With the development of information technology and digitalization in these days, information network of library has been accomplished rapidly. The use and concern on Multimedia contents are increasing in the digital library based on information network. In this study I examined the definition of Multimedia contents and analysed the contents services and contents management for the use of Multimedia contents in digital library. As a result. the effect of information technology is important for changing of information environment. Moreover, the multimedia which are resources whose information demand of the user is various contents with it is changing the possibility of knowing it was with application.

In this paper, we propose integrated guidelines of effective e-Learning management system based on LMS(Learning Management System), LCMS(Learning Contents Management System), Authoring Tools by linking e-Learning system to management. The purpose of the study is to describe the present condition and major characteristics of domestic e-Learning System and to recommend quality assurance related to main functions and practical use of the corporate e-learning in multiple ways and implementation strategies to fit facilitator, tutor, learner.

The research tried to realize the policy which serves Innovation ability for culture-contents producer, and culture-contents producer's Innovation ability which impacts OSMU of contents in the policies of government for vitalizations of culture-contents industry. As a result, we have reached the conclusion that the supportive policies for technology, exports and marketing were effective to strengthen the innovation ability of management of human resource, creation and production area. Also we have found that content's OSMU has been influenced by innovation ability. The implication of this study are followed. First, the policies which are intended to revitalize the culture content industry by government has the effect that are some different ones from the settlement and intention. Second, the production industry of animation do still passive and closed organization management, without the efforts for opened and cooperative management. Therefore, the efforts of government which are more practical and realistic supports to revitalize and based on strategic cooperation of industry.

It is not easy to control the unstructured digital contents efficiently which are usually created while carrying out the wide scope of managerial activities. Moreover, besides the existing EDMS method, new methodologies including new-type servers and clients like SBC, VDI, thin client, zero client, etc are said to be more efficient for managing digital contents. Usually, digital contents has been created and stored in the dispersed individual computers like laptop or desktop. Today, due to the advent of new technologies and devices for computer systems and network capacity, it's possible to store whole digital contents within centralized storage like EDMS. In this paper, it is shown how digital contents can be controled through selection of which approaches are used for individual users and storage servers. For alternatives, we explained implementation, merits and demerits, selection criteria, etc. And a case of the implementation of digital contents control is shown for the reference of related systems.

This study is a content analysis of housing management as shown in the Sa-so-jul. This book is written by Lee, Duk Moo in 1741 during Chosun dynasty. This contents relates to life management. The contents of housing management were storage cleaning and equipment management. The major findings this study are as follows. 1) Housing management was charged with woman. 2) Contents of housing managements were storage cleaning and equipment management. 3) It goes into detial. 4) Housing management relates to clothing & food management. 5) In the traditional society woman have to upright in her actions which is housing management. But today things are not what they used to be. A woman does not think anymore to do work housekeeping. But an idea of life does not change. So it is following as shown in the Sa-so-jul. 1) We must to clean for housing management. 2) Housing management is for my family and our neighborhood.

Currently for the development of internet and network technology, since request of service for the large volume multimedia data has been more increased, multimedia users want the convenience and accuracy of multimedia service system about storing and retrieving of the multimedia contents. To satisfy the request of users, metadata management for the diverse information of multimedia contents is very important. However, the metadata management for the multimedia contents is difficult because the metadata standards are different each other for the type of multimedia data and service. In this paper, we propose the integration metadata management system structure which extends previous metadata management system based on text for the multimedia contents metadata which are expressed differently each other according to the multimedia data or service type.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the housewives' needs for educational program. In this study the needs lot housewives educational program are consisted on 3 areas ; 1. program contents, 2. program management and 3. program activization plan. For the survey and statistical analysis the questionares from 445 full-time housewives who participate in educational program at present are used. The results of this study are following； 1, in the area of program contents the needs for housing/health, nutrition, family life planning for elderly stage and enhancement of parents-children relationship are very high. This contents are very related with research topics of human ecology. So the researcher of our science are expected to be involved more in the related program development and actualization in the field. 2. in the area of program management the needs for the concret management process such as human resource management and education period are much higher than the educational provision. 3. in the area of program activization the systematization of the program incording with program level is most needed. 4. the housewive who are keeping the social characteristics such as social orientation, the motivation of social integration, the participation in the social-oriented educational program have higher needs for the most entire program contents, management and activization plan.

This study is to investigate and analyze on the status and problems of knowledge & information contents management in the financial institution of Korea. The domain of research was made of user library, and archives management. The result of the study was as follows: 1) to provided knowledge & information contents on user. 2) to generated the problems on utilization and production knowledge & information contents as the lack of understanding 3) to had little understanding on knowledge information share and management. For example, to differ archives management and library. So, the researcher proposed an active programs on the above problems.
