온톨로지 기반의 IoT 상황 정보 모델링 및 시맨틱 기반 IoT 매쉬업 서비스 구현 (Ontology-based IoT Context Information Modeling and Semantic-based IoT Mashup Services Implementation)

  • 시맨틱 기반 IoT 시스템을 통하여 제공되는 시맨틱 정보는 우리가 지금까지 알고 경험해 왔던 것과는 전혀 다른 새로운 고부가가치 결과물을 만들 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 현재 IoT 기술 및 응용에 대한 핵심이슈는 지능적 IoT 플랫폼 아키텍쳐의 개발이다. 본 논문에서 제안된 시스템은 클라우드 컴퓨터에서 센서들의 IoT 데이터를 취합하고, 이들을 RDF로 변환한 후 시맨틱 주석 처리한다. 변환된 시맨틱 데이터는 온톨로지 레포지토리를 통해 공유되고 활용된다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경으로써 KT의 IoTMakers를 이용하고, 온톨로지 레포지토리는 Jena의 Fuseki 서버를 사용하여 SPARQL 질의 결과를 Daum Map API와 Highcharts API를 사용하여 웹으로 표현하였다. 이를 통해 사람들이 시맨틱 IoT 매쉬업 서비스를 쉽게 접근할 기회를 제공하여 다양한 응용 가능성을 가진다.

호주 금융시장 변동성의 장기기억 특성: VaR 접근법 (Long Memory Properties in the Volatility of Australian Financial Markets: A VaR Approach)

  • 본 논문은 호주 금융시장의 두 가지 시계열(ASX200 주가지수와 AUD/USD 환율)의 수익률 자료에 존재할 수 있는 장기기억 변동성 특성을 모형화하는 데 skewed Student-t 분포가 유용한지를 연구한다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여 FIGARCH 및 FIAPARCH Value-at-Risk (VaR) 모형을 교란항에 대한 정규분포, Student-t 분포 및 치우친 Student-t 분포 가정하에서 평가한다. 실증분석 결과 skewed Student-t 분포 모형이 정규분포 모형이나 Student-t 분포 모형보다 호주 금융시장의 VaR을 더 정확하게 추정한다는 발견하였다. 따라서 자산 수익률 분포의 왜도 및 첨도를 고려하는 것은 호주 주식시장과 외환시장의 장기기억 변동성 모형을 검토할 때 적절한 모형선택 기준을 제공한다는 것을 알 수 있다.

DonorsChoose의 기부형 크라우드펀딩에 기반한 가치공동창출 모델링 (Value Co-creation Modeling of DonorsChoose's Donation-based Crowdfunding)

  • Donation-based crowdfunding(DBC) is conducted from voluntary participation by project operators. It requires a different operational strategy than general crowdfunding. However, there is a limited amount of research on the operational strategy of DBC. This study explores the value co-creation(VCC) strategy of DBC and analyzes the operation of DonorsChoose.org. The research questions encompass the following: First, we identify the VCC activities of DBC. Second, we uncover activities of the platform operators that facilitate the participation of project operators in VCC activities. Third, we explore how VCC activities affect project operational performance and platform performance in DBC. By adopting a single case study method on DonorsChoose.org, this study provides meaningful insight and detailed understanding into the VCC in DBC. First, VCC processes of DBC are identified(Co-ideation, Co-design, Co-funding, Co-operation, and Co-evaluation). Also, interactions between platform operators and project operators were defined at each stage. Second, this study confirmed that standardization and simplification of platform operators, support for pre- and post-activity, and high-quality information delivery activities were critical. Third, we confirm that these VCC activities improve VCC operational performance and platform performance. The theoretical significance of this study is that the concept of VCC, previously concentrated on participants with economic drivers(consumers and investors), has been applied to the context of DBC, a form of participation by participants with non-economic drivers(supporters and donors). In addition, this study practically contributes to the practice of VCC strategy among various platform operating strategies in DBC.

