Efficient numerical finite element analysis of creeping concrete structures requires the use Kelvin or Maxwell chain model, which is most conveniently identified from a continuous retardation or relaxation spectrum, the spectrum in turn being determined from the given compliance or relaxation function. The method of doing that within the context of solidification theory for creep with aging was previously worked out by Bazant and Xi, but only for the case of a continuous retardation spectrum based on Kelvin chain. The present paper is motivated by the need to incorporate concrete creep into the recently published microplane model M4 for nonlinear triaxial behavior of concrete, including tensile fracturing and behavior under compression. In that context. the Maxwell chain is more effective than Kelvin chain. because of the kinematic constraint of the microplanes used in M4. Determination of the continuous relaxation spectrum for Maxwell chain. based on the solidification theory, is outlined and numerical examples are presented.

The needs of strategic approach toward the usage of the Internet in corporate context are increasingly important as digital economy changes the way of doing business. However, companies are not easily taking the opportunity since the strategic use of the Internet is difficult because of the conflicts in distribution, business process, organization structure, etc. The Internet strategy applicable to companies in a generic context is proposed by identifying the CSFs (Critical Sucess Factors) in exploiting the potential of the internet. CSFs are derived by the previous study and case analysis, from which two most important factors are chosen based on a survey. In the survey, the ranking of the significance of the 8 CFSs from the 25 cases is questioned to the internet experts. Then a $2{\times}$2$ matrix is designed to find the optimal area for a company to be successful in the Internet usage. The strategy suggested here appears to be the shifting strategy in order to be in the optimal area in using the Internet strategically.

When comparing media freedom in Malaysia, Myanmar, and Thailand, so-called "fake news" appears as threats to a deliberative (online) public sphere in these three diverse contexts. However, "racist propaganda", "information operations" and "negative campaigning" might be more accurate terms that explain these forms of systematic manipulative political communication. The three cases show forms of disinformation in under-researched contexts and thereby expand the often Western focused discourses on hate speech and fake news. Additionally, the analysis shows that harmful disinformation disseminated online originates from differing contextual trajectories and is not an "online phenomenon". Drawing on an analysis of connotative context factors, this explorative comparative study enables an understanding of different forms of harmful disinformation in Malaysia, Myanmar, and Thailand. The connotative context factors were inductively inferred from 32 expert interviews providing explanations for the formation of political communication (control) mechanisms.

최근 u-healthcare 서비스 분야에서 단일 시점의 일반화된 치료가 아닌 장시간 개개인의 특성이 반영된 진료와 의료 서비스에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 생체 신호 해석은 임상적인 실험을 통해 얻은 표준화된 임계치를 이용해 분석하는 일관된 판단 방법이 주를 이루었다. 본 논문에서는 미래형 홈 환경에서 사용자에 따라 다른 신호 해석을 지원하는 사용자 적응적 생체 신호 해석 방법을 제안한다. 생체 신호 해석은 사용자의 컨텍스트와 환경 컨텍스트를 통합하는 모듈과, 지식표현 기법을 적용한 개인화된 추론 모듈로 구성된다. 제안된 방법은 사용자 정황 정보를 고려하여 사용자 적응적인 생체 신호 해석을 지원하며, 환경 컨텍스트를 고려하여 환경의 변화에 영향을 최소화하는 생체 신호 해석을 지원한다. 또한 사상의학 이론을 생체신호 해석에 동적으로 적용할 수 있는 틀을 제공한다. 이는 추후 미래형 홈 환경에서 다양한 종류의 센서와 함께 개인화된 맞춤형 재택 건강관리 서비스에 활용할 수 있다.

Given the diverse environmental contexts of universities worldwide there is a need for a theoretical orientation that addresses the entrepreneurial university in a range of settings. Applying the institutional perspective this research explores how universities are strongly influenced by, as well as active influencers in, their surrounding environment. To do this, we examine case narratives of two universities in each of the following countries: Norway, Sweden, Finland, the UK, and the U.S. Analysis focuses on five entrepreneurial dimensions as defined by Nelles and Vorley (2010a): Structures, Systems, Leadership, Strategies, and Culture while examining the impact of regional and national context at regulative, normative, and cognitive levels of analysis. We address two research questions: How do universities interact with their institutional context in developing entrepreneurially and what actors and forces are most important in motivating institutional change in developing a university's entrepreneurial architecture?

This paper proposes an algorithm for analyzing illocutionary force type (IfT)s in a dialogue, based on the context and modal information in the ending of a word. In korean, the variation of an illocutionary force type that represents a speaker's intention frequently occurs at the ending of a word, according to the type of modal information. And in an analysis of speech acts, the modal information illocutionary force types. In this paper, we analyze real dialogue dta, classify the types of illocutionary forces, perform the manual tagging of IFTs and show the freqency of each IFT's occurence. And we also propose an algorithm to extract IFTs, based on the relationship between the analyzed IFTs and the endings of a word. And we use this proposed algorithm to make an experiment on dialogue data and show its efficiency.

The purpose of this study is to examine two different types of meal experiences as the experimental factors and empirically incorporates a context specific approach into the measurement of bakery attractiveness. The study used frequency analysis to examine the demography of respondents, t-test to compare the importance rating of each attribute for its contribution to the selection of a bakery in terms of each type of meal, and anova analysis to compare the satisfaction rating of each attribute for its contribution to the selection of a bakery in the context of regular meal and a eating between meal The study indicated the implications of these findings concerning marketing and development initiatives to improve the physical and perceptual attractiveness of the bakerys.

Appropriation is essential for innovators to succeed. Traditionally, among various appropriation mechanisms, patents and secrecy have received attention, and the differential role of patents has been highlighted according to different industries or sectors. These discussions give a rough idea, however, and do not yield concrete directives for strategies in the context of innovation management. This paper describes an analysis of the effect of a firm's position within the value chain and the objectives of innovative activities with appropriation mechanisms. Multivariate analysis of diverse appropriation mechanisms using Korean innovation survey data revealed a specific combination of mechanisms and significant determinants in the context of objectives of innovative activities.

Recently, many internet users are using mobile music service. In this paper, we aim to examine the effects of system quality factors and relation quality factors on continuance intention in the context of mobile music service. In order to analyze the antecedents of continuance intention, we introduced independent variables such as ease of use, stability, trust, involvement and unity. We also consider customer value and customer satisfaction as mediators. For empirical analysis, we surveyed 240 users of mobile music service. We conduct PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis for SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). As a result, 8 of proposed 12 hypotheses were accepted. Especially, system quality, trust and unity show positive influence on customer satisfaction significantly. Involvement and unity are positively related to customer value. Customer value and customer satisfaction show positive influence on continuance intention significantly. The results of this research can be useful guidelines for mobile music service users and providers.

Archival appraisal has been a significant field and demanding task in thoughts and practice about modern archive, in particular, because of insufficiency of resources for the preservation in comparison with the large scale of recorded information. Appraising records does naturally go with the selecting and acquiring them. In the field of appraisal, however, comprehensive accountability on appraisal is much more important than selection and acquisition. The purpose of this study is the proposition of the theoretic approach to the analysis of the factors concerning the archival appraisal. For this purpose, I would try not the actual practice of the archival appraisal but theoretical categories of archival appraisal decision. The archival Characteristic, Value, and Context will be proposed as theoretical categories for the analysis of archival appraisal decision. Firstly, Characteristic category makes it clear to identify the reliable and authentic records, and then, Value provides us with elucidation about the appraisers' recognition of values. Lastly, Context explains the priority of selection throughout creating, using, interrelationship, and social meaning of archives.
