The objectives of this study is to create an environment which students could apply effectively through focused on the innovative methods of education and CAD course contents. The facts which were able to figure out from this study were as follows ; 1. After the analysis of the CAD course contents of the american universities, their common contents were in order of introduce to Computer Aided Drafting and design with Auto CAD/ provide fundamental knowledge of the application for use in design/ examine and how this effects 2 D image and model creation/ CAD as a design tool . Over all trend of CAD course contents of interior design program in american university is moving toward utilizing CAD as a design tool. 2. On the other hand, common contents of our local universities were simply introducing CAD. It means that our course contents are more methodological and theoreatical . And american university's program is focused on problem solving solution as a design tool.

T-DMB hybrid data service provides advanced data services while maintaining backward compatibility with legacy T-DMB receivers by using hybrid BIFS technology enabling distributed delivery of scene description information and object description information. This paper presents the hybrid service authoring framework implementing hybrid BIFS technology for creating contents for distributed delivery, and the results of experiments by using it. Hybrid service authoring framework is comprised of service creation system, service management system, and contents offering system. It enables the creation of combined hybrid data service and the splitting of the contents into two parts for ecah delivery network, data for broadcasting network and the data for mobile network. It also enables the managements of the contents. The feasibility of advanced data services while maintaining backward compatibility with the legacy T-DMB receiver has been proved by the contents created by using the hybrid authoring framework presented in this paper.

Recently, with the growing use of e-learning, instructors develop new online courses using a variety of contents and then store the results on their computers. These contents should be updated with new information as time goes on, and a new content also can be produced by reusing these ones. However, a lot of time will be needed for instructors to search, edit, and manage various contents stored from place to place on their computers. Currently, the development of the e-learning content management tool. which performs efficiently these functions on the PC environment, leaves much to be desired. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed an e-learning content creation and management system which can manage efficiently a variety of contents stored from different locations on an instructor's computer and can develop easily new online courses. The proposed system can be used widely to develop contents for instructors based on the PC environment. For performance evaluation, this paper compared the proposed system with the previous system according to the retrieval time of content keyword, and the experiment showed that our system is much better than the previous one.

This study examines the concept of contents and contents management. This study, then, analyses contents management systems in terms of contents creation, storage and service. Finally, it suggests some recommendations for implementing contents management systems. The suggestions of the study can be used for implementing effective Web content management in the future.

The research tried to realize the policy which serves Innovation ability for culture-contents producer, and culture-contents producer's Innovation ability which impacts OSMU of contents in the policies of government for vitalizations of culture-contents industry. As a result, we have reached the conclusion that the supportive policies for technology, exports and marketing were effective to strengthen the innovation ability of management of human resource, creation and production area. Also we have found that content's OSMU has been influenced by innovation ability. The implication of this study are followed. First, the policies which are intended to revitalize the culture content industry by government has the effect that are some different ones from the settlement and intention. Second, the production industry of animation do still passive and closed organization management, without the efforts for opened and cooperative management. Therefore, the efforts of government which are more practical and realistic supports to revitalize and based on strategic cooperation of industry.

Using CBD methodology, Components have been developed. In this paper, we explained that Object-oriented Design frameworks are increasingly recognized as better components than objects. And we discussed the framework concept and component configuration management method using changes. Finally, we explained object sharing in several frameworks and new framework creation process.

To improve urban safety there is an increasing social need for environmental design against crime, which is defined as the creation of inconvenient environments or situations for criminal offenders. By using a cluster analysis, we aimed to clarify crime occurrence patterns from the perspective of land-use. Osaka Prefecture was chosen as the study area because it has the highest crime rate in Japan. The results revealed that there are six patterns of crime occurrence, and that cities of medium-level of mixed land-use have the lowest crime rates.

본 연구에서는 고맥락 문화의 대표국인 일본과 저맥락 문화의 대표국인 미국에서 제작되고 있는 소녀 대상 만화의 표현 발달과 성립에 대한 비교분석을 하였다. 동서양 문화권에 따른 비교연구는 소녀만화 표현 매커니즘에 대한 정서적 차이를 구명할 수 있으며, 그 표현영역 확장에도 근거를 제시할 수 있다고 사료된다. 특히, 소녀만화의 표현 매커니즘의 가장 기본이 되는 <칸의 구조>를 살펴보는 것은 소녀 대상 만화를 보다 자생력있는 문화콘텐츠로 육성하기 위한 이론적 토대가 될 것으로 사료된다.
