Economic crisis, efforts to overcome the digital content industry development at home and abroad have been racing in the country's future lies in the digital content industry. Therefore, the digital content industry through vision, model identification knowledge-based global digital content market-based deployment is required. For research purposes the digital content industry to derive an alternative to national industrial development that will lay the groundwork. The deployment order for the first digital content industry, SWOT analysis performed to derive the Korean-specific model. As a result, measures based on the advancement of digital content industry as a long-term vision and specific goals are presented as staged. The age of convergence of the u-media content markets in government, corporations, consumers, and these form the structure of a virtuous cycle distribution systems for energy by being active, synergistic effects are obtained. Above all, based on the content industry to secure internal and external growth is key. Vision of the digital content, the growth momentum of the national social development policies to be used as a role model by changing the way a series of courses is required.

This study suggests that the application of split screen as visual media can attain the effect of diversity through providing rich information and accepting diverse contents as gorgeous aesthetics. Single images are analyzed as appropriate to a demanded concentration genre such as news and dramas, entertainment. In contrast, images with natural images and ads images those are more appropriate and analyzed as the genre of the split-screen which is highly efficiency to the contents and also highly efficiency to the spatial diversification. In introducing various genres of digital contents into split screen, the synergy of contents is induced by placement in consideration of the characteristics of split screen position. In order to increase the concentration of the split-screen image, using the left area and right area above it, can increase the effectiveness of the content.

The effects of fines contents in OCC stock on the wet pressing process were evaluated in this study. The fines were collected from the beaten OCC stock by using 200 mesh. The dryness of handsheet samples after the couch and after the 1st wet press were greatly affected by the fine contents of the OCC stock. The higher contents of fines resulted in the lower value in dryness but the higher value of density followed by the higher strength properties. The addition of the retention aids and the drainage aids on the OCC stocks showed the wet pressing efficiency were greatly affected by the fine contents rather than the addition of polymer additives. The increase in the fine retention by the polymer additives offset the improvement in the wet pressing efficiency originated from the polymer additives.