The Effects of Chatbot Service Quality, Trust, and Satisfaction on Chatbot Reuse Intention and Store Reuse Intention

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of chatbot service quality, chatbot trust, and chatbot satisfaction on chatbot reuse intention and store reuse intention. Research design, data, and methodology: We reviewed the literature on domestic and international chatbots, established hypotheses, and analyzed them. We empirically analyzed the process model in which chatbot service quality (interaction quality, information quality) has a positive effect on chatbot trust and chatbot satisfaction, and that chatbot trust and satisfaction positively affect chatbot reuse intention and store reuse intention. A survey was conducted on 212 people who had used shopping mall chatbots and financial service chatbots after demonstrating the shopping mall chatbot video. Structural equation modeling was conducted by using AMOS 24.0 to test the proposed relationships. Results: As a result of the empirical analysis, the effects of interaction quality on chatbot trust and information quality on chatbot satisfaction were not supported, but the rest of the hypotheses were statistically significant. It was found that the information quality of chatbot service had a positive effect on chatbot trust, but did not significantly affect chatbot satisfaction. In addition, the interaction quality of the chatbot positively affects the satisfaction of the chatbot, but it does not significantly affect the trust of the chatbot. Chatbot trust was found to have a positive effect on chatbot satisfaction. Chatbot trust and chatbot satisfaction were found to have a positive influence on the intention to reuse the chatbot. And, chatbot trust and chatbot satisfaction were found to have a positive influence on store reuse intention. Conclusions: The findings of this study offer significant theoretical and managerial contributions in the context of chatbot. Chatbots should enhance customer contact quality management from the perspective of total customer experience management rather than partial function. When providing a chatbot service, it is more desirable to give priority to providing accurate information to increase trust, and at the same time to improve customer satisfaction by increasing the quality of interaction. And in order to increase the competitive advantage of companies, the purpose of introducing chatbots should be clarified and approached strategically.

  • Document page segmentation is an important step in building a quality optical character recognition module. The study examined already existing work on the topic of page segmentation and focused on the development of a segmentation model that has greater functional significance for application in an organization, as well as broad capabilities for managing the quality of the model. The main problems of document segmentation were highlighted, which include a complex background of intersecting objects. As classes for detection, not only classic text, table and figure were selected, but also additional types, such as signature, logo and table without borders (or with partially missing borders). This made it possible to pose a non-trivial task of detecting non-standard document elements. The authors compared existing neural network architectures for object detection based on published research data. The most suitable architecture was RetinaNet. To ensure the possibility of quality control of the model, a method based on neural network modeling using the RetinaNet architecture is proposed. During the study, several models were built, the quality of which was assessed on the test sample using the Mean average Precision metric. The best result among the constructed algorithms was shown by a model that includes four neural networks: the focus of the first neural network on detecting tables and tables without borders, the second - seals and signatures, the third - pictures and logos, and the fourth - text. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that the approach based on four neural networks showed the best results in accordance with the objectives of the study on the test sample in the context of most classes of detection. The method proposed in the article can be used to recognize other objects. A promising direction in which the analysis can be continued is the segmentation of tables; the areas of the table that differ in function will act as classes: heading, cell with a name, cell with data, empty cell.

소셜데이터 분석을 통한 포스트 코로나 시대 농촌관광의 변화와 적용방안 (Changes and Applications of Rural Tourism in the Post-COVID-19 Era through Social Data Analysis)

  • This study analysed changes in rural tourism between before and after COVID-19 using LDA topic analysis. In order to understand the changes in rural tourism, blog data including the keyword 'Gochang-gun travel' was used. As a result of LDA topic analysis with blog data retrieved, the study found nine topics in 2019 and 2020. 2019 and 2020 are, generally, consistent in topics, but the three topics related to rural experiential tourism that appeared in 2019 did not appear in 2020. In 2020, three new topics emerged: Beach vacations and campings. New travel activities of noncontact with other people(Untact tourism in Korean context) in the COVID-19 era, and The negative impacts on travel businesses and behaviours from COVID-19. Especially, the adverse effects of COVID-19 have made an enormous decline in rural experience tourism destinations and cancellation of local festivals. On the other hand, new tourism activities have emerged due to COVID-19. Those activities have included camping, drive-thru destinations, and cycling. Ecological and natural tourist sites such as Ungok Wetland, Seonunsan Mountain, Seonunsa Temple, and Gusipo Beach appeared. These tourist destinations have a quiet atmosphere and less density place noncontacting with other people when visiting. Also, because overseas travel has become difficult, long-term stay travel in rural areas has appeared. This study indicates that COVID-19 has less impacted rural tourism than other tourism destinations with these positive and negative impacts.

  • 3D 모델링 기술과 대화 인공지능 알고리즘의 발달로 인해 다양한 분야에서 디지털 휴먼이 활용되고 있고, 신한 은행, 농협 은행 등 주요 은행을 중심으로 은행에서도 가상 은행원이 등장하기 시작했다. 그러나 디지털 휴먼과 관련된 연구는 주로 외형 위주이며, 로봇 의인화 과정에서 고려되어야 하는 퍼소나 설정에 대한 연구는 미비하다. 본 연구에서는 은행 업무라는 구체적인 맥락에서 발화 전략의 의인화 수준과 개인정보 활용 수준이 다른 3가지 시나리오(학생증 수령, 입출금 통장 개설, 전세 자금 대출 상담)에 대한 사용자 경험을 알아보기 위해 실험을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 사회적 실재감과 유용성은 시나리오와 의인화 수준에 대해 상호작용 효과가 있었다. 친밀감, 신뢰도, 인지된 지능에는 상호작용 효과가 없었지만 경향성을 확인 할 수 있었다.

