제 서비스 지속 사용 의도에 대한 연구 : 소비자 감정의 다중 매개 효과 분석 (Application of the Stimulus-Organism-Response Model on Consumer's Continued Intention to Use Mobile Payment Services : Multiple Mediation Model)

  • This study uses S-O-R framework to examine the relationships among consumers' perception of economic benefits, usefulness, privacy risks, switching cost, and emotions and continued intention usage. Results from an online survey of 324 qualified respondents were analyzed using the structural equation model. The results of the survey showed that first, perceived economic benefits and perceived usefulness has a positively effect on consumers' positive emotions. Second, perceived privacy risks have a negative effect on consumers' positive emotions. Third, perceived usefulness has a negative effect on consumers' negative emotions. Fourth, perceived switching cost has a positive effect on consumers' negative emotions. Fifth, consumers' positive and negative emotions have an effect on continuous usage intention. Sixth, consumers' positive and negative emotions have a mediating effect. The S-O-R model can explain consumer's continued intention to use mobile payment services. The study analyzed the emotional elements of mobile payment services. Emotional elements through mobile payment services can be applied to other financial services. Therefore, this study can guide emotional related practices with various future consumer electronic services.

돈분 액비의 연용이 시설하우스 토양 및 토마토와 오이 수량에 미치는 영향 평가 (Impact of Continuous Application of Swine Slurry on Changes in Soil Properties and Yields of Tomatoes and Cucumbers in a Greenhouse)

  • 돈분뇨 축산 액비의 연용이 토마토와 오이의 수량 및 식물체내 중금속 함량에 미치는 영향과 시설하우스 토양의 화학성 및 중금속 함량에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 2002년부터 2006년까지 5년간 같은 처리구에 동일한 돈분 액비를 계속 처리하였다. 시험에 쓰인 돈분 액비는 SCB, TAO, BMW 등 3종이었으며, 대조구로 화학비료 처리구를 두어 비교하였고, 시설하우스의 토양은 규암통 미사질양토로, 염류나 중금속 함량이 높지 않았다. TAO에 비해 SCB는 질소 함량이 적었고 BMW는 매우 낮았으며, 인산과 칼리 함량도 비슷한 경향을 나타내었다. 세 가지 돈분 액비를 처리했을 때 토마토와 오이의 수량은 화학비료를 처리한 관행시비와 크게 다르지 않아, 축산 액비의 연용이 작물의 수량성에 악영향을 미치지는 않은 것으로 여겨진다. 5년간 돈분 액비를 계속 사용하여 처리한 결과, 토양 화학성에 있어 화학비료 처리구에 비해 인산과 칼리의 함량이 높지 않았으며 중금속 함량도 비슷한 수준이었다. 식물체의 중금속 함량도 관행 화학비료 처리와 크게 다르지 않았으며, 우리나라 시설재배지 작물의 평균 중금속 함량과 비교해서도 높지 않았다. 따라서 돈분뇨 발효 액비를 기비의 질소 시용량 기준으로 처리했을 때에는 토마토와 오이의 수량이 화학비료를 처리했을 때와 대등하였으며, 토양 화학성 측면에서도 나쁜 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 판단된다. 이는 돈분뇨 축산 액비를 질소 기비 수준으로 처리한 결과로서, 단위 면적당 돈분 액비 처리량을 높였을 때에는 다른 결과를 얻을 수 있으므로, 심도있는 검토와 연구가 필요하다.

소셜커머스 신뢰 형성이 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Social Commerce's Trust-Building on Intention of Continuous Use)

  • Social commerce (s-commerce) is a subset of e-commerce and uses social media for social interactions. Although s-commerce has been rapidly growing, disputes between some s-commerce firms and their consumers often occur over issues such as poor customer services, incorrect product information, and late refunds. In order for s-commerce to continuously grow, s-commerce firms need to build consumer-trust in their transaction process to minimize their consumers' uncertainty. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between the multidimensional trust (ability, integrity, benevolence) and the intention of continuous use of s-commerce. Moreover, this study presents antecedent factors needed for trust-building by applying the characteristics of s-commerce, and verifies the relations between the variables. We test and validate the research model and related hypotheses using structural equation modeling based on a survey done on 428 people who have previous experience with s-commerce. The result shows that trust has positive effect on the intention of continuous use, and verifies the necessity of the antecedent factors (social presence, assurance, informativeness, economic feasibility, and seller reputation) for trust-building. This study provides strategy for the continuous growth of s-commerce, and suggests theoretical implication that explains the relationship between the characteristics of s-commerce and consumers.

Monitoring Continuous k-Nearest Neighbor Queries, using c-MBR

  • This paper addresses the problem of monitoring continuous k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) queries. Given a set of moving (or static) objects and a set of moving (or static) query points, monitoring continuous k-NN query retrieves and updates the closest k objects to a query point continually. In order to support location based services (LBSs) in highly dynamic environments, where objects and/or queries are frequently moving, monitoring continuous queries require real-time updated results when objects and/or queries change their locations. Thus, it is important to minimize time delay for maintaining up to date the results. In this paper, we present monitoring method to shorten time delay for updating continuous k-NN queries based on the notion of result region and the minimum bounding rectangle enclosing all objects in each cell, referred to as c-MBR, in the grid index structure. Simulations are conducted to show the efficiency of the proposed method.

Service Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention on Omnichannel-Based Pickup Service

  • Purpose: This study aims to present individual motivation and channel characteristics affecting omnichannel service use, as well as the effect relationship of the brand factor on consumption value, service satisfaction, and continuous usability based on convenience store pickup service, one of online shopping customers' omnichannel use services. Primarily, this study divided consumption value into emotional value and functional value and examined the consumption value characteristics of omnichannel-based pickup service customers. Research design, data and methodology: A questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 324 consumers having the omnichannel-based pickup service user experience in online shopping in Korea. A confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were carried out based on the structural equation to verify hypotheses. Results: According to the analysis result, individual motivation affected the emotional value, and the omnichannel characteristics affected functional value. The brand effect influenced both emotional and functional values. The emotional value affected continuous use intention, and the functional value affected service satisfaction. Conclusions: Therefore, consumers' emotional and functional values showed differences in consumption behavior. In online shopping companies' marketing strategy construction for omnichannel, it was confirmed that a differentiated approach is needed depending on the strategic goal of satisfaction improvement and continuous use intention consolidation.

The Effect of Big Data-based Fashion Shopping Applications on App Users' Continuous Usage Intention

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the characteristics of big data-based fashion shopping (BDFS) application, perceived usefulness, and expectation confirmation that influence the continuous usage intention of BDFS application users based on the expectation-confirmation model. A survey was conducted with female consumers in their 20s, who are living in Seoul and Incheon area and have used BDFS applications, A total of 182 responses were used for the data analysis. Five hypotheses were proposed, and regression analyses were conducted to test those hypotheses. The results indicated that the users' perceived usefulness increased with the increase of accuracy and personalization characteristics of the app and the expectation confirmation. The result suggested that it is essential to provide accurate information for users to feel useful and to develop the personalized offerings and services which can be the biggest strength of the big-data based mobile fashion store. It was also found that continuous usage intention increases with increased perceived usefulness and expectation confirmation. This result suggests that expectations can play a critical role in perceiving the usefulness of BDFS applications and the user's expectation confirmation also significantly affected the users' continuous usage intention.
