The purpose of this study was to investigate the development of preschoolers'narrative competence. The subject were 60 preschoolers aged 3 through 5 years who were enrolled in the day care center All the subjects were asked to produce a new story. All the story children toad were recorded on audiotape. The data were analyzed Qualitatively and quantitatively using content analysis and the statistical package for Social Science 9.0. The main results of this study were as follows. 1) Significant age difference was observed in preschooler's narrative structure. Older children produced structurally more complex stories containing setting, character, initiating event, attempt and consequence than younger children. 2) Significant age difference was observed in preschooler's narrative length. Older children used significantly more words and sentence when they produced stories than younger children.3) Preschooler'narrative structure was significantly correlated with narrative length.

Film has been used widely since Auguste and Louis Lumiere hold the first private screening in 1895. Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones directed by George Lucas released on May 16, was the first motion picture both to be shot completely on a high definition digital 24-frame system and to be projected by digital projectors. Its success showed us that the digital cinema era is imminent. Digital Cinema will enable the studios and movie distributors to low the expenses of making and delivering film prints and dissemination of it can put the entire digital cinema ecosystem in great jeopardy. Therefore DRM and other security policies are used for digital cinema content protection. In this paper it will be discussed how the digital cinema platform can package (encooe & encrypt), transport, and project the digital cinema contents safely.

In this study, the flow analysis of fermentation tank, digester and dryer, which are the main equipment in environmental energy facilities, was carried out. Numerical analysis was carried out with the size of the actual plant, and 3D modeling program CATIA V5 R16, grid generation program Gambit, and general purpose flow analysis package ANSYS-FLUENT (v13) were used. Simulation results of the carrier gas flow analysis in the STD dryer using the computational fluid dynamics program showed that the carrier gas smoothly circulated between the shells of the dryer and the flow was uniformly distributed without stagnation or flow. It is also predicted that rotational flow due to shell rotation is active. The average flow velocity of carrier gas in the STD dryer was estimated to be about 0.196m / s, and the average temperature of the carrier gas was calculated to be 424K. Due to the relatively slow carrier gas velocity and high average temperature, the water content of the sludge can be effectively lowered.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the diet quality of the menus delivered by 17 free meal service centers for the low-income home-bound elderly in Chung- cheong buk-Do. Statistical data analysis was compleleted using the SPSS package program for descriptive analysis, T-test, and ANOVA. The meals offered by free meal service centers were not met the 1/3 recommended dietary allowances in calcium and vitamin $B_2$. There were significant differences between dependent variables(nutrient content, nutrient density, nutrient deficiency, NAR, MAR, food group intake patterns) and independent variables (operation type, operation status, operation period, nutritionist, food cost).

After emerging online communications, text mining and sentiment analysis has been frequently applied into analyzing electronic word-of-mouth. This study aims to develop a domain-specific lexicon of sentiment analysis to predict box office success in Korea film market and validate the feasibility of the lexicon. Natural language processing, a machine learning algorithm, and a lexicon-based sentiment classification method are employed. To create a movie domain sentiment lexicon, 233,631 reviews of 147 movies with popularity ratings is collected by a XML crawling package in R program. We accomplished 81.69% accuracy in sentiment classification by the Korean sentiment dictionary including 706 negative words and 617 positive words. The result showed a stronger positive relationship with box office success and consumers' sentiment as well as a significant positive effect in the linear regression for the predicting model. In addition, it reveals emotion in the user-generated content can be a more accurate clue to predict business success.

In case of the service of the existing PC package game, the production cost and distribution cost is high, the illegal copies by Internet is widespread. To prevent, game production companies and distributors provide a GOD(Games On Demand) service that players download the game content by internet to play games. But, there is little research on current status of GOD service in the country. Therefore, in this paper, we define GOD service, analyse the structure of GOD service, describe domestic current status and research on the problem and solutions of GOD service. This paper gives useful information to companies providing GOD.

Indigenous innovation is the main strategy for China during 2006 - 20 period. China may hope that indigenous innovation policy will spur on industrial upgrading. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the indigenous innovation policy. The paper begins with the background of the strategy, follows the detailed content of the national strategy, then analyzes how the strategy is implemented. We find that the package of indigenous innovation policy is constructive and efficient for a catch-up economy with clear industry targets but not good for innovation. If China want to be an innovative country, it needs to give market competition more space to incubate and eventually yield increment or disruptive innovation, even radical innovation. Chinese enterprises cannot close themselves off to the global technology system. Only open innovation can give Chinese enterprises the possibility to win in the next wave of innovation in the world and make China an innovative country.

Effects of storage temperature at 18oC and 5oC for 9 days and heating conditions on textural char acteristics in strong wheat flour gels were investigated using a Instron after microwave (2450MHz, 700W). Heating condition did not affect the texture property in the wheat flour gels, but the frozen storage was very effective to prevent the hardening of the samples. Hardness, adhesiveness, and gumminess in the wheat flour gels decreased in increasing moisture content from 45% to 55%, but there was little change in cohesiveness. The storage at room temperature for 2 hours resulted in increased hardness in the heated wheat flour gels. PE wrap package of the wheat flour gels prevented weight loss by 3~6% and hardening effectively. Sugar, or sugar and shotening resulted in increased hardness in loaf bread. The hardness and weight loss in loaf breads were markedly changed by the heating time with microwave. The most critical time point was around 4 minutes following the heating.

In 2004, a department of engineering education was established at Virginia Tech and Purdue university in the United States. Innovation of engineering education for improving the quality of engineering college education has been progressing. Content of subject of engineering exploration was developed newly for engineering college freshmen. And, effect of a sustainable energy design project on academic achievement for engineering freshmen at Virginia Tech in 2006 was researched. The project was performed throughout a 6 weeks period with one by 50 minutes lecture by professor and one 90 minutes workshop by TAs (Teaching Assistants) every week. To analyze the data, statistical package SPSS (ver. 15.0) was used. In responses to an open-ended question about freshmen students' perceptions of their improvement in design skills, the 3 most identified skills were teamwork, design process, knowledge. In, Korea, an innovation relating to engineering curriculum, facility, instructional strategy and so on will be required.

Gold plating is used as a coating of connector in printed circuit boards, ceramic integrated circuit packages, semiconductor devices and so on, because the film has excellent electric conductivity, solderability and chemical properties such as durability to acid and other chemicals. In most cases, internal connection between device and package and external terminals for connecting packaging and printed circuit board are electroless Ni-P plating followed by immersion Au plating (ENIG) to ensure connection reliability. The deposition behavior and film properties of electroless Au plating are affected by P content, grain size and mixed impurity components in the electroless Ni-P alloy film used as the underlayer plating. In this study, the correlation between electroless nickel plating used as a underlayer layer and cyanide-free electroless Au plating using thiomalic acid as a complexing agent and aminoethanethiol as a reducing agent was investigated.