화강암의 실내 가열실험에 대한 수치해석적 검토 (Numerical Analysis of Laboratory Heating Experiment on Granite Specimen)

  • 고준위방사성폐기물의 지중저장 안정성 평가의 일환으로 가열 중인 화강암의 온도변화와 열응력 발생 양상을 파악하기 위하여 가열실험을 실시하였다. 폐기물의 붕괴열 발생조건을 가정하고 정육면체 형태의 화강암 시편에 적용하여 온도와 변위의 분포를 측정하였다. 시편의 온도는 가열봉에서 발생하는 전도로 인하여 즉각적으로 상승하지만 동시에 외기에 노출되거나 하중재하장치에 접촉되어 있는 표면을 통하여 상당한 양의 열에너지가 소산되었다. 해당 실험에 대한 분석과 이해를 위해 실험조건을 삼차원 유한요소 수치해석으로 재구현하였다. 실험에서 관찰된 열-역학 연계 현상과 주변조건의 변화를 해석에 적용하고 이를 실내실험 결과와 비교하여 검증하였다. 이를 통해 가열실험에 영향을 주는 인자들을 분석하고 향후 관련 연구에서 고려되어야 할 부분을 요약하였다.

체험형 패션 매장 내 체험적 요소가 점포 애착을 매개로 소비자 충성도에 미치는 영향 -패션 혁신성의 조절효과를 중심으로- (Effects of Experience Factors in Experiential Fashion Store on Consumer Loyalty Mediated by Store Attachment -Focusing on the Moderating Role of Fashion Innovativeness-)

  • As more consumers have turned to online shopping since the COVID-19 pandemic, communication through offline channels has also entered a new phase. Young consumers recognize offline channels as a play space for enjoying various experience elements. Applying Pine and Gilmore's (1998) experiential economy theory, this study initially explores the structure of experience factors in the context of experiential fashion stores (RQ1). Next, we investigate the effect of experience factors on consumer loyalty by mediating store attachment (RQ2). In addition, the moderating effect of fashion innovativeness was verified (RQ3). This survey targeted members of the MZ generation who have visited experiential fashion stores. A total of 225 survey responses were analyzed using AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 26.0. First, as a result of factor analysis, the experience factors of experiential fashion stores were classified into education, escapism, and aesthetic entertainment. Secondly, as a result of structural equation modeling (SEM), all three experience factors positively affected store attachment, and increased attachment positively enhanced consumer loyalty. Finally, as a result of multigroup SEM analysis, consumers with low fashion innovativeness considered educational experience as an important factor in inducing store attachment, while consumers with high fashion innovativeness value escapism and aesthetic entertainment experiences.

고객의 셀프서비스 테크놀로지로의 전환요인에 대한 실증연구 (A Study on the Determinants of Consumers' Intention to Switch to New Self-service Technologies in Banking Industry)

  • 본 연구는 은행 산업에서 소비자가 기존의 대면 서비스에서 셀프서비스 테크놀로지로 전환하는데 영향을 주는 요인을 도출 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로 고객의 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로, 기존의 서비스에 대한 태도, 은행에 대한 태도, 그리고 전환에 따라 예상되는 결과를 제시하였고, 이들의 관계를 구조방정식모델을 통해 실증하였다. 분석결과 은행직원, 인터넷뱅킹, 그리고 현금입출금기기에 대한 소비자의 태도가 은행에 대한 태도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특정 셀프서비스 기기에 대한 태도와 예상 결과 관계에서는, 인터넷 뱅킹과 자동 현금입출금기기에 대한 태도는 유용성과 즐거움의 대한 기대에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 인터넷뱅킹과 은행직원은 사회적 수용에 대한 기대에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 은행에 대한 태도도 역시 즐거움이 직접적 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특정 셀프서비스 기기에 대한 태도와 전환의도와의 관계에서, 인터넷 뱅킹에 대한 태도는 전환의도에 정의 영향을 미치는 반면, 자동 현금입출금기기에 대한 태도는 전환의도에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 예상되는 결과에 대한 기대에서 즐거움과 사회적 수용성은 전환의도에 정의 영향을 미치는 반면, 유용성은 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
