The prevention of safety accidents can be achieved through Harvey's 3E's: Engineering, Enforcement, and Education. On construction sites, however, enforcement and engineering did not prove to be valid ways of reducing the number of safety accidents, as enforcement and engineering have failed to overcome and/or supplement the realistic limits regarding the relatively lower education levels of construction workers and the communication issues with foreign workers. On the other hand, safety education can enable the advancement of safety management by enhancing the educational contents and their methods of delivery. To improve the efficiency of safety education via educational contents, this research conducted a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the validity of the newly educational contents by overviewing possible accident types in different work phases. Of the accident types identified by the qualitative analysis, neither highly important nor insignificant accident types were found, yet all the suggested types are found to be required. In addition, this study did not find any significant differences in the occurrence probability of safety accidents related to the level of importance of each type of accident. The qualitative analysis in this research verified that the suggested accident types can be valid, educational material that can take into account future safety accidents.

최근 들어 영상과 음악을 중심으로 한 대중문화 콘텐츠와 관련이 있는 관광지가 관심을 끌고 있다. 지방자치단체에서는 드라마나 영화 촬영을 위한 세트장 건립을 활발하게 추진하고 있고, 관광자들은 대중문화 콘텐츠를 통한 관광지에 대한 관심을 직접 방문을 통해 체험하고자 한다. 관광지는 관광자들의 체험과 관광지가 제공하는 체험 요소들이 모여 형성된 공동의 의미체계이다. 본 논문에서는 관광 스토리텔링에 관한 개념화를 시도함과 동시에 대중문화 콘텐츠를 활용한 관광지 스토리텔링 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

This paper is concerned with effects of Mn and heat-input on the mechanical properties of EGW welds. Four different kinds of welding consumables were fabricated by varying Mn contents such as 1.3, 1.5, 1.7, 2.0%Mn and each consumable was welded for EGW on four heat-input conditions between 190 and 340 KJ/Cm. Mn contents were decreased as heat-input increases and alloy elements (C, Si, Ti, B, Al) to deoxidize easily also revealed similar tendency to Mn. Their microstructure, Charpy impact property and strength were investigated, and it is found that Charpy impact property and strength exhibit a strong dependence on change of microstructure by Mn contents and heat-input. The increase of Mn contents or the decrease of heat-input made the microstructure fine and increase volume fraction of acicular ferrite, thereby leading to the great improvement of Charpy impact property and strength. In case of single EGW, optimum Mn contents are over 1.7% for the toughness and strength.

Existing improvement measures for resource management are merely concentrating on the document automation only. In addition, such improvements rarely benefit metal millwork management. Following the trend of constructing high rise and multi-complex buildings, the importance of resource management from the aspect of construction project management is being emphasized. Metal work resources are critical most of construction projects, it became a target for special management. Therefore, the study has determined work process of metal work resource management, for the metal millwork is one of the most important construction materials most of construction projects, and proposed a web based module for improving the management task.

최근 유지관리 단계에서 BIM (Building Information Modeling)을 이용하여 시설물 유지관리 효율성과 성능개선을 도모하기 위한 연구들이 시작되고 있다. 현행의시설물 유지관리 업무에서는 준공도서를 효과적으로 활용하고 있지 못하고 있으며, 유지관리 단계의 의사결정을 위한 정보체계 미흡, 자산관리 체계 미흡 등으로 효율성 측면에서 유지관리 운영의 한계를 나타내고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 시설물의 3차원 형상정보 관리체계와 능동적 의사결정 모델 등 BIM기술을 활용한 유지관리 방법론을 제시한다. 제시된 방법론의 핵심인 BIM모델을 활용함으로써 시설물의 유지관리 정보의 통합관리와 시설물 성능관리에 대한 효율적 의사결정을 지금보다 쉽게 할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 기존에 운영 중인 항만건설통합정보시스템의 활용성과 시스템 운영관리의 효율성을 높이기 위해 시스템을 통합화하였다. 도로와 항만 건설사업관리는 대상목적물만 다르고 기본적인 업무프로세스는 유사하다. 따라서 통합 개발기간을 단축하고 안정적으로 통합화하기 위해 항만건설통합정보시스템을 기존에 운영하고 있는 도로건설사업관리시스템으로 통합하는 방식으로 추진하였다. 도로건설사업관리시스템은 항만건설통합정보시스템보다 시스템 사용이 쉽고 편리하며 건설사업관리 업무프로세스 지원 및 관리기능이 안정적으로 설계되었다. 본 연구는 시스템 통합화 과정에서 겪었던 애로사항과 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 타 시스템을 통합화할 경우에 본 연구 결과를 활용한다면 반복적인 시행착오를 미연에 예방할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Recently, prepackaged-type surface preparation materials using redispersible polymer powders are widely used for interior and exterior finishing in the construction work. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance and the quality of prepackaged-type surface preparation materials using a VA/E/MMA terpolymer powder. Surface preparation materials using a VA/E/MMA terpolymer powder were prepared with shrinkage reducing agent contents of 0, 4 % and cellulose fiber contents of 0, 0.5, 1.0 %, and tested for drying shrinkage, strengths, adhesion in tension, crack and impact resistance, water absorption, permeability. As a result, prepackaged-type surface preparation materials show outstanding performance depending on the shrinkage reducing agent and cellulose fiber contents.
