The main goal of the research is to develop instructional consulting manual to help math teachers improve classroom teaching. Improving the quality of teaching in schools is stressed as a central focus of meaningful classroom instruction and high quality education. In this research, teaching consulting was defined as an activity that covers reflection process oriented towards formative assessment and continuing professional development. Within this context, subject-specific teaching consulting and teaching professionalism with focus on PCK was reviewed. Further, the questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of teaching consulting and teachers' needs for consulting. And also, specific examples of subject-specific consulting based on our previous consulting experiences in math classes were shown. Alternative ways to improve subject teaching were derived through the conferences where consultants and consultees analyze video-taped lessons conducted by the consultees. By those results, a manual for invigorating teaching consulting was developed. The contents of the manual consists of setting conditions of teaching consulting and its implementation in the classroom teaching. The first part of the manual contains steps to establish teaching consulting system, the qualification and role of the consultant, system evaluation, etc. The second part of the manual presents the pre-preparation, prescription and implementation and follow-up management steps. Each part of the manual provides consultants with specific guidelines for each step. Finally, recommendations for making policy related to ways to invigorate teaching consulting was suggested. It is expected that specific examples and cases of subject-specific teaching consulting presented in this research will be used to narrow the gap between theory and practice of teaching consulting, and to help math, science and English teachers develop teaching professionalism.

Recently, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of cases that have formed and operated teachers' learning communities through cross-curricular consulting at the school level. The purpose of this study is to explore cross-curricular instructional consulting as an activity of teachers' learning communities at the school level, and investigate the effect of cross-curricular instructional consulting on middle school science teaching. We analyzed features and limitations of cross-curricular instructional consulting revealed in three case studies in middle school, including open classes and instructional consulting sessions, and conducted additional instructional consulting on the same videotaped science classes with science experts from outside. According to the results, science inquiry experiments are often replaced with text reading and interpreting, students' misconceptions and exact scientific representations are ignored, and the goal setting as well as class coverage has been questionable and disputable in science classes resulted from cross-curricular instructional consulting. Discussed in the conclusion are the necessity of cross-curricular instructional consulting in middle school, and ways to overcome limitations of the method of cross-curricular instructional consulting, including alternatives to a praise-only policy in cross-curricular instructional consulting, ways to use cross-curricular instructional consulting without compromising the subject's essence, and ways to improve the undue authority of consultants.
The proposes of this study were to develop the learning consulting model based on creative problem solving and to verify the effects of its implementation. The model was developed based on ADDIE program developing model. In the analysis stage, literature review and needs survey were conducted for data collection on learning consulting at universities including the literature in related fields. Specific areas needed in the learning consulting model were selected from the results of this collected data. During the design and development stage, the learning consulting processes were established. These constituted the learning consulting model developed and it had been based on the Creative Problem Solving. To verify the validity of the learning consulting model based on the creative problem solving, a pilot study was implemented. The model was completed content a validity verification process performed by experts through focus group interviews. The aim this final model is to improve the self-directed learning ability and creative problem solving capacity of the university students. The study results showed that mean scores on self-directed learning ability of the experimental group increased significantly compared to the control group. Based on these findings, the learning consulting model seemed very effective in improving the university students' self-directed learning ability, as well as their creative problem solving capacity. Based on the results of this study, implications and limitations of the final model and its implementation were discussed.
The purpose of this study was to investigate quality characteristics of roll bread with the addition of Chungkukjang powder(0, 5, 10, 15, 20%). The antioxidative activity of antioxidative substances produced from several bacterial strains isolated from fermented foods were tested by DPPH $(\alpha,\alpha’-diphenyl-\beta-picrylhydrazyl)$ free radical scavenging activity. The most optimal medium condition for the production of antioxidative substance from Bacillus sp. FF-7 was 2% galactose as carbon source and 1% tryptone as nitrogen source. In color values, with increasing Chungkukjang powder content, the "lightness" (p<0.05) decreased in the crumb bread, while the redness(p<0.05) and yellowness(p<0.05) increased. The volume and specific volume of roll bread with 5.0% Chungkukjang powder were the highest(p<0.05). In the rheology measurements for the roll bread, the hardness (p<0.05) decreased with the addition of 5.0% Chungkukjang powder, but then increased with further additions of Chungkukjang up to 10.0%. Highest sensory scores for color, flavor, taste(p<0.05), texture(p<0.05) and overall acceptance(p<0.05) were obtained from roll bread with 5.0% Chungkukjang powder and control. From the results of this study, it was assumed that the development of food products using Chungkukjang is prospective in response to health-oriented consumers.

International standard is the documents that is constructed based on general and common characteristics of software. Thus, it is necessary to consider the characteristics of product and optimize the evaluation method by using related standard to adapt to some specific knowledge information security products. Also, because rapid development of software field was obliged to change the international standard, the content and construction of standard has changed, it is necessary to construct the evaluation method with this change. In this paper, we developed the evaluation model that can support the quality enhancement by evaluating the quality level and extracting the improvement method of firewall. For this, we surveyed and analyzed the trend and the technical elements of firewall and considering the general quality requirements and unique quality requirements, and proposed the quality evaluation model and method.
The paper aims to present the direction in which accounting education should proceed to enhance the expertise of accounting works in the new era in which big data is the center. This paper examines the definition and analysis of big data, and reviews the effectiveness through big data development in accounting expertise with specific references. FIDIC White Book is a Model Services Agreement between the Client and the Consultant. This study aimed to derive the Key Risk Sub-Clauses out of 63 Sub-Clauses of General Conditions of the FIDIC White Book by using the Delphi technique. A panel of 40 experts with more than 10 years of experience and expertise in overseas construction services agreements and FIDIC White Book was formed, and the reliability was improved in the direction of increasing the consensus of experts through a total of three Delphi survey processes. In the first Delphi survey, a closed-type survey was conducted on the impact of risk among 63 Sub-Clauses of General Conditions on a Likert 5-point scale, and 26 main risk Sub-Clauses were derived. The Content Validity of the results of the first Delphi survey was verified with the CVR value. In the 2nd and 3rd Delphi surveys, a closed-type survey was conducted on a Likert 10-point scale for 26 main risk Sub-Clauses and the risk possibility and impact of each main risk Sub-Clause were evaluated. The reliability of the 3rd Delphi survey result was verified with the COV value. Total 14 Key Risk Sub-Clauses were derived by applying the average risk possibility and impact of each of the 26 main risk Sub-Clauses to the PI Risk Matrix. The results of deriving Key Risk Sub-Clauses showed that agreement on specific scope of service, delay management, and change management were the most important. As a result of this study, from a practical point of view, consultants of consulting companies provide guidelines that should be reviewed to minimize contractual risks when signing service contracts with clients. From an academic point of view, the direction of research on deriving key risks related to service contracts for consultants participating in overseas construction is presented.
