컨테이너 터미널 장치장에서 블록 내 이적을 위한 컨테이너 이동 순서 계획 (Sequencing Container Moves for Intra-Block Remarshalling in a Container Terminal Yard)

  • 블록 내 이적이란 컨테이너를 선박에 싣는 적하 작업을 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 하나의 장치장 블록 여기저기에 흩어져 있는 컨테이너들을 적하 순서에 맞춰 몇 개의 베이로 모으는 작업이다. 이전시 적하 순서를 고려하지 않고 단순히 컨테이너들을 모으기만 하면, 적하 작업 과정에서 보다 일찍 적하될 컨테이너를 반출하기 위하여 상단의 컨테이너들을 임시로 옮겨야 하는 재취급이 빈번히 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 재취급은 적하 작업의 효율을 저해하는 가장 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 휴리스틱을 이용하여 적하 작업 과정에서 재취급이 발생하지 않게 컨테이너들을 이적할 수 있는 컨테이너 이동 순서를 찾는 방안을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션을 통한 실험 결과 본 제안 방안이 다양한 환경에서 컨테이너 이동 순서를 실시간에 생성할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 컨테이너 터미널의 건설에는 아주 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되기 때문에 컨테이너 터미널을 효율적으로 설계하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 컨테이너 터미널의 엔지니어링 프로세스를 지원하기 위해서 개발된 소프트웨어 시스템을 소개하였다. 설계 프로세스는 데이터 입력, 능력 소요 계산, 대안 설계, 대안 평가, 결과 출력으로 구성된다. 대안을 신속히 설계하고 평가하기 위해서 컨테이너 터미널 전용 라이브러리가 개발되었다. 라이브러리는 Wharf, Yard, TravellingArea, Gate로 구성된다. 라이브러리의 구조는 객체 지향적으로 설계하여 확장성과 재사용성을 가지게 하였다. 시스템은 사용자에게 친숙한 인터페이스와 CAD 환경을 제공하며, 다양한 유형의 컨테이너 터미널 모형들이 데이터 입력과 라이브러리 구성요소의 조합에 의해 구성될 수 있도록 지원한다. 생성된 대안 모형들은 시뮬레이션 모형에 의해 평가될 수 있게 개발되었다.

  • Openings for access to cargo holds are cut on horizontal stringers in every bulkhead of container carriers. But, they are positioned at the edge of stringer width to make minimum space for access and these openings are required to be stiffened by owners and classifications respectively. In this paper, the cargo hold bulkhead stringers with openings for 6,500 TUE container carriers were reviewed by FE analysis to be conducted with the results of hold analysis for 6,500 TUE container carriers classed to GL, DNV, LR and BV respectively, and purpose of this paper is to establish yard's standard of the reinforcement for these openings.

  • In this paper, we will introduce a control strategy based on the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) container transfer system using soft-computing algorithm. Linear motor-based container transport system (LMCTS) is horizontal transfer system for the yard automation, which has been proposed to take the place of automated guided vehicle in the maritime container terminal. LMCTS is considered as that the system is changed its model suddenly and variously by loading and unloading container. The proposed control system is consisted of two DR-FNNs that act the role of controller and system emulator. Consequently, the system had the predictable structure and an ability to adapt for a huge variation of rolling friction, detent force, and sudden changes of its weight by loading and unloading.

  • It is a world trend to construct large terminal and develop automated container terminal to attract Super Post-Panamax and provide service which is based on differentiation. In fact, there is insufficient research for automatization of terminal gate since the automatization of current constructed container terminal is only focused on increasing productivity and unmanned system through the automatization of quay, yard, etc. In this paper, we have investigated advantage/disadvantage of existing gate operation systems and compared each gate operation system in the aspect of raising terminal image and the productivity. For the specific study, we have used data from actual terminal gate operation and RFID model business sponsored by MOMAF (Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries). As a result, this paper carried out an efficient gate operation system and it has been expected that it will be performed as groundwork of automated gate operation system which is for design of container terminal and improvement of gate operation system.

  • This paper describes a development of ship's refer-container remote monitoring system(RRMS). This system consists of Master, repeater with a switched mode power supply(SMPS) and slave terminal. Slave terminal is composed of wireless MODEM and microprocessor part, checks its conditions like temperature. humidity & etc through the interrogate port(IP) of refer-container. and transmits their data to master. Repeater's role is that connect so that signal which is transmitted from Slave Terminal by Master may not receive electric wave interference by container boxes. We verify the effectiveness of proposed system through the experimental works in container yard and ship.

  • Port development is remarkable increased due to the progress of industrialization in ASEAN area. Especially, Vietnam has increased the international physical distribution in this area rapidly. The main issues facing decision makers at container terminals in Vietnam are how to expand the existing container terminals and construct new container terminals. In this paper, we performed the basic design based on simulation analysis in order to support the expansion of Quy Nhon port in Vietnam as a case study. The preliminary capacity analysis was conducted on the one berth at the port to analyze the scale of C/C and yard area. Alternative scenarios were created based on the preliminary capacity analysis and the detailed simulation analysis was conducted fur the scenarios. And in order to establish the marketing strategy, we classified the marketing elements by industrial environment and performed SWAT analysis of the port.

  • 컨테이너 크레인은 컨테이너터미널에서 사용되는 주요 장비면서 컨테이너 크레인의 효율은 컨테이너터미널의 생산성을 결정한다. 컨테이너 크레인의 전형적인 유형은 싱글 트롤리를 가지고 있으며 진보된 유형들 중의 하나가 듀얼 트롤리형이다. 본 논문의 목적은 컨테이너 터미널에서 듀얼 트를리형 컨테이너 크레인의 버퍼 사이즈를 분석하는 것이다. 듀얼 트롤리형 컨테이너 크레인의 버퍼 공간을 분석하기 위한 시뮬레이션 모델을 소개한다. 버퍼 공간은 해측의 메인 트롤리와 야드측의 세컨 트롤리 사이에 위치한다. 요구 생산성을 추정하기 위해 다양한 시뮬레이션 실험을 수행하여 버퍼 사이즈를 분석한다.

  • The contributing proportion of the increase of port productivity is more increasing concerning not only the port industry, but also all the informations of container crane which is the representative equipment by the rapid increase of the volume of freight of port. The basic of rapid service is the improvement of the productivity, the information of operation as to the productivity of crane for the quick handling within yard and especially the informations of breakdown and to handle breakdown as soon as possible has a great effect on the increase of productivity.
